ホテルの説明ファイル、ルームサービスなど一切無し

チェックアウトが１３時３０分だったのでゆっくりできた

お風呂の浴槽に髪のが残っていて洗った形跡がなかった。ルームサービスなど一切無くホテル説明のファイルなども一切無かったのはビックリした。結果フロントが何番なのかもわからなかった。

有个大浴缸，还有按摩功能提供的洗漱沐浴用品挺多的

想订离车站近的一定要避雷，从御殿场车站走过去，整整花了30分钟，路又窄又远，拖着行李箱的话真的会累死。柜台的欧巴桑说话也真有意思，每次都阴阳怪气的。连住的话也是不打扫的，需要换东西得自己去问柜台要

インターに近かったこと。行きたい施設が近かったのと。

★お風呂のジャグジーの、2つのボタンが作動しない。 ★飲料用の蛇口のPUSHを押しても出てこない ★冬なのにウォシュレットの温水が水だった ★有線のボタンを大きくしても聞こえないくらい小さい ★トイレのトイレットペーパーの、位置が低すぎる ★最低なのがコンドームが置いてなかったのが、有り得なかった。元々ないなら有り得ないし、掃除の方が置き忘れたのかわかりませんが、お客から言えないし、ラブホ置いてないは初めてでした。持参していてたから良かったですが。料金はやすかったのですが、古いのはともかく、設備や色んな面が残念すぎました。また次回来たいと思うような改善をお願いします。

有線放送·ジャグジー壊れてて使えなかった。トイレの窓から外が丸見えで落ち着いて出来なかった。

Practical and atypical stay by Gotemba

Staff kind and arranging. Walkable distance for the Gotemba Outlet and train station. Fuji-san view with effort and strech at the window.

Bed, tea cups, bath ... uncleaned. I had to clean the bath before using. Broken devices, broken TV stand leaving the electricity cables at risk, rust in the bathtub. Broken buttons for managing the lamps making some unusable. No functionable light in the bathroom area, the staff had to come and change the bulb. I missed the Fuji-san sunset time in the process …

As seen in other reviews that we should have checked first this is a pay by the hour type hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated but the big issue was the amount of stains around and on the bed. We decided after about an hour that we were not going to stay there and left the premises.
