Yet another fab holiday at 48 Kings Chalet Park. I would recommend this chalet to everyone. It's comfortable and well equiped for our stay.
There was a burst water main on the site. The Kings site office were very informative as to what was happening and how long it would be before we had water. We had no reason to call Keys Cottage.
Thank you for making our holiday relaxing

I was impressed with chalet when I first viewed it on Keys website but it exceeded my expectations in reality. Wonderful view from front of chalet towards Happy Valley and cliffs. Felt at home straight away and chalet contained everything I needed for my stay. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were first class. Welcome 'goodies' pack was unexpected but most welcome. Would definitely stay there again. Well done to the owners for providing a well furbished accommodation in which to stay.

Always enjoy our stays in this chalet. Location is great for beach and town access and cliff walks. enough equipment for self catering

Had a lovely holiday, as always in Cromer. The chalet is well situated for all amenities. We had a cold week so relied on the heating which was poor. The hoover needs a good clean out, needed emptying on arrival and also not upto scratch. On departure Saturday 27th April one of the plug sockets started smoking, phoned Keys hope they got it sorted.

Very clean well equipped chalet only let down by the bed and there being no room to walk round bed .

This is our 3rd stay in this lovely chalet. The flowers and welcome pack are so nice. We had a great weeks stay and would recommend to anyone. It is well equipped for the whole family

Enjoyed our weeks stay . One of the nicest chalets we have stayed in . We go to Kings chalet park often. We found the hoover had not been emptied , with it being a coldish week the heater was probably not big enough to heat the chalet . All in all we enjoyed our stay and will book again .

Excellent chalet. Immaculate, spotlessly clean , tastefully decorated, comfy beds and all equipment needed for perfect holiday

The chalet was lovely and clean when we arrived and the welcome pack was the best we've ever had - fresh flowers, fresh milk, coffee/tea/sugar, chocolate teacakes & crisps. It is very compact and I think anymore than two would find it very snug. Location wise there are no local shops to buy a newspaper etc however the walk along the cliffs into Cromer or Overstrand is wonderful.

Couldn’t be better…
I’ve been holidaying in Cromer and staying at King Chalet park for the best part of 25 years, I’ve stayed in many chalets and chalet 48 was right there at the top!
Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, lovely modern interior there really was everything you needed and more.

This was our second stay at this lovely chalet and it was good to see that the owner had refreshed some if the furnishings and equipment. It is really quite comfortable tho a bit of a squeeze here and there, but given its location close to beach and town, where we spent most of our time, it's perfect for eating, sleeping, relaxing before enjoying Cromer and north Norfolk's extensive offer. It's great value for money, at a quiet site. We'd certainly stay again.

WOW what can I say. This is the second time we have used 48 King's Park Chalet and it didn't disappoint. The fresh flowers were lovely and stayed fresh all week. It is comfortable, well equipped and had little added extras that made our stay a joyable and memorable one.
We will definitely booking again.

Nice comfortable chalet
Had a lovely week’s holiday here, nicely decorated and well equipped. Very cosy inside. Great location. Only two faults were a dirty grill and plug in the bathroom sink wouldn’t open to release the water, had to prise open the metal plug which took some effort. Will definitely return in the future.

A very relaxing, peaceful break
I really enjoyed my stay at 48 Kings Chalet. It met my expectations, it was clean and well presented and had everything that I needed. The site itself was very well kept too, I loved the fact that it was so close to the sea, I had many love walks to Cromer and Overstrand along the cliffs and on the beach.

Was a great holiday in lovely Cromer. The chalet park suited us, but it was very quiet. The chalet was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic chalet in a lovely location, only thing I found on arrival was a dirty grill pan so didn’t use the cooker all week and also the cups were stained so had to wash them before using. Also the picture of the chalet online has a different sofa than is in the chalet.

Great property Great location only thing that let it down for use was no WiFi may be worth getting for the park and charging small amount for each chalet as used lots of mobile data .

Perfect for beach and town
This chalet is a short drive or 20 minute walk either by road or cliff tops from Cromer. It's quiet on site and the chalet is well equipped with a modern kitchen.

Good as always.
Just back from another week at Kings Chalets. The chalet was as good as usual and we had another enjoyable doggie friendly stay. The chalet was a good place to be . We enjoyed being close to the large sloping field - ideal for dogs and children. We enjoyed walking into Cromer through the small woodland and along the cliffs and having a coffee at the North Lodge Park cafe en route. It's then just a short walk downhill to the beach with the option of a walk into the town if required. We hope to be back next year.

Half term in number 48
We had a lovely 4 night stay at number 48 from the 19th October during our half term week. Our party was myself, husband, son and dog. We were familiar with the chalet as our parents had stayed there previously and us on the same site in the summer.
The chalet is extremely clean and comfortable and the location great for access to the beach.
Days out included Bacton beach, the Ship at Mundesley and crazy golf in Cromer. We have highly recommended our stay to friends.

Good central area
Nicely beach themed throughout very clean and tidy, please note a short walk though grass to get to the door so a suitcase on wheels is awkward,

Nice
Quaint yet comfortable. A very easy stay well equipped. Do read the booking notes. All round 9/10. Which is top marks as far as I’m concerned

Excellent location
This is the the second time we have stayed in this chalet, lovely and clean great location nice walk to Cromer, the only thing about
the chalet it would have been nice to have outside sitting there’s no where to sit and enjoy the sunshine but apart from that it’s worth booking and dog friendly.

Most enjoyable. We would certainly book again. Most comfortable beds
This was our second visit so we knew what to expect at number 48 and weren't disappointed. The chalet is lovely and we hope to return next year.

July stay at 48 King's Chalet
We are a family of 6 who stayed at King's for a week from the 11th July in 3 chalets at the park. My father in law who is 82 stayed in number 48.
The chalet is immaculate. Everything including the mattresses and quilts are brand new. We were very impressed and would definitely re-book.

Brilliant
Everything perfect.
Why would you want to stop anywhere else!

A week in Cromer
One of the nicest chalets we have stayed in on the Park. Slight issue with the table and stools, not very comfortable for eating at, or playing games etc. God outlook and great for walking everywhere like the Park in general. Looks tidier under the new management too.
