Recently built in 2015, it has spacious rooms, and all the amenities your group will desire, and the beautiful beaches of Port Aransas are just a short golf cart ride away. Made for making memories, the open-concept floor plan combines the kitchen, dining, and comfy living area.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and a large pantry. The dining area seats eight with an additional six seats at the breakfast bar.
After a day at the beach, relax next to the private saltwater pool, and palapa. Enjoy listening to your music on the built-in Bluetooth SONOS speakers and cooking on the gas grill in the outdoor kitchen.
The master suite downstairs (BR1) has a king-size bed and the ensuite bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and large walk-in closet. Upstairs is a second master suite (BR2) with a king-size bed, a large closet, and a private entrance to the balcony that overlooks the backyard, and pool area. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower. (BR3) This room is complete with two Queen beds, nightstands, and a large closet. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower. A fun bunk room completes (BR4) with 3 sets of twin bunk beds. This room also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans.
Enjoy the coastal breezes and the sound of waves rolling from the upstairs balcony, overlooking the pool for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The game room upstairs is loaded with fun! Shuffleboard table, foosball table, cocktail arcade machine, numerous family board games, large TV, DVD player, and Spectrum cable. The large sectional couch makes into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. There are also 2 beach bicycles for your use.

My extended family comes to Port Aransas every year for vacation. As we’ve grown, so do the houses we select to stay! This one was perfect for 5 couples and 4 kids. We enjoyed the pool everyday. We appreciated the outdoor shower by the garage for after beach days. Location was convenient to beach and downtown Port A. Golf cart was super fun. Beds were comfortable. All the amenities we wanted. Looking forward to next year!

The property was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to Port A. Each room was spacious and comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our six girls, and all five moms had great sleeping arrangements. All the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a perfect hangout for the girls upstairs while the moms relaxed in the downstairs living room. The pool was a nice amenity to have after a day on the beach. The home also came with a golf cart which was extremely convenient. We had one small issue with the AC at the beginning of the trip, but property management was quick to respond and had the problem taken care of in no time. The house is centrally located and has easy access to the beach by golf cart. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic necessities, but did lack a few non-essential items like ziplock bags, aluminum foil, and all purpose cleaner for easy cleanups. The home was perfect for our trip. We will certainly consider using this property again when returning to Port A with a large group!

Can’t say enough about this place. You won’t be disappointed! The house was very nice and very comfortable. The included golf cart was super nice. Was in driveway when we arrived, and no need to return- just left in driveway upon departure.
We did pay for the pool to be heated, but it never heated. Management was attentive and tried to fix. Not a big deal to us just would’ve been a nice extra.

The house was a great size for the amount of people we had. Great location, very nice as described. Only a few little things that would have made it "perfect".
Several light bulbs out, battery in fan remote in game room was dead and pacman machine did not work. Couldn't find instruction on how to connect to the SONOS speakers and the back yard could have used a little maintenance. Overall excellent house! Would stay here again.

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Fun game room. There is something for everyone. The pool is a great size for games. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lucky Marlin. Had a couple of issues we had to call property manager about and they were right on top of it same day. Would highly recommend this property for your vacation with your family. We had a blast.

Grill was dirty, ants in restroom tub, ants on counter in kitchen, pool was constantly dirty meaning the filtration system wasn’t very good, or needed to run more often. Pool was also hot, perhaps adding a shade over the pool may help. These were very minor to us, but wanted you all to be aware. Other then these minor problems we enjoyed the house and all the amenities that come with it.. oh one last suggestion.. if the rental comes w one free night for a golfcart, I suggest letting whoever rents the house to choose the date. If we check in at 4, the last thing most people do is go to the beach at 4 pm or have to worry about it the next day.. just a thought.

Great house with minimal stairs
We have stayed at this property previously which is why we came back. It has a great layout for our family. We have grandparents that can’t climb lots of stairs and having the master bedroom and public spaces all on the first floor is our favorite thing about this house. And of course the kids love the pool and bunk room. My only suggestion is in regards to the grill. Both times we have stayed here the grill has been very dirty. We planned for that the second time and brought our own grill for cooking. House itself was clean and tidy though. The home is also on a fairly small and quiet street which is very nice.

Beautiful home with a fantastic pool and lounge areas.
The whole family loved the spaciousness of the home with the open floor plan on main level. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Had everything we needed for family of 8 even a game room for the gamers. The pool and lounge areas with a picnic table were our favorite places to gather.

Mostly great with a few kinks
Upon arrival, we quickly noticed the freezer was stuck open and had to fix it. Pool wasn't the cleanest. Some beds were comfortable, some were awful. No sand on the shuffle to play, pac man was coin based. The house was beautifully decorated and cleaned well. We had everything we needed to cook. But no ice. We were able to fit 4 cars and the golf cart in the driveway and garage. Internet cut off on day 2 for some reason. It was a fun stay overall. Lots of places to sleep. Comfy couches.

Great house for a family vacation. The house was more then we expected, very tastefully done and well stocked with what you need. It offered the space needed for a large family and little ones enjoying themselves. Close to the beach but not walkable. Had issues with the AC after hours and a maintenance man was there within minutes and it was fixed in little time. We agree that we all felt relaxed in this home and would definitely stay in it again.

Awesome Beach House
The house worked perfectly for our large group - seven adults and four kids. The property was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The game room kept the kids entertained, everyone enjoyed the pool, and we were just a short golf cart ride from the beach. What more could you ask for? We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families
This is a beautiful well thought out house. We loved having a separate game room upstairs and living room downstairs. Unfortunately I called the property manager about seven times during our stay for one thing and another. For instance, there were no pool towels or beach towels given. The games upstairs either didn't work, needed batteries, or were missing pieces. When I called about the pac man machine, they said we don't know if it works. This should have been removed from the property if it is known not to work instead of spending time and disappointing kids. The pool is not heated so it was very cold in April. The gas grill didn't work well so just expect to cook your food longer on high. Definitely bring trash bags, they didn't have any for the kitchen. And bring a knife sharpener. Despite all this, we really enjoyed our time and would book here again!

An amazing house with responsive staff
First off, this house is huge, has an amazing pool and patio, and is well appointed. We did have some issues with a broken AC and broken internet but the company went above and beyond to make of right. They dropped off portable AC for the downstairs where the AC failed and had two repair there the next day fixing it first thing. We never did get the internet to work so they provided us with a hotspot that was able to be used in one room at a time. These are things that can happen at any home. They took great care of us. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Good Location
Unfortunately the guests who stayed before us were not very respectful of the property which caused us a lot of stress and issues. The pool wasn’t clean, trash in the backyard and the house smelled like smoke. The management company was very communicative and tired to do their best to fix the issues. The location of the property is great and close to the beach. Lots of space. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.
