The property is quiet, spacious, well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped. Guests appreciate fast wifi with easy access, large porch, comfortable chairs in the living room. At least in the summer it is possible to park the car at the house in front of the garage, although the property gives information that this is not possible (apparently this applies only to the winter months, the access to the garage is very steep).
There is a fee to enter the premises - every 7 days. Guests are not sufficiently warned in advance unless they read other guests' reviews carefully. The house was not well cleaned - the shower room by the downstairs bedroom was not clean.

Perfect place to stay as a base for visiting Yosemite. It’s quiet, secluded and in such a beautiful place - couldn’t recommend enough

The property was cozy, nice and clean.
I had to pay $40/car to enter the premise neighborhood which was expensive especially we had come there with 2 family and 2 cars.

Quiet place. Good for relaxing with nature sounds. Enough utensils for self cooking. Not close to Yosemite Valley, but within the range that can be used as a base.
Lights on wash machine room has been busted. Main bathroom’s Hairdryer has been broken. A little dust had remained on the floor. The refrigerator was not enough cold and it was old. The gap between the fences around the stairs going down from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor was wide, and I was worried that a small child would not fall. I thought it would be nice to have something like a pet fence for the guard.

Did not cool .
There is mice and lots of droppings in the cabinets and drawers.

Location was fairly close to Yosemite and very close to a beautiful lake. Beautiful deck and elegant bear decorations on the shelves.bathrooms and sheets were clean.kitchenware and barbecue were good enough.
There was mouse droppings in cabinets so we had to re wash dishes and utensils and store them in the wall cabinet during our stay. Actually a little dark gray mice was moving around which wasn’t that exciting!! Carpet needs deep cleaning too.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and they were extremely helpful with all of our questions
Lever for toilet didn’t work properly sometimes and we’d have to lift the lid but it wasn’t much of a hassle

Spacious and had everything we needed
The appliances were out dated. Newer fur Orta de appliances would be nice.

The layout of the home and the setting were beautiful. There is a creek near the property you can hear it and frogs. The view from the deck is nice. It's easy access to Yosemite and some great hiking. The home can also accommodate a larger party with three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is adequate, but needs some updating.
There is lots of great vacation potential in this rental. I think I just had a bad cleanliness experience and think there should be a lot more up front transparency (honesty) about the costs. I expect that if I pay a $100+ cleaning fee in addition to rent, I should feel good about unloading my groceries on the counter. I shouldn't pull silverware or dishes from the cupboards that have dried food on them. The living area floor shouldn't be covered with crumbs nor should the furniture.
When I arrived the home was 49 degrees inside. The thermostat was set on a schedule and would revert back to its 45 degree setting at different times throughout the day. When I called Vacasa they did send someone right away, but he could only do so much since the homeowner had the code.
The home was not clean at all. There were potato chip crumbs all over the floor, the kitchen floor was sticky, dried toothpaste on bathroom counter, kitchen surfaces were sticky with dried food visible on them, and when I grabbed a kitchen chair to move it my hand stuck to it. I had to clean and vacuum the house myself. When I cleaned the surface of the kitchen table, the paper towel was black with dirt. I did not mop, though, because the only two mops I found were disgusting with hair and filth.
This is a nickel and dime you to death vacation rental. The rate you initially get on booking.com doubles with taxes and fees by the time you checkout. Ironically I paid a large cleaning fee and left the place cleaner than when I arrived. After you make your non-refundable booking, you are informed that there is an additional use fee for Pine Mountain Lake. The email I received from Vacasa indicated a $31 fee in one part of the email and $35 in another part of the email. When I arrived at Pine Mountain Lake it was $40. Now that is per vehicle, so if you are going in multiple vehicles, be aware that it will cost you more.
There wasn't much COVID safety happening either. No security at the gate were wearing masks. Though the information on booking.com and subsequent information from Vacasa made me believe that COVID-19 cleaning protocols were being followed, it is doubtful that they were given the lack of cleanliness when I have arrived.
Some of the living area furniture is pretty broken down and the rest of it just needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I picked up a cushion to tuck it back into the chair and what was underneath was disgusting.
