We were met by Luigia who was waiting on the doorstep outside the property. She was extremely kind in showing us on a map, various restaurants, places of interest, even short journeys out of Genoa. We tried two of her recommendations to eat out - Cavour 21 and Molo 20, they were lovely, a real local feel and good menu choice.
Everything in the apartment was very well thought out. Nothing left to chance.
We have no complaints

Close to all we needed, just a walk away.
Maybe the outside corridors needs a bit of an update and better night lighting.

The owner was amazing we arrived a few hours earlier than expected, messaged them got an instant response meet us at the apartment helped us carry our bags up the stairs, recommended places for us to eat and visit, really lovely people. They had lots of toys for small children which was nice and unexpected.
The bed was 1 of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.
Just an observation more than a dislike because the owners were really nice, the toilet seat is not on straight so your bum touches the porcelain under the seat on 1 side but other than this tiny detail the apartment is perfect it has beautiful real wood floors that look like they are in a castle with iron nails holding them down a real rustic feel high ceilings the owners have really thought of everything.

Fantastic location! Gracious host, who made great recommendations. Clean and cozy unit.
As with seemingly all Italian locations, the address can be a challenge to find.

Luigia is a very nice hostess and was always available. We had a great time in the beautiful apartment. It is very well located to go to the harbour or to go right into the city center.
