Served its purpose for the money, no thrills but clean and did the job.

Simply room, comfortable. Got us out of a fix where we had been let down by another hotel.

Neighbours were horrific but not apartment owners fault

NOT Premier, NOT Lux and NOT Apartments, avoid this property

I didn't like anything about the property.

When we arrived the receptionist had problems finding our booking and then once he had found it then tried to make us move to a nearby Best Western Hotel, due to "emergency repairs", though we suspected it was due to overbooking. Eventually after some argument and with the receptionist refusing to call his manager, saying he wasn't allowed to disturb him, we were given the keys to a room. When we went in to the room it stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite it being a non smoking hotel. We went and complained again and were found another room, which did not smell of smoke. However the bed was extremely uncomfy, the shower would not retain a constant temperature and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When we went out the next two days of our stay there was an overpowering smell of marijuana in the corridors, which we complained about to reception, but nothing concrete was done about it, especially as stated above that the hotel is non smoking with cleaning fines. We also had to ask housekeeping to replenish the toilet roll in the bathroom as they just completely overlooked this. The towels were threadbare. I also feel the description of the hotel as being serviced apartments borders on being fraudulent as all it is is hotel rooms with a few common kitchenettes, that were absolutely filthy and not in good repair. Not all of them even had fridges. There was virtually no cutlery (4 knives between 6 rooms and no forks).

It was a spacious room and extremely good value for money.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable but for a short stay it was manageable.

DONT DO IT

The room was okay. Hard to keep to a nice temperature.

The staff are rude. They take a deposit which even after over a week. Hasn't been returned. When I called about this. The staff rude and extremely unhelpful which has made the stay sour.

The stay was good but it could be made better by improving on above points.

1. The property is located quite close to the market areas. It is very good as we get to shop around and eat till late evening. 2. The room was very spacious, and we had plenty of beds for us.

1. Being a serviced apartment, there was a kitchen provided. However, the executive at the reception never informed us of it. We travelled with our kid, and would have availed of kitchen facilities such as microwave. While checking out, we noticed the kitchen and thought of using it. 2. The breakfast must be considered more of a snack than a meal. It contained few items - apple, 2 cheese, a croissant and a yoghurt. There was no hash browns, breads, sausages or fries.

Bad

The staff at the reception are brilliant and very friendly. But on our floor there were some unhappy and agressive people. There was two drunk and rowdy indian guests who kept us up all night. And another guest next to us that kept walking about in his room, and he was drunk to. In the night time, they kept coming in out of their room. There was shouting and slamming the doors constantly. The guests on the 2nd floor were so rude and selfish. They have no care for anyone else but themselves. Very bad and horrible guests. I was extremely anxious and uncomfortable. If you want to stay here to relax, forget about it, it won't happen. This hotel really really needs to have a no noise policy and ban noisy guests. I will never come back to this hotel ever again.

Far from the whole apartment lol

The view from the balcony was the saviour! Bit uncomfortable with the whole outside balcony area not partitioned off from next rooms basically someone could come out their room next door and walk straight past your balcony door!!

Could of done with a good scrub up and the mattress on the bed was hard and springy

24 hours reception

The breakfast is not good. A yogurt, a piece of fruit and some bread that you can not toast. We rather have breakfast outside.

i didnt even stay the night. checked out after a few hours due to inhospitable conditions

not luxury at all. dirty stains on carpet and sheets. smelled of smoke. disconnected smoke alarm. broken toilet seT. damp carpet, rubbish on balcony. 2 single beds instead of a double furniture all worn flakey wood

Acceptable stay with horrible climate control.

Housekeeping was top notch and so was reception staff!

My room was incredibly hot - i had to evacuate around 11am every day…
