About this house rental

Luxury Wannanup East facing canal home comes with panoramic views down canal, adjacent to magnificent beaches all within walking distance. This brand-new house is situated on the spinnaker canal, only one channel away from the Dawesville Cut making boating adventures into the Harvey and Peel estuaries and the Indian ocean, easy, stress free and enjoyable.

The house has been furnished especially for families with children to enjoy a well-deserved holiday together, with the ability to sleep a combined 2 to 3 families. With its 30-metre street frontage, garage and dedicated boat bay behind secured gates, the house provides ample parking for trailers and cars.

The jetty can easily accommodate two boats up to 28 feet. If you don’t have a boat, simply crab, fish and swim off the jetty and remember to look out for those wonderful dolphin’s that visit us frequently.

Additional IMPORTANT Information

- HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BUCKS, HENS OR SCHOOLIES.
- If MORE GUEST ARRIVED than booked, those guests will be asked to immediately leave the premises, and potential loss of bond.
- If a VALID COMPLAINT for UNRULY behaviour is made, then your BOND will not refunded. NOISE must be limited as per Mandurah council rules and regulations.

- On booking please indicated how many guests will be attending, broken down to adults and children, and what beds you would like to be made up with linen and bath towels.
- The pantry will be stocked with essentials. So that the next guests enjoy the same service, we have a replacement policy in place, and therefore used items must be replaced.
- On occasions the dedicated boat bay may not be available due to storage of the owner’s boat however guests will be notified in advance. The property still provides ample parking for trailers and cars.

This home was more than we expected. The grandkids LOVED the jetty, swimming mat and kayaks. Got to see dolphins, crabs, fish, stingray and squid from the jetty. The parents and grandparents loved the serenity!!

We had such a fun holiday here. This was an amazing house for 13 of us to stay in! With 6 big bedrooms there was so much room for all of us. The house was even larger than it looks in the photos and there was so many things provided with the house. The jetty was great and we loved using the kayaks! I would definitely recommend that people stay here. Thank you.

We have stayed before and always love coming back as we can bring our dog, There is toys for the kids which is fantastic and lots of room so we could have our friends stay aswell. The Jetty out front was great for the Boat and the kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing off there too. We will certainly be back!

Fabulous location, great house and views over marina. Visited by a dolphin on arrival. Great kitchen set up and facilities as we cooked our own food. Owner was generous and easy to communicate with. Thinking we may book every year! Weather in March was good time to visit.

We had an amazing time celebrating my dad's 70th with the family at Paul's wonderful waterfront home. It had everything you could need to enjoy the water including kayaks. The house itself has enough room for everyone to sleep and the kitchen was well equipped. I can't fault a thing, would love to return on another occasion as we had such a great time and not being too far from home but far enough to unwind and relax.

Pictures do not do this house justice! When we walked in we were in awe at how lovely the house and location were. Had everything that we needed to celebrate our family Christmas. Jetty was great for our boat & fully locked fence to keep my young kids safe from the water. Communication with the owner & the check in process was easy. Thanks for a lovely stay! 10/10!

This property is absolutely perfect for families with children of all ages. Lots of secure space for smaller children and for the more adventurous a slide off the jetty, kayaks and swimming from the jetty with the ocean very close by also. Could not fault this property in any way. The hosts are wonderful and can be contacted easily. A perfect getaway and our family look forward to returning very soon

The house with exception of the bathrooms was filthy. All surfaces were sticky, the BBQ was in an unusable condition, floors not swept, windows, frames and flyscreens covered in dust and cobwebs, and the front and garage full of leaves. Prior to our children arriving we had to give the house a wipe over, vacuum the garage out from the leaves so these wouldn't be trapsed through the house, vacuum the living room, and clean the balcony windows. We attempted to clean the BBQ so we could use but we just gave up. There was also significant damage to the property with the walls very damaged and the balcony flyscreen ripped.

Our whole family had a wonderful time. So many things to do here Great location which allowed us to Moore our boat and plenty of parking for all our cars and trailer. The local stingray and dolphins paid us a visit. We will be back again

We had a lovely stay. Very clean and everything we needed was in the house. The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor area. The area is very quiet and very close to the ocean, where there is a great pathway through the dunes. Highly recommend this place!

We were first very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and very impressed with all well it was equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay. Overall would definitely stay again only comment would be that the rooms have blockouts as the blinds let a lot of light in.

We stayed with our son and dog and everyone loved the house! So much space and even activities for kids. Only downside is If the rooms had lamps but aside from that we had a great time. Being able to park out boat on the Jetty was perfect and seeing the dolphins every morning was amazing!

This property is amazing, directly on the canals, even had dolphins visiting regularly. We stayed here for 3 nights celebrating a 70th birthday. Plenty of room for multiple families. Clean and tidy and lovely and modern. Great host too.

Paul has a great house set up here everything you could possibly need, he has everything in the kitchen, in the cupboards stuff for kids toys for kids DVDs the works it’s a perfect set up and you don’t need to bring too much stuff from home we will know that for next time and the local shopping center is only a five minute drive at Miami plaza it’s a great location and Paul is available on the phone if you need him. Very safe for children too. Definitely recommend!

Our family had a wonderful 2 week holiday in this beautiful canal house .Lovely quiet canal with a great view.Dolphins were regular visitors,and we caught a few crabs off the jetty. Paul is a great host ,easy book in and prompt communication. Loved our stay,didn't want to leave! Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing fun holiday. Thanks Paul!!

Myself and 7 other adults (with some kids) stayed at Paul’s awesome holiday house. The place has a great location on the canals and close to the beach. It also has all of the little touches and ammenities for the perfect getaway. We would definitely stay again!
