The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and common spaces are really nice.
On the other side of the street from our room was a school, so from 07:00 in the morning it became very noisy with kids getting dropped of. The noice continued throughout the day. Our room was also right outside the common rooms, so every time someone made a phone call or something we could hear everything. In addition, the toilet did not flush, we had to keep taking the top of and fiddling around in the water.

Great breakfast, luxurious room, shower, amenities etc and very helpful staff. Cosy with not many other rooms. Expensive place for the area but it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in so worth the price.
N/A - sadly I often left before breakfast was served (from 7am) which was a shame as it was delicious.

The bedroom was spacious. I enjoyed the large window opening to the side street. Also the coffee and tea availability was nice.

Great location, lovely staff. The shared courtyards were lovely. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. It was a good value.
Our private bathroom was not attached to our room...down the hall.

Breakfast normally at 7:30am but much better if at 7am due to tours starting early in the area

The rooms, common spaces and courtyard were beautiful and very clean. The complimentary breakfast every morning was also great.
I was not informed that my reservation had been shortened by a day because the room had been double booked until the day before I would have to find new arrangements.

spacious, beautifully decorated. great bathrooms and courtyard.

Super beautiful hotel with a wonderful green garden where the delicious breakfast is served. The room was huge, nicely decorated and spotless clean. Free water and coffee are available all day long. The location is perfect, only a short walk away from the centre.
We had our own bathroom but it was across the hallway.

I had a lovely surprise when I arrived here after a long and uncomfortable 5 hours on a publicj bus from the Mexican Border. It was dark and the bus station, muddy and dark, pot holed and uninviting is not the most salubrious place to make your grand advent into Quetzaltenango. So a taxi was inevitable and to be frank, vital for getting to this place.
The room was larger than I had anticipated, very comfortable, homely and secure. A decent size bathroom was part of the deal, and a door into the central garden meant that I could sit outside in the evening. It felt as if I were the only guest. For this, Guatemala’s second city, this hotel is a one-off find. There is coffee available whenever you fancy a cup and another open area within the building complex. Breakfast is very modest and disappointing and dampened the otherwise really positive vibe I was having about this place. There are a couple of bars and places to eat in the square a few minutes away. To get there, exit hotel right, take the next left and walk down til you reach the square with its old and dilapidated cathedral.
Nothing other than what I said above

Its by far the nicest hotel we found around in the same time the price was lower than most
Its minor issue, but in one of the rooms, its private bathroom is not inside

Absolutely darling place; incredible decor. Good breakfast; 5 choices. Well appointed
No hot water. We brought bath & skin care products to create our own Spa experience but could not use shower because there was only cold water.

I love everything!
