About this house rental

Beach front home. Desirable West end location. Sugar white sand you have to feel to believe how soft it is. Emerald green Gulf of Mexico water and the beach house that puts it all in perspective.
Step off the porch into the soft powdery sand and hear it squeak between your toes. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing under the moonlight. Miles of unrestricted walking on the beach. There are no high rises on this end of the beach.
Two story townhouse on the beach. Newly renovated.
Comfortable accommodations with all the comforts of home.
Large master bedroom with king bed and private balcony with views of the beach and separate master bathroom in suite.
Second bedroom with a queen bed and twin with its separate full bathroom.
There are floor to ceiling glass walls on both floors to let all the sunshine and awesome views in. There is high speed internet, cable with HBO and two HDTV with Xfinity voice control remotes. one in living room and one in master bedroom, Central AC, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped.
The first floor has a full kitchen half bath, laundry room, dining room and living room with wall to wall glass doors. The second floor has two mater bedrooms with full bathroom. The Master bathroom has a walk in shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower combination.
There is assigned parking and one spot directly in front of the unit.
Everything you need for that perfect summer vacation.
Convenient to Pier Park which only five miles away! Pier Park has shopping, restaurants and movie theaters and a ferris wheel and fishing Pier.
The international airport ECP is 18 miles away. Servicing Delta, Southwest, American airlines and United.
VPS international airport also services this airport totals 18 direct flight into the Emerald Coast between the two.
Close to scenic 30A with quaint neighborhoods like Rosemary Beach and farmers markets and unique restaurants.
Outdoor and nature enthusiast will love Camp Helen State Park which is less than a 5 minutes drive. Or you can walk there directly from the beach! Loggerhead turtles nest on our beach. You may be luck and see them hatch!
Look for our Coastal Dune Lakes. Coastal Dune Lakes are a very rare natural phenomena that only occur in a handful of locations around the globe, including New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar and South Walton, Florida. In fact, South Walton has 15 named coastal dune lakes along its 26 miles of coastline.
There are nearby golf courses. You can charter deep sea fishing boats or dive charters from Panama City Diving. Scuba divers love the new Underwater Museum of Art and snorkelers love the hundreds of new artificial reefs. Dont forget to visit the numerous crystal clear fresh water springs in this unique area. St Andrews State park, which is popular with wind surfers, and a great place for snorkeling and scuba diving also. Plus the best Fish tacos at Fins!
Silver Sands premium Outlet mall is 24 miles away and offers more great shopping and dining. And Grand Boulevard has world class shopping and some of my favorite places to eat.
Winn Dixie is within walking distance or have groceries delivered with Publix grocery delivery service. If you dont feel like cooking. There are restaurants galore nearby!
The best part of having a town home on the beach is you can walk right up to the house when you need a break from the sun or to grab a cool drink or use the bathroom. No need to go in a lobby and up elevators like in high rises.

This beachfront property is ideal for those looking to be right on the sand, with the beach just steps away from the deck. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is convenient, with nearby grocery stores and restaurants, and the beach was pleasantly uncrowded. This was our first visit to Panama, and we’re eager to return.

The owner was amazing!! Left us a surise for our arrival. The cleanest vbro house we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked. Very comfy couches! Unbelieveable views...you wak right out from the porch to the white sand. Parking was right in front of pur unit. Grocery stores and restraunts all very close. We would love to stay here again. Great family vacation!

This condo is located on one of the prettiest beaches I've ever stayed at. Great amenities and Beth has lots of extras you don't always have in condos (beach toys, key lime pie, plenty of towels, all the kitchen items you need, etc.). Recommended restaurants we tried were very good! The condo location with the deck on the beach was amazing. White, soft sand and gorgeous colored ocean. Very relaxing. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at PCB and Sunnyside multiple times in houses, condos, etc. This has been our favorite! Location is quiet and clean but still close to entertainment. Beth had everything you need. Little touches like handsoap and beach supplies make a big difference! I would definitely book here again! Steps to the sand was a game changer!

This property was amazing. The condo was immaculate, the views were outstanding and the beach was gorgeous. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We had never stayed in a property right on the beach before, but now, it is the only way to go! The convenience of being just steps away from the sand and water were wonderful! Outside the property, the area itself was great too! Close enough to Panama City Beach to shop and enjoy Pier Park, but far enough away to avoid any rowdy spring breakers! Above all, Amici’s Italian Restaurant was the highlight of our visit outside of the beach. My 14 year old son wants to know when we can go there again for the steak! Definitely a must if you stay here! Thank you, Beth, for sharing this property with us! We can’t wait to come back!

This property is literally right on the beach. This is our third time staying in these townhomes, and each time it is almost as if you have your own private beach just a step off of your back porch. The unit was well appointed with all of the necessities and as depicted in pictures. The only caution I would provide is that the master bed was rather soft to our liking, but that is a personal preference. Incredible condo and would stay here again!

Beautiful spot! I am disabled and wanted a location that would be easy for me and my 77 yr old mother-in-law to get to the water without the big hassle of finding and getting to a handicapped accessible beach. It’s literally 2 steps down into the sand. The stairs inside the condo are the straight steep kind but they were manageable for us. It was also a great bonus that my husband could just walk right out any time he wanted and fish. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked! Also there is a half bath downstairs that was so convenient and helped cut down on trips up and down the stairs! My family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. No hassles - we just enjoyed our vacation together.

We enjoyed a very relaxing time on the beach, and the location/beach access of this property was a big contributor! Stepping off the steps right onto the beach was awesome! The villa itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable and shower was strong! We will definitely be back!

This property is a treasure. Easy to enter from car with luggage, beach gear and groceries. Then off the back porch you are on same level with the beautiful beach! Plenty of towels and washcloths, hot water, well-functioning appliances, and clean smelling bedding!

Beth was wonderful to work with. The unit was extremely clean, and comfortable. It was in a quiet area, directly on the beach and plenty of privacy. We were only 15min from Pier Park and PCB. It was the perfect family spot and Beth provides alot of beach equipment, too! Wonderful stay and would love to return!

You can't beat the location of this property. Right on the beach on the quiet west end of PCB. We were there the week of July 4th and had no problem getting a spot on the beach right by the water. Convenient to Publix and Winn Dixie as well as Pier Park and 30A.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything you need to feel comfortable..a home away from home! Perfect for a family with younger kids with beach toys to shuffle with the beach being steps away! Lots of seashells to find and sunsets to enjoy! Excellent communication with property owner! Heads up the guest room twin bed is an air mattress. Didn’t affect our stay at all. This was the best location we’ve ever discovered in our many family trips to Florida over the years. The beach was literally right outside the door and the sounds of crashing waves was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to. Such a great experience! Having the beach as your backyard...literally. No stairs to climb, no boardwalks to trudge, just step out the door and be on the sand. Amazing! Quiet, friendly neighbors. Comfortable beds and living room furniture made relaxing inside pleasant too. Easy parking right outside the front door. Thoughtful surprise extras like beach towels, beach accessories and spices in the kitchen a big plus. Had no problems or issues with the home, but Beth was very responsive to any contact. Hope to be able to stay again!

My weather wasn't great but the location was fantastic! I was looking for a more quiet, secluded spot on the beach and this is definitely it. Pristine white sand beach right off the patio. Beth was great to work with; very responsive to any questions, changes or issues I had.
