Not enjoyable

Room smelled like smoke - hallways smelled like dog poop - No pool (on website it says indoor & outdoor) - breakfast was a joke!

Location was near the soccer complex

New, clean rooms. The suites are setup well for long term stays.

The night manager, I believe his name is David, was very helpful.

I recommend it. The location is perfect and the hotel met all of our needs.

The location was perfect. We were centrally located by so many things.

It’s not a big deal but I did feel like the air conditioner/heater was quite loud. We got about 4 inches of snow our first morning there. Unfortunately the parking lot wasn’t plowed until about 12:30 in the afternoon. That probably isn’t the fault of the hotel but it did make getting out of the parking lot difficult.

deceptive and lazy staff, appparently inaccurate information advertised about this hotel

advertised as pet friendly and was charged a pet fee because they “only allow dogs” and I brought my cat. was never told pet friendly didn’t include cats

charged a pet fee for bringing my cat to a hotel that was advertised on the booking app as pet friendly?

I’ve only liked other candlewood suites locations besides this one.

I filtered search results for PET FRIENDLY hotels, brought my cat in with me when I checked in, was told nothing about a pet fee, and upon checkout I was charged extra because my cat was not allowed?? Please let me know who I can contact about this issue, I will be pursuing this further.

Amazing from check in to check out

Check in was easy and facility was very nice, front desk guy named Brandon was not only very cute but had the best customer service I’ve ever had, very friendly, and very caring need more like him everywhere , seriously best associate ever,room was comfortable and stay was fairly quiet

We will definitely stay there again.

The suite was clean. it was roomy enough to be comfortable. The separate bedroom had a door so you didn’t hear any outside noise from the hall.

Breakfast would be a nice addition. We drove around trying to find somewhere to have breakfast and everything was a long wait.

Clean and well-located place to stay for the money

The bed was pretty comfortable, nice sized room with decent kitchen facilities and a nice long desk/counter. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, location was great for what we wanted. The workout room was nice, and convenient.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible. We could hear noise from the room above us. There was no suitcase rack in the closet. It would have been nice to have a hot tub available, even if no pool, and a continental breakfast option. The hotel couldn't locate a wine opener for us.

I really liked this place when I first checked in but there were issues with the staff that I don’t know if I could see

I liked the room a lot and the location.

The staff was disorganized and unprofessional.

Comfortable bed, .sheets and mattress pad clean as in white..bathroom nice and clean..extra things rhat were supplied was nice..key cardworked every time it was used

Superb

For the price, the hotel was fantastic. Nice clean rooms. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning was flawless. No issues. Much better than the Staybridge which is next door. In a good area with lots of things close by

I would have to say there wasnt much that I didnt like about my stay here or the hotel in general.
