The place looks amazing and is very big, it fits a lot of people! Hosts were very resnsive and helpful when we were not able to find things.

Staying here was awesome! Clean home, well equipped and close to many stores and restaurants.

Lots of room in the house for our group of 15. Loved that there was lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Convenient location for our volleyball team. This house had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay.

Though a little confusing at first, this place is a hidden gem! It was great for my family and friends to all be able to stay under one roof. There were only a couple issues like not enough smart tv remotes (we all like netflix) and mosquitoes (all over the city) but the stay was fantastic and there were so many appliances available which definitely outweighed any small issue. Definitely recommend this place if you have a big group!

It's not easy to find a place for 20 people but this worked great! Lots of beds and plenty of gathering space. It is centrally located in Fullerton with easy access to everything. (If you like doughnuts, try B&B just down the street. Amazing!) The neighborhood is a little rough but the neighbors are really nice.
The place was clean when we got there but only surface clean. Lot's of dust built up in places that a normal cleaning crew wouldn't get unless they were quite thorough.
The plumbing struggled while we were there. You can't put anything down the disposal, which isn't too bad, but the pipes backed up into the bathtub making that bathroom unusable. And the drain in the main shower was slow so water filled the bottom. I used a plunger on that and got it going again. The management team got a plumber in to fix the backup problem and we were back in business.
Overall, it was a good place to stay and the management team is responsive.

First, let me say that we were grateful for a place to shower and sleep that could accommodate half of our family.
Here are some of the concerns:
It said it could sleep 20 but there were no wash cloths for even close to that.
There was no dustpan for sweeping. There were cobwebs and bugs around the door frames.
The air conditioning did not work. There were not screens on bedroom windows so windows could be open.
Bathtubs took over an hour to drain.
The laminate floor had pieces missing.
Lastly, though I was not looking for a house with a pool communications we received indicated there was a pool. There was no pool.

The space is does the job. It isn’t the fanciest location, but certainly enough space for a large family without being too crowded.

Spacious house, perfect big families visiting town!!!

First , this home has a tarp on the roof.
The whole home smells like mold, so strong that all our luggage smelled like this when we got back home.
The home is very run down, from floors to bathrooms.
The main bathroom downstairs we had to bathe without a curtain, it kept dropping every time we bathed.
In the middle of the night I heard sounds in the walls as is there were rats. The he only way into the back garage is to first go in to the front of the home to open it. Horrible set up. if you drive a large SUV it will not fir in the garage.
Forget parking in front of the home , there is no parking anywhere. Terrible neighborhood . Home is big for large families but not worth the price.

This place was wonderful for our family of 8. Very convenient to Disneyland and there are a bunch of restaurants, and a Costco, within walking distance. The place is updated and very comfortable and the property managers were very attentive and adept at solving a couple minor issues we had at check in.

The house was so spacious and was able to accommodate my family and I more than comfortably. Upon checkin our code did not work but was promptly reset, however later that day my mother and I were locked out from a different keypad and Carolyn was not much help at all. The parking stated that four cars could fit comfortably, however once we checked in the verbiage changed to “four standard cars can fit.” We found it very tight with only three cars. Location was perfect for my graduation at the Honda Center and lots of stores and food options were within walking distance. The only thing I would recommend would be to fix the damaged floor and broken chair for the kitchen table. Would also recommend increased pest control.

Rented this house for a multi family trip to Disney. House was clean and updated. Parking was a little tricky, but we got the hang of it.

We loved our stay in this home. It was easy to check in and out. The location is very convenient and anything you need right around the corner. Next time my family goes to Disney we will be hoping we can stay here again.

The property was great. It was very clean and had all the supplies needed for our group of 16. We loved the heated pool and jacuzzi and the fact that almost every room had its own bathroom. We loved the layout of the house.
There were a couple of issues with the heating and cooling and with the washer as well. The property management company was responsive though when we reached out. We did run out of paper towels and trash bags. We had to use towels to clean up and pulled in the big trash bin from outside to throw out our trash.

This house was a great location for our family Disney stay. It was a short Uber ride to Disney and plenty of stores and restaurants just up the street. It had plenty of towels and beds were comfy. However the minute we opened the door there was a very strong mold smell throughout the main floor of the house. It rained the first two days of our stay and water continuously drizzled from the ceiling over the table. We had to use towels and a big bowl to catch it. This was obviously the source of the mold smell. It was so strong it was awful. In fact when we got home everything in our suitcase still carried the mold smell quite strongly.
Other than that it was a nice place to stay. Could use some repair work on the hallway floor, it had a couple of places where the wood was broken leaving holes.

Had a great time staying at this property, we had few issues with the lower restroom at the hallway, I addressed them with cleaning crew, if that gets fixed we can definitely rent this property again.

The home was very nice. Each of the beds/bedrooms were new and very comfortable. We had no issues and loved our stay while we visited the Disney parks.

