Bear Hollow Ridge is the perfect location for any kind of Park City stay! This NEW condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8-10 people and is fully-equipped for amazing vacations.
Conveniently located, it sits just below the Olympic Park area and across the highway from the Redstone Shopping Center. The shopping center has a movie theater, many restaurants and dining options, a grocery store, gas station and a post office. There’s a convenient underground walking trail from Bear Hollow to Redstone. The Tanger Outlet Mall is also just minutes away!
Bear Hollow is on the Free Bus Route and only approximately 5-8 minutes to the Canyons Resort, 10-15 minutes to downtown Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort and 20-25 minutes to the Deer Valley Resort. Want to ski Cottonwood Canyon? Bear Hollow is just a few minutes from access to highway 80 and approximately 50-60 minutes to Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird and less than 30 minutes to the Salt Lake

This BRAND-NEW, well-appointed condo with rustic accents and pristine, high-end furnishings is perfect for your vacation! Walking in, you’ll be greeted with a perfectly sized, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for an at-home meal. A toaster, Keurig coffee pot, blender, crockpot, food processor, fodue set and mixer provide options for baking and cooking.
The dining area seats eight at the table and five at the kitchen bar. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy eating or games as a group. The living room has a leather couch, large chairs, two tuffets and a large Smart HD TV with Roku for movies or television viewing. Just off the living room is a cute balcony with a table and chairs as well as a gas BBQ for grilling all year long!
The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a Roku TV, a Bluetooth wireless printer (to print lift tickets, coupons or maps) and a full attached bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The first guest room also has a Queen-sized bed, HD Television, and shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with the second guest room.
The second guest room has two bunkbeds – one is a twin-over-twin with an additional trundle; the other is a twin-over-full bed. The room can sleep up to six people. There's also a Smart HD TV with Firestick in the room.
Need to do laundry? A full-sized washer and dryer are inside the condo for your convenience. Easily keep your snow clothes dry in the winter and wash your swimming suits in the summer. There’s also an iron and ironing board in the laundry room.
This home also has central air-conditioning for the warm summer nights and full heating for the colder winter. There’s also a gas fireplace located in the living room.
There's one assigned parking spot in the heated garage and street parking in bump-out areas.
A stay at this home also allows access to the Community Clubhouse where you’ll find a Fitness Room, locker rooms, Pool (summer only) and large Hot Tub (year round). The property is very well located if you are an IKON pass holder. You can hit all the mountains from here within 40 minutes and still have the shopping and restaurants of Park City. The condo is very roomy and comfortable and well decorated. Garage is heated and only can hold one car. There is parking outside in a small, dedicated lot and on the street. We were able to secure a 2nd spot for our other car relatively easily. When parking in the garage, park in spot 308 (Not 208 as given to us by the management company). Excellent location and very quiet as most of the other tenants are full time or part time and not renters.

My family and I arrived in Park city the week before Christmas. Incredibly easy access from Salt Lake City airport. This property has plenty of space to accommodate our family of six. We also we’re happy to have quick and easy access to Canyon Village for ski and snow boarding school for the kids. The grocery stores are less than a mile away too! The property was clean and we especially enjoyed the in side garage parking to keep the car nice and warm before heading out for a long day in the snow. We would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the prompt and timely responses from management to help with minor logistical troubleshooting!

Ski Trip to Bear Hoillow
Great Property in a great location. The property was clean and the manager was helpful. Good proximity to great skiiing. Be advised that it is best to have a vehicle rather than rely on HIgh Valley Transit.

Ski Week w/Multigenerational Family Stay
Overall we were satisfied with the Bear Hollow Village condo. We traveled with 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents for a ski week at Park City.
Pros:
1) The directions to the condo were excellent, making it very easy to find.
2) Upon arrival, the condo was clean and stocked.
3) The property manager was very responsive to issues (lightbulbs out, very slow shower drain and squeaky bed frame).
4) The outdoor hot tub was within walking distance.
5) The covered, heated parking was easily accessible and great on snowy days.
Cons:
1) All maintenance issues were solved except for the squeaky bed in the second double bedroom. There was an attempt to fix it, and it did improve the initial level of squeakiness, however, the springs under the mattress were very loud, even after the headboard was affixed better to the frame upon request.
2) The upstairs neighbors were loud; walking was easily heard late into the night.
3) Beach towels are not provided for the hot tub.

