About this chalet rental
New chalet located south with an exceptional view of the lake located 300 meters from the ski area of Mauselaine.
In all seasons you can enjoy various activities and varied.
In winter, for a departure to the cross-country ski trails, descent, snowshoeing, hiking and summer, you can practice Trail, mountain biking, hiking ... and admire the beautiful landscape of the Vosges mountains.
New chalet comfortable to spend an unforgettable time with family or friends.
Can comfortably accommodate 13 people (but can sleep 15), the chalet extends over 200 m2 and is made of natural materials.

-Sauna, walk-in shower and direct access to the outdoor heated pool + terrace

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist leider etwas schwierig, da nur französisch geschrieben wird und man so jedes Mal den Übersetzer heranziehen muss.
Der Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv.

Tolle Unterkunft!
Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern und verbrachten 3 Nächte in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt, hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Sehr geräumig mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern. Mit Pool und Sauna konnten wir sogar Wellness genießen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See und die Berge war wunderschön und abends haben wir beim BBQ den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Da wir leider kein Französisch sprechen, war die Kommunikation nicht ganz leicht, aber Google Translate hat uns geholfen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Un chalet bien agencé et très bien équipé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Bien que de dimensions modestes, la piscine est un plus.

Séjour au top!
Quel beau séjour nous avons passé! Le temps n était pourtant pas au rendez vous mais le chalet avec sa piscine chauffée et ses jeux laissés à disposition nous a suffit.
Il est parfaitement bien équipé pour passer un séjour inoubliable.
L hôte est est très gentille et professionnelle.
Je recommande les yeux fermés ce chalet ne serais ce que pour son emplacement et sa qualité de vie.

Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement. Que ce soit pour sa localisation, dans un très joli quartier avec une magnifique vue sur le lac, ses prestations et ses équipements très haut-de-gamme, sa propreté irréprochable ou encore ses gérants qui sont très sympathiques. Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour et nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis.

Location 4 jours au mois de mars. Un chalet incroyable, une vue magnifique. Il ne manque absolument rien dans cette location pour un séjour parfait. Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Le chalet est spacieux, très bien équipé, s il fait beau, pétanque et Table de Ping pong sont à disposition. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Il est a 300m du départ des pistes de ski de la Mauselaine s il y a de la neige !

Silvester 2020/2021
Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Chalet. Mit liebe eingerichtet, komfortabel.
Trotz allem positiven gibt es auch einige Minuspunkte
- die Saunatür schließt nicht (war dem Vermieter schon bekannt)
- Sollte der Pool wichtig sein, ist er im Winter lediglich als Tauchbecken nach der Sauna zu gebrauchen, ansonsten viel zu kalt 16-18°C.
- die Dartscheibe macht einen höllischen Lärm und die Pfeile bleiben selten stecken.
- Kaminholz ist nur für das Ambiente gedacht, an der Heizung soll nichts verstellt werden (haben andere Mieter wohl nicht verstanden)
- Fernseher hat bei uns nicht funktioniert (kein TV-Empfang), nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter --> sollte gehen. Sonst ist nichts passiert. Er ging nicht.
-Schnee hätte besser geräumt werden sollen (nur eine Kunstoff-Schneeschaufel vorhanden),
-Übergabe am Abreisetag, wurde alles überprüft (Toiletten, Sauna, Pool, Kühlschrank, Herd etc.) Auf unsere Anfrage ob alles in Ordnung ist -->"es geht so". Was geht so ??? Toiletten und Kühlschrank waren sauber, Müll entsorgt, Betten abgezogen, keine Flecken auf den Polstern etc.
Tip: Ein Fön für 13 Pers. zu wenig. Folgendes könnte noch angeschafft werden: 1-2 Schneidebretter, große Schüsseln, Eierbecher, Salzstreuer, Salatbesteck, mehr Haken, nur ein Hausschlüssel.

Superbe chalet très chaleureux et très bien équipé. Équipement de haut niveau et Finitions impeccables. Situé sur les hauteurs de Gérardmer, vue dégagée et proche des sentiers forestiers. Rien a redire. Tout était parfait 👌 Nous reviendrons!

Séjour parfait
Le chalet est magnifique, très bien équipé, avec de nombreuses possibilités pour se faire plaisir. Nos ados ont beaucoup apprécié la table de ping-pong, la pétanque et la piscine bien sûr. Les adultes ont bien profité de la terrasse qui donne sur une vue magnifique entre sapins et lac.

Confortable chalet avec vues appréciables
Le chalet a tout le confort souhaité pour passer de belles vacances; en été on a envie d’y rester toute la semaine avec tous les équipements, les terrasses et la vue. Les aménagements et équipements sont de qualité, il faut à juste titre y porter attention. A savoir, le chalet est dans un nouveau lotissement avec deux rangées de chalets assez proches, sur la partie la plus basse avec la plus belle vue. En centre-ville de Gérardmer de nombreux commerces de bouche de qualité (boucherie traiteur Schmidt, maison des producteurs vosgiens, ...).

Mais pour nous pas de chance avec la neige, pas de neige à l arrivée! heureusement il a neigé en milieu de semaine et nous avons pu profiter 2j1/2 du domaine skiable

Nous sommes venus pour la première fois dans les Vosges avec un groupe d’ami et nous sommes très content d’avoir pu passé du temps dans ce très beau chalet, équipé de manière exceptionnelle. La communication avec les hôtes est très bonne. Allez y les yeux fermés !
