Um hotel agradável mas precisa melhorar muito

Ótima localização, ambiente tranquilo e sem agito Tamanho quarto muito bom

Apesar de constar no site não existe serviço de turndown O hotel ainda é novo mas com problema de manutenção, persianas quebradas, quarto sujo, não oferece chinelos, somente uma única garrafa água cortesia, uma única cápsula de café e um único saco de chá. Para um hotel SLH é inaceitável esse tipo de atitude. Hotel praticamente vazio e fomos alocados num quarto de fundos, térreo, escuro com persianas quebradas.

High expectations - very disappointing reality

Quality of the room finish was great - but so many others things were sadly wrong

Where to start? The pool side rooms are totally mid-sold! Yes they’re by the pool but the window IS the door - so unless you want to be stared at by every passer by, the rooms are dark and windowless. Not what you want at the beach! The front desk had no weekend manager and weren’t able to help… Was willing to pay for first night and go elsewhere but they refused to release me from my booking. All very bad service standards

Nice looking hotel, unfriendly staff, bad service and certainly not a small luxury hotel as they claim to be

Whilst the room was small it was well decorated and comfortable beds. However not even a complementary bottle of water, that was $6 per bottle!

No air con in the lift or hotel corridors in our block wasn’t great. But above all I found the staff at check unbelievably rude. Probably the worst I have ever experienced in my 40+ years on this planet! The only nice member of staff was the bellman, he was super helpful and very friendly and I really enjoyed chatting to him.

Hôtel bien décoré nous avons bien pris une chambre avec balcon, la chambre était conforme à nos attentes. Bien situé également sur Lincoln avenue, transats et serviettes pour la plage.

Situé à Miami Beach entre plusieurs hôtels donc le bruit de la climatisation était présent! Pour 3 nuits c'était parfait avec un bon rapport qualité prix à l'arrivée!

Excelente ubicación

Ubicación excelente, es costoso pero tiene buenas instalaciones. El personal muy amable y colaborador. Habitación cómoda y con todos los servicios: refrigerador, máquina café, buen baño, etc.

Poca privacidad en el baño: La ducha tiene una pared de vidro opaco hacia a la habitación, que permite ver bastante. La conexión Wifi no funcionaba muy bien.

La miglior soluzione per South Beach

La struttura è la più bella nella zona, la camera era super spaziosa per 3 adulti e ognuno aveva il suo spazio. Il personale è stato cordiale e la piscina era un’ottima alternativa alla spiaggia. Ha un lido (come lo chiamiamo noi italiani) incluso nel prezzo. Servizio golf car su richiesta, bar e ristorante che però non abbiamo provato. E’ vicino a tutte le attrazioni di South Beach ed ai principali servizi.

A parte il wifi altalenante e debole (che va assolutamente potenziato) non ho ritrovato nessuno degli aspetti negativi segnalati in altri commenti. Questo è un peccato perché il cliente dovrebbe domandarsi anche come lui si pone nei confronti degli altri, dei problemi e della realtà dei fatti, prima di giudicare in maniera negativa. Se vai a South Beach, dovresti prenotare qui.

Agradable

El hotel estaba bastante lleno. Para el check in tuvimos que esperar una barbaridad y por eso perdimos practicamente todo el dia. Las habitaciones no las limpiaban hasta bien tarde. Pagamos por una habitacion para 3 y solo dan servicios para 2. Tienes que andar pidiendo todo para el tercer huesped

mooi en netjes ingericht

We kwamen laat aan en werden in een donkere kleine kamer gezet, volgende dag gevraagd of we een andere kamer konden krijgen want dit was niet de beleving die wij verwachten om in Miami Beach te verblijven. Meteen netjes geholpen en konden s'middags naar een mooie ruime kamer verblijven waar we heel erg blij van werden. We hielden van de golfer service naar de beach!

terrible and short

When we checked in the unhelpful and not friendly man at reception told us we'd been upgraded. We went to the room and it wasn't an upgrade in our opinion, adjacent to the pool so busy with people and not private. We had booked a superior King room. There were two small double beds in the room but it was clearly not ready. They then got some staff to finish the housekeeping of the room. When we finally got inside we then found that the lights didn't work properly by the bathroom (it controlled the lights for all the room) A technician / maintenance man arrived and showed us that the light switch by the bed worked but we were correct that the bathroom light switch did not work. I said this isn't acceptable and we would like the room we booked. I went back to reception and they said there's nothing wrong with the lights and we can't move you to another room (or the room we booked) as this was the last room. I said this wasn't acceptable and we will book another hotel. The man on reception had no customer skills whatsoever.

Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Miami South Beach!

The restaurant on property was super Instagram vibes! Very cute! Staff & Customer service was exceptional! The aesthetic of the hotel was very beautiful! Location was great! less then a block away from a 24 hours pharmacy OVERALL it was an amazing stay, we really did enjoy it!

Très bonne situation, personnel serviable et prestations de qualité.

Hébergement très confortable à la décoration raffinée à un emplacement très pratique, en proximité de Lincoln avenue et de la mer. Personnel très agréable et serviable Très jolie piscine dans l'espace patio Nous ne prenions pas le petit déjeuner sur place.

Notre chambre qui donnait coté rue, et malgré la qualité de l'insonorisation, n'était pas totalement épargnée de quelques automobilistes bruyants...

La ubicación, el hotel es bonito y muy limpio.

El ascensor no estaba en funcionamiento, tiene poco personal, no nos dieron coctel de cortesía y a otros huéspedes si. La piscina tiene horario limitado.

HOTEL TRES SYMPA ET BIEN SITUE

Personnel vraiment gentil, emplacement top (ni trop près ni trop loin de Ocean Drive), un supermarché à 200m, piscine chauffée et plage à proximité avec transat gratuit pour les personnes séjournant à l'hôtel. La décoration de l'hôtel très végétalisée vraiment magnifique, lits confortables, déjeuner très copieux.

Déjeuner très cher et service assez long. Aucun membre du personnel ne parle français malgré de nombreux touristes français à Miami donc parfois un peu compliqué lorsqu'on ne parle pas très bien anglais ou pas du tout espagnole

Charmant hôtel moderne style art déco

Un établissement à taille humaine dans un style à la fois moderne et art déco. La piscine et son patio sont juste magnifiques. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout peu se faire à pied. À recommencer sans hésitation.

Certaines chambres sont un peu sombres.

Great base but but very expensive extras

Location, room, swimming pool

High charges for coffee in the room. Tea is available but no water boiler - one needs to use water from the coffee machine - this is nothing you should pay any money for and they are charging usd 5 if I’m not mistaken for that which for any tea drinker would be absurd. Breakfast is expensive. Our room didn’t get cleaned last day because they were busy and left it until the end of the housekeepers shift and we needed to get ready for the dinner. Front desk out of their breath during the holidays (probably understaffed)

Beautiful but lacking a warmth

The decor was stunning

Staff quite cold, the room amenities whilst look fabulous they do need more attention to detail. No dressing table, lack of sockets, no hooks for the towels in the bathroom. Paper thin walls, could hear guests upstairs and outside (we had the pool side room). For what it cost I would have expected more tbh.

Good hotel at south beach

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, even though it's not right on the beach, they had chairs and umbrellas right at the waterfront. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the poolside food was delicious.

The only downside was that the pool was quite small and always crowded, but that's not the hotel's fault, and fortunately, we could go to the beach instead.

My stay was comfortable

I like the decoration of the resort. It's very cozy and relaxing.

The issue I had was the additional fees added after I booked. That all rooms only had one bathroom which was very inconvenient for even a small group of us.

This property is quiet and well kept but the staff will charge your card double sometimes because they are incompetent in analyzing payment or asking for verification of payment before unknowing charging your card. I’m not sure if I would have caught this if I didn’t have to send money. So who knows how many people have been double charged and not realized.

Very good

Loved the look and feel of the hotel. It was very chic and modern and gave the feeling that you were staying at an exclusive hotel. The bed was comfortable

The elevator was not always functional. However, the hotel is a low rise building so getting up and down was not too much of a hassle. The facilities did not open late such as the lobby bar, restaurant and pool. The room was a bit smaller than we would have liked

The poolside room was amazing, the room itselfvery spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel is very nice, pool is amazing, nice little gym. Restaurant has everything . Near by coffee at Joe & Juice was good. Beach is close.

This hotel and location was a great introduction to South Beach. Chic, contemporary and comfortable!

The scent as you enter is enticing! Property is close to the beach and plenty of eateries. And the poolside option is nice for a break away from the sun.

Housekeeping should replenish amenities or have them in storage for after hour requests. We were missing bath slippers and a tea kettle.
