Top location, almost private beach, beach access straight from the property
Ants in the room, smelly sink, we received a room with very poor cleaning, only the bed sheets and towels were clean, the floor wasn’t even thoroughly mopped, dirty unusable kettle, no toilet paper provided, check in was supposed to be at 12 (according to information on booking) but they told us we could check in from 2pm

Excellent location, just few steps from the small and quiet beach, beautiful clean sea
location , sea view, nice and very helpful owners

Everything was great. Amazing location. Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, great terrace.
Bathroom could be bigger, especially shower (but the positive thing is that water pressure was really good, something that was always a bit problematic in Greece).

Everything was awesome, the room as well was incredible and very relaxing!
The amazing view of the room made our time there so peaceful and calm.
The host was very nice with us, he wellcome us very well and help us a lot with our staying there!
You have a very good restaurant named Shoestring just downstairs by the house and the beach is in front of you, is small but very beautiful and with a few people, its like a private beach!
We will sure come back as soon as we can!

Amazing view, big room, mosquito protection included, almost private amazing beach below.
Hosts welcomed me during my (late) arrival.
Shower needs improvement, did not leak at all, but curtain needs fixing. Breakfast served by a different business, fixed price, no matter the amount of food you get (could be good or bad, depending on the amount you eat 😊).

A stunning view from the apartment balcony. Sandy beach within short distance from the property.
1. Air-con in one of the rooms was out of order for the first 10 days. It was replaced 4 days before our departure.
2. The front doors in both apartments we rented (one for parents, the other for 3 teenagers) jammed continuously. In order to open them you needed to give them a kick.
3. The rooms were cleaned only twice during the whole 2-week stay. You had to look for the host to ask for toilet paper.
4. The attitude of the staff. An initial misunderstanding with the car rental upon arrival at the airport (we thought we rented the car for 24h while the owners reserved the car for two weeks) introduced the atmosphere of distrust and resentment on the part of the owners which culminated in a big argument (including yelling and threatening to be banned from ever using booking.com services in the future) on the day of checkout. We were accused of losing the TV remote control about which the female owner complained to booking.com Greece and we were subsequently fined 60€, which we considered unfair and unjustified. Our 3 teenage daughters which occupied that room said they had never seen the remote control in the room in response to what the female owner accused them of lying and made the youngest one burst into tears.

We struggled to find the accommodation due to lack of signage. The views were lovely and beach bar was excellent.
The close proximity to the main coast road.

Clean, comfortable room with a fantastic view.
Basic cooking facilities, much appreciated if you just want a quiet time without having to eat out.
Nice, helpful staff.
Lovely quiet beach just downstairs.
Secluded but not too isolated, shops and busy area within walking/cycling distance.

the view is just amazing. if it would be an empty room, would worth it! 😂 few steps the sea, the beach is really quit, sand and some small stone mixed. Fishes, crabs etc few meters far from the beach, the water is crystal clear. beautiful. the owner is really kind. supermarkets are around 15-20mins far by walk in both destination. a restaurant between the beach and the apartment. alykanas beach is ca 20mins walk also, there you can rent a boat to check the shipwreck, blue caves etc (Nikos Rent a Boat). I can recommend them also!

Room was nice and beautifull located on a small beach with a gorgeous bar and restaurant named Shoe String. Natassa suggested a very good boat trip to blue caves, Navajo and Kefalonia with an excellet price.
I've spent there 4 nights and they've never cleaned the room (even if they said the would do it on the 3rd day) nor replaced toilet paper. This was disappointing since the reviews on this matter were positive...I think price is high for such poor service.

I could see the sea from my window, it just a few step down to jump imto the beach, although a little bit far from the village it is a lovely place to relax and forget about everything. The owner was very helpful with litteraly everything. Organise car rental and transfer from the airport too. It was very useful for a single traveler.

I booked this holiday based on the great reviews and lovely photos however I would not personally recommend this place. The pictures on the listing do not accurately illustrate this property. There is no beach here in October. The sand all washes away at the end of season. There was litter in the grounds. I booked a collection from the airport but received a message while I was on the plane that they could not come. There were no English speaking staff on site until I complained via booking.com on the third day when I moved out.
