About this villa rental

Perched on a rocky hill 40 meters above the sea, backed by the Cap-Sicié massif and its 5000 hectares of natural reserve for hiking or cycling, the last house in a dead end, you benefit from absolute tranquility, 300 days of sunshine a year, an incredible view of the Mediterranean and a a lighted and heated infinity pool and its hot tub at the same temperature as the pool facing an exceptional panorama. An outdoor lounge completes the pool area for memorable aperitif evenings. Additional privilege, the property has its own access to the sea and its rocks by a furnished staircase.

All the rooms of this perfectly equipped villa of 215m² and furnished with simplicity and harmony are oriented South-East or East. They open onto terraces overlooking the pine trees and the petanque ground (for unforgettable evenings in good mood) and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea, with the peninsula of Saint Mandrier, the bay of Toulon and its mountains in the distance. All the rooms of the house are equipped with Air Conditioning.

The 4 bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are of good size, benefit from an incredible sea view and large closets. Four bathrooms and four toilets complete the comfort of this haven of peace. On the ground floor, an additional north-facing room is available on request and can accommodate 2 to 3 additional people. Downstairs, the large room hosts an open kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the TV corner and the office with an IMac. A large terrace with a sizable table for meals, BBQ and sun loungers complete the equipment of this paradise.

For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, you can access the marked paths of Cap-Sicié and the Janas forest on foot or by bike, a massif preserved and closed to cars from June to September. For young and old, the secure Fabregas beach is 200 meters from the villa, with its two restaurant huts open seasonally, Le Cabanon also renting sea kayaks and paddleboards.

Around Fabregas beach, you can also walk to a quality family pizzeria, as well as a gourmet shellfish and fish restaurant (Chez Daniel and Julia). Both are open year round.

Finally, Fabregas is also renowned for its Hippocampe diving school. The proximity of Bandol, Sanary and Toulon offers many other marine, cultural and sporting activities.

Baou Blue can be rented from mid-April to the end of September, minimum two weeks, arrival after 4pm on Saturday and departure before 11am (rooms to be vacated by 10am). The pool is operational from April to the end of September. The hot tub and pool heating system are operational from June, with a temperature of 25 degrees "guaranteed" until mid-September. Please note that in Winter, Spring and Automn, the pool and hot tub water is cold.

We prefer to welcome families and friends who are looking for conviviality, nature and quietness. Due to its configuration, the house is not suitable for children under 6 years old and not rented for parties. At the end of your stay, it has to be given back clean and tidy. Instructions will be given at the beginning of your stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in a wonderful house with sea biews to die for. House was perfect for mixed group of people in their 20s and 60s and can’t recommend it enough.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at Baou Blue amd would have loved to have stayed for 2 more. The house is magnificently positioned at the top of a hill side close to great restaurants like Daniel et Julia and Le Duplex. The house is perfect for families or a party of friends who want to enjoy the South of France. We had the best time at the house and a special thanks to our hosts who made the stay one to remember

We had a wonderful week at Baou Bleue. Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed this fully equipped house—especially the pool and incredible views of the sea. We spent most of our time on the property and found it perfectly suited our needs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house. All bedrooms had wonderful view and airconditions. Enough bathrooms and toilets. Enough space everywhere. Kitchen had everything you needed. Even sharp knifes. The table outside had shadow for every meal. We wanted to svim in the see. And we did. But the svimmingpool was a dream. And we needed it because the temperature was high. But also here the 🌳 gave us shadow in the afternoon. We were six persons but no problem with eight. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.

Great villa with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday. Views on the coast are fantastic. Manuel and his friend are great hosts. We had some misunderstandings during check-in (partly also my fault), but it was quickly solved. Although i would like to keep it as our little secret, i can only advise it for 100%.

Beautiful house perched over a lovely harbor. The owners were very attentive. Doesn’t feel like a rental house. We didn’t want to leave. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The neighborhood is an escape from riviera tourism—authentic France.

C'est Waouh dès que les portes du hall s'ouvrent devant nous nous offrant une vue sublime sur la pièce de vie, la terrasse donnant sur la baie. On en prend plein les yeux et l'émotion est forte ; d'autant plus que nous sommes accueillis comme des invités par le propriétaire, attentionné, chaleureux, tout en restant simple et particulièrement à notre écoute. C'est un séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires, nous étions 4 couples d'amis et nous nous sommes promis de recommander tout particulièrement la villa BAOU BLUE. Danièle MESANS

Très belles prestations tout à fait conformes au descriptif de l'annonce, avec une vue mer magnifique proche et lointaine, un équipement intérieur complet de qualité, les conditions sont idéales pour profiter du calme des lieux, avec une impression de "chez soi" qu'on ne retrouve pas dans toutes les locations. The house is very comfortable, the bed in the master bedroom is great. A shower with ocean view... what do you need more? The pool is lovely, the water is not very hot but it feels great and doesn't bother at all. The host is very kind and everything with the check in and check out is well organized. The host and the cleaning ladies were wearing masks. Something small, but very important in this time.

Une vue fabuleuse sur les îles autour de Toulon et sur les rochers qu’on voit 40 mètres plus bas a travers une eau limpide. Un calme profond depuis les 4 terrasses sur 3 niveaux et les abords de la piscine et du Jacuzzi chauffés. Un grand Salon, Salle à Manger, Cuisine , Bar avec 3 vues différentes sur la mer, les îles et une grande terrasse dînatoire où il fait bon couper un citron en discutant avec ses amis. Les 3 chambres et la suite parentale bénéficient également de belles vues sur la mer, ainsi que la douche de la suite, à moitié construite sur l’extérieur. Dans toute la maison vous trouverez à portée de main tous les accessoires à la vie quotidienne en bon état et au bon endroit (Vaisselle, Couverts, condiments, mouchoirs, savons à main et à vaisselle , éponges et torchons, produits d’entretien, papier hygiénique, serviettes de toilettes, lits faits, climatisation électricité Jacuzzi WIFI et TV marchent) Seul bémol , la maison est orientée est, on y voit de magnifiques levers de soleil mais pas de couchers.

On traverse Toulon puis La Seyne, bref, cela n'évoque pas vraiment les vacances. Puis on atteint le quartier de Fabregas, situé à l'extrémité de la commune de La Seyne. C'est déjà beaucoup mieux. Enfin, on arrive dans la maison, la dernière avant un espace naturel. Là, c'est vraiment très bien. La maison est aussi facile qu'agréable à vivre. La vue est absolument magnifique, à toutes les heures. La piscine n'est pas grande, mais qu'importe, puisqu'elle a été idéalement placée et qu'on a l'impression de se baigner dans la mer. Laquelle est accessible directement depuis la propriété par un escalier. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Manuel et Philippe, dont l'accueil a été, comme tout le reste, parfait.

Very nice house with outstanding sea view. The house has everything you need, lots of space inside and outside, nice swimming pool and you feel like home. We enjoyed the house and the region. Manuel is very helpful for all questions and little issues you might have.

Großzügige Villa, auf zwei Stockwerken , mit vielen Terrassen, von denen man überall eine wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht und das Meer hat. Die schönen Schlafzimmer haben ebenfalls jedes den wunderschönen Meerblick, wie auch Wohnküche und Wohnzimmer . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen.
