VR-014016. Comfortable and cozy 1006 square foot townhouse in uptown Pagosa Springs just off the Pagosa Springs golf course. Located near the airport, close to a disk golf course, with shopping and restaurants nearby. World's deepest hot springs for soaking are a five minute drive away. Local outdoor activities include lake and stream fishing less than two miles away, hiking in national forests, tubing in the local river, snowboarding, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing during the winter at local ski resorts. It is a five-minute drive to an RC plane park. Dark, clear skies at night for star-gazing and meteor spotting. This is a get-away home for relaxing with family or as a home base for adventuring
The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. There are 1.75 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a deck off the master bedroom. A washer and dryer are located inside the home. Cable TV, internet, and a DVD player are provided. Board games, DVDs, and logic puzzles will help provide personal or family entertainment if desired.

The owners of this property have thought of everything a person may need for a nice stay. The arrival instructions were perfect. The property instructions were great, although we could not get the DVD player to work. Probably my fault.

There are three teenagers in our family, my husband, and I. The property was very clean. The host was kind and quick to reply. We had zero problems with our stay there and plan to stay again should we return to Pagosa.

This was a lovely place to enjoy the beauty of Pagosa Springs. The check-in/ out process was simple, and everything you would need to know about the home is clearly listed and detailed. Perfect setting when your time is mostly away. Very cozy, good internet, good location. I will not hesitate to seek out this property in future trips to Pagosa. Close to a small lake, beautiful walk in the morning. Having a full kitchen plus appliances/dishes etc was also nice.

The house was in a great neighborhood that was nice and quiet. The space itself was very clean and had plenty of room for us to hang out in. Being from New Mexico, we definitely appreciated the native american decor that made us feel at home. Check in and check out were a breeze as well, would highly recommend.

We could not have asked for a more comfortable home for our White Christmas. Our family of 4's needs were complelely meet for our stay. From a box of Girl Scout cookies to plenty of comfortable bedding, we had no complaints. Add to this a stellar location, all kitchen needs, and impecable communication. The kids have already asked if we can book again next year!

Martin provides a great value and a great stay, with tons of helpful information about the area and local activities. His pre-check-in communication is totally customized to your interests. Very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. Quiet neighborhood in a nice part of town. The Girl Scout cookies upon arrival was a nice touch! This townhouse has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time & loved the property. I hope it is available about the same time next year. The only suggestions for improvement are a full size towel rack & exhaust fan in the hallway bathroom.

We really appreciate the ability to access everything in the area easily. The house was really well set up and we were very comfortable. Only the sump pump that had to run with the melting snow was a nuisance. Lovely area to visit with family and friends!

Perfect place to land. Right in the middle of town, 5 min drive to springs, 5 min drive to groceries and restaurants. Clean, has all the pots, pans, and kitchenware. Thank you for letting us get away in your house!

My husband and I stayed at the property this past week. This was hands-down the cleanest short term rental we've ever seen! We loved it. Also, I made an enormous "user error" with my rental online. The owner called me and was extremely understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this STR.
