Like at home

The most cozy and fresh apartment. Perfectly clean. The interior is colorful, everything is furnished and arranged with great taste. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home. And for the hostess, all the nicest words will still not be enough. Responsive, kind, helps with everything we need. Our car broke down on the way and she kept in touch with us all the time, asking how we were and what she could do to help us. We had to arrive very late, until the next day, but she received us anyway. Thank you Natasha! We were so tired, exhausted, desperate and worried about the trip, but you helped us pull ourselves together and feel better. Highly recommend!

Comfortable apartment near the center of Volos

The apartment has a very "homey" feel - we immediately felt comfortable in it. Natasha was kind, welcoming, and communicative - and she speaks English very well. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics.

There's not really any avoiding this with the way the apartment is laid out, but it's worth mentioning that the air conditioning is in the living room (which, if you have to make use of the second bed, is where someone will be sleeping) and there's not a clear path of air flow to the bedroom. So the living room tends to be much cooler than the bedroom when you have to use the air conditioning.

Great location with easy parking. Spacious and fully equipped house. Nice and polite host.

No heating and no air-conditioning, just a ceiling fan in the bedroom. No balcony. Poor soundproof. All the towels smelled really bad.

Perfect for a night in Volos

The hostess Natasha was EXTREMELY friendly and easy to contact both through booking and whatsapp. She speaks english fluently and even gave us a map and recommended us places to visit in Pelione as well as areas to eat in Volos. The place itself was comfortable and in a pretty good location not too far from the center of town and the city's nightlife. We were able to find pretty good parking on the same street and the hostess even contacted us when she thought we forgot something at the room.

Excellent place to stay

The location is quite central. The host is a remarkable and sweet lady. The mattress was the first one in many to suit my back pain :)

In the morning there was some noise from outside; someone was working or something, but it has nothing to do with the location or the host.

AMAZING!!

Absolutely everything! The host was incredible. Amazing communication before arrival and super friendly. She had even turned the air conditioning on for us prior to arrival as it was an extremely hot day. She spent time showing us around the apartment and recommended places for food that evening. The apartment itself was brilliant. It was clean, spacious and had been stocked with everything you could think of, even down to bottled water in the fridge. WiFi worked brilliantly too. The host really went above and beyond here, would recommend highly.

Everything was amazing! Wish we had booked for longer.

Nice place and host, but can be extremely noisy at night

Good location, most amenities available, communication with the host quick, a/c works flawless

Unfortunately there's a major problem with noisy neighbors at night, which will make it Impossible to sleep in the bed room. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, better look for a different place.

Excellent location and owner, very clean, attention to all details

Anna has thought of all the details to really feel like home. The apartment is full with everything that you might need to stay, work, cook, drink, etc.

The location is very good, two blocks from the park of Sant Konstantinos in front of the sea!

The entrance door of the flat is too old and causes unsafe conditions.

We really enjoyed our short stay of one day! Quite to short. In the flat is everything you need and more: Welcome cookies, umbrella, perfect equipped bathroom and kitchen. Cosy living room with comfortable couch with smart TV. In the bedroom is also a TV. Thanks!

The studio was much bigger than expected and had everything one could need. We regreted that we just stayed one night. The whole process was smooth and easy. Can only recommend this studio.

An original city apartment (not like the design apartments made by architects to give a sense of luxury) that reminded me of staying in a friend's or relative's apartment. The same friendly atmosphere was supported by the host. The location is very good (a short walking distance to the University building). A park exists nearby.

Good short stay in a fully furnished flat

The host has been very friendly, she gave us info about the flat and also some tips about the city. Very clean and spacious, with a lot of facilities (kitchen furniture, washing machine, tv....).

If you arrive by bus, the flat is not so close (20-30 minutes by foot)

Comfortable and spacious apartment

Spacious apartment, which had everything one could need. Friendly (English-speaking) hostess. Aircon in the living room, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Since we were halfway our holiday of 3.5 weeks in Greece, we were happy to be able to do laundry.

Homey apartment, fully equipped (including toiletry, nail polish remover, cotton buds and similar). Friendly approach and easy communication before arrival. Natasha asked about our trip and recommended places to see and go to. Highly recommended!