Great family vacation
The condo was perfect, exactly as described. The unit is very well maintained. The location is perfect, a couple minutes from the canyons or an approx 10-15 minute drive to PC. The unit came with everything needed to cook and more. Would definitely come back.

The perfect spot!
Loved the condo and heated/covered garage. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The location to the Canyons and Park City was so convenient being just minutes away, and to the grocery and ski rental shops. And we enjoyed the hot tub which was not too far from condo, every night after skiing.

Family Ski Getaway
Nice condo with room for our family of six! Good location to grocery stores and ski shuttle to Park City Mountain. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. Nice gas fireplace and closet full of board games. Our only inconvenience was, as others have mentioned, a very loud upstairs neighbor who clomped around at all hours. I did knock on their door as suggested but it did little. All on all. a good choice that got our needs well!!

Great location
Bear Hollow was very convenient for our activities near Park City (golfing, biking, hiking). There were only three us so we used the third bedroom to store our bikes since the storage locker in the garage was not available. This unit is on the third floor, and the unit above (on the top floor) was occupied by two long term residents who seemed to be home a lot and tended to loudly clomp and bang around in the morning, evening, and as late as 3am. I don’t know if these guys are especially loud or if the floor/ceiling is especially noise conductive. The property managers conveyed our noise complaints to the HOA and the late night noise seemed to lessen. The manager also quickly handled an issue with a clogged tub drain.

Nice property - beautiful views
Beautiful house however could have used some dusting. Top of all the beds were dusty (headboards and rails). Ceiling fans were and dire need of dusting as well. Having a specific parking spot in the ramp was great, secure ,and safe.

This house was great for 2 families. Although not downtown, I thought the location was great, 5 min to the Canyons & 15min to Main Street.I will say that the smaller queen bed was incredibly squeaky & the mattress was very uncomfortable. I would suggest replacing them. The management company also did not give us enough toilet paper or dish soap. BUT overall, we were happy with the condo and would stay again!

Great Location

Girls Trip
This felt like a beautiful 'home away from home' for our sisters weekend getaway. The property management company was so helpful, despite my odd hours of communication. We had a wonderful time and the home was stocked with everything we needed. COVID update 10/17/2020 - the hot tub is NOT open.

We loved this cozy place! Beautiful kitchen-fully stocked, a closet full of fun games, soft comforters, fabulous location, kids loved the pool and putting green, underground parking was very convenient, owner was prompt to respond and very pleasant to work with. Only complaint would be that the towels were kind of old. We would definitely stay here again:)

There was a There is a jacuzzi close to the garage entrance but it was recently closed due to COVID, otherwise it was nice to have that so close. The elevator is close to the parking spot and the room is close to the elevator. Everything was very convenient for our stay.

Pretty good experience.
We enjoyed our stay here. Good location. A little short on supplies. We bought our own laundry, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
Also whoever was staying or living in the condo right above, they stomp around late at night and early in the morning. Pretty much most of the day they were stomping around.

Comfort apres ski
A bit pricey for not being on mountain but this 3 bedroom had everything we needed. Clean, stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, heated garage AND a gas grill. Tastefully decorated and towels for all. We had an extended stay and there were supplies to keep the place tidy. This is a good choice!

Beautiful, comfortable, perfect!
Everything was perfect at this well appointed condo in a great location minutes from the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. This home away from home was beautifully decorated and has every amenity a visitor would want. Equipped to entertain or just chill out by the fireplace with a movie and a glass of wine. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. (Mine had a great view as well.) I would recommend this condo and plan on going again! - EF