Overall, this property fit our needs for a large multi-family Disneyland trip. This property is actually managed by a vacation rental company so all your contracts and contacts will come from there and it is all very thorough and well laid out which is nice.
A main point that isn’t quite made clear in the listing is that the 4 parking spaces consist of a two car garage and a gated, concrete side space. No street parking as a guest, though residents of other homes may. It gets pretty tight. 4 parking spaces is for small compact cars, sedans at the most. Anything larger and you’ll want to condense the number of vehicles you bring. While we had no issues during our stay, upon departure, we did notice the metal gate that blocked off the outdoor parking space had been tagged with graffiti.
Check in was fairly easy. The floors of the property were quite dirty and we noticed our children’s as well as our feet were almost black by the end of the night. Cleanliness otherwise was okay. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for the large diversely aged group we had. Overall, a good fit for our needs as it mainly provided a place to gather upon arrival in CA and a place to sleep/prepare for our days at Disney.

too many guidelines it was confusing to check in and keep having to refer to the guidelines. the key situation was weird, you park in the back, but your keyless entry is in the front with no street parking, so you are blocking the road getting out and have to drive around the block. for 20 people there will be multiple cars and multiple adults doing things separately, but they only gave one set of keys and one set garage opener, which made things difficult. parking is crazy and DOES not fit 2 over sized vehicles, we had to leave the garage open and that made us feel super unsafe, the neighborhood was a sketchy and we didn't feel 100% safe. internet is slow, remote situation was confusing for the rooms and very strict with a fee if it’s lost. for a house to sleep 20 there was only ONE set of extra bedding, I had people with no blankets and sheets to sleep with. I wouldn't stay here again but if you are looking for a home to sleep 20 it is very rare to find at an affordable price.

Inside the home was nice, several upgrades. We particularly enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and the bonus loft. The loft was perfect for the kids. The parking for extended cab vehicles was challenging since only one truck fit in the garage. We made the alley parking work.

We were two families with kiddos visiting Disneyland for 3 days. This home exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom and spread out. Well stocked and the location was ideal for a 5 minute Uber to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Our family of 16 had a comfortable stay. This house was equipped with all the necessities. Parking is good if you have a smaller SUV, if traveling with larger group and with large vehicles definitely was tight and had to be more cautions when parking. So good parking skills are required! But it was doable. All convenient stores and shops is nearby and with walking distance. And Disneyland was only 10mins away! We would stay here again!

We thought the area was a bit ghetto looking. We were expecting a pool and the home had some damages to the flooring. You could hear a raccoon or whatever it was on the roof at night. The house was decent but nothing like what we expected especially the neighborhood.

We loved this home so much it was hard to leave! Such a beautiful layout and a nice stocked kitchen. It was perfect for our large group.
5.0
The house offered many bedrooms and bathrooms to satisfy our family, it was clean, accessible from major highways and great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Close to Disney and other attractions. However, too many rules and very unclear instructions on where to park and access to garage and parking area. Excellent place to stay when going to Disney!!!

We enjoyed our time here and they had most everything we needed..

We had a group of 11 staying at the home ages from 5 to 65, the home was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Love the kitchen!! There are some repairs that are recommended which I conveyed to the property manager, all communication was easy and promptly acknowledged. I would have liked to have seen a lock for the extra gated parking, but still felt safe and was grateful for the availability considering the No street parking rules. I would have liked to have seen more of the property rules outlined before booking, but they were straight forward and reasonable guidelines. It was an easy drive to Disneyland and served our trip well.

The house sleepy 16 people comfortably. I brought a soccer team and I did not realize 4 girls would have to sleep on pull out couches. Over all we had a great experience as the house was close to food and shopping. The only issue I have was since the house does sleep 20 and I did inform management that we would have 20 people I expected the house to be equipped with towels for 20 people and toilet paper to last the 5 days we stayed. Not horrible but had to buy TP. The management did let us check out an hour late and that was super helpful! Over all we would definitely stay again!
5.0
Overall it was a pleasant trip, the house/property was nice and comfortable given our large family size. Unfortunately we had the extra large Suburban which made parking a challenge. The backyard wasn't clean or ready for us, luckily we didn't have to use it. As for the utensils some of them still had food particles. The cleaners need to pay attention to details. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will rent here again.

The amount of space and rooms was perfect for everyone! The communication with the property manager was fast and easy. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!!

Sleeps 20. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, hand soap, dishwasher, Laundry machine, detergents, strollers, high chair, ice chest, sand toys all provided! Less to pack! Clean and well maintained!

The house is large enough for a big group. Location is also pretty good, although Fullerton city rules seem overly strict, like you cannot be outside at all after, I think, 10 pm. The worst part is that the house is quite dirty and run down. The rug in the family room clearly hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived, but more than that, it is filthy and desperately needs to be shampooed. There are also several tears in the vinyl floors, large dings in the walls, and shower heads that leak and won't shut off completely. Overall, the place is poorly cleaned and maintained. I wouldn't stay here again.

Rented with my team for a big conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It isn’t the closest to the center but only like a 15 minute drive and we actually preferred being away from the thick of it closer to Disneyland. It was a peaceful respite from the hubbub of the conference. It was impeccably clean and well appointed. Also walking distance to Starbucks.
