Our Newly Renovated home is located on the PREMIER 500 BLOCK. Approximately 1 mile to Delnor Wiggins Pass state park or Vanderbilt beach to enjoy the calm gulf with white sandy beaches for swimming, shell collecting or just a great walk.
You can't beat this LOCATION. The Ritz Carlton, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Silverspot movie theater and Mercado Center are all just a 5 minute drive or a short walk for those of you who are active. Just a few more minutes away take a leisurely bicycle ride to premium shopping at the Waterside Shops.

The home is well appointed, modern and comfortable in every respect. The openness of design lends to a relaxing atmosphere . Located in quiet Naples Park, pristine white beaches are just moments away. The pool is heated comfortably and fully screened in as well as the adjacent patio.Bicycles are available for touring.

Our vacation at this property was just what we needed! Great location for us with easy access to beaches, golfing, shopping and downtown Naples. Jeff, the homeowner, was exceptionally responsive and kind. The home was very clean and organized and we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay!

Jeff is an amazing host. He is so welcoming and always available for questions. The house is immaculate, ideally located and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. And the pool is awesome! This was our second stay and we will be back again.

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. The property is exactly as described in the listing. The photos are accurate. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Our favorite things were the open floor plan, the large kitchen table with room for 6 people, the large comfortable family room with plenty of seating for watching movies and the large heated pool (kept at 88 degrees for us) with comfortable and high quality patio furniture. The owner was responsive and did everything possible to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. The bathrooms are updated and pretty. The closets and drawers were empty (instead of being full of owner’s belongings which has been an issue for us at other properties). We were surprised and happy to find a ping pong table in the garage and used it every day. The location is great - you are a 3 minute drive from Publix, Trader Joes and ABC Liquor. You are a 5 minute drive from whole foods and the shopping at Mercato. I walked to the beach every morning which is about 1 mile away. We had a great experience here and would love to stay here again. Thank you Jeff!

Great house exactly as advertised and close to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercado shops. Kids loved the pool, as did the adults, and house was perfectly equipped. Great four bikes let us bike to beach each day.

A perfect location for our family vacation! The property is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. Modern, spacious and clean, with everything you could want to prepare meals, indoors, or enjoy BBQ out on the patio! The pool area is fantastic - lounge chairs, fun floaty‘s, two sets of couch areas and a gorgeous dining room table. We enjoyed the combination of total privacy, as well as the ability to entertain guests and remain fully outdoors! So much fun to venture to the nearby beach, a 20 minute walk and easy to take along all the necessary supplies in the portable wagon+cooler! Having the bicycles available was a real bonus as well. In terms of location, just a few minutes away from Trader Joe’s and other shops, and incredibly close to the Mercato where we enjoyed shopping and a few meals on beautiful outdoor patios. Finally, our hosts were fantastic. Jeff continuously went above and beyond to ensue that our stay was everything that we could want. His responsiveness was unparalleled and so appreciated. We absolutely recommend this property fully and truly hope to visit again!

The experience was overall wonderful! It was our first time to Naples & we loved having the privacy and ease of commute to anywhere. Jeff was super friendly and easy to communicate with, he is everything as needed in the house. There is a close by Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods, seed to Table as well. We look forward to coming back again!

House was beautiful - looks just like the pictures. Perfectly clean and everything seemed new. Owner was responsive and professional when we had questions. We enjoyed the pool and my kids (age16+) rode the bikes to Wiggins beach every day. I do suggest having a car for this stay, to get to restaurants and shops - it is a very short drive but a little far to walk in the summer heat. The shopping areas near the house are more suburban strip mall but with a little more driving, it is easy to find spots with a vacation beach town feel like Venetian mall and downtown Naples. We loved Wiggins Pass beach! Only 2 min drive away from the house. Easy to park and walk right into the beach with all our beach gear, it was much less crowded than Vanderbilt beach and prettier with more vegetation and even patches of shade. The beach is soft white sand! No need for water shoes - amd water is clear. Wiggins beach also super clean and AMAZING SUNSETS! so yes, I recommend this property.

First I have to say that Jeff the owner is a joy. He is completely organized and attentive and he has a remarkable property. We stayed for a month and it felt like home. It is a beautifully remodeled house complete with everything you could ever want to make your stay perfect. All of the appliances are first class and everything worked great. The pool & lanai are amazing and perfectly furnished. The location near Vanderbilt Beach is a great one with easy access to my favorite beach in Naples, Delnor Wiggins State Park. Even better, Dog Beach in Bonita is a short ride away. This is a hot property so grab it fast!

Exceptional! This property gave us exactly what my family and I were looking for. Very clean/safe place with a beautiful pool and easy beach accessibility. Felt like our home for 15 days. Every amenity is there for you. Bikes, grill, towels, beach chairs, even laundry baskets, and all the essentials. Extremely well stocked. All we needed to do was show up. Property owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions. Had an amazing stay here and would absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was exactly as pictured, seemed larger in person and was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed and the location was great-- super close to beaches and shopping/restaurants. Jeff, the owner, was really responsive to any questions and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Jeff was very accommodative during a tough time with all of FLA shutting down due to the virus. Was nice to have the house pool and nice walking paths to enjoy the weather. The house was newly renovated and very comfortable to be inside. A good stay during some trying times.

What a terrific vacation spot! Location is perfect- quiet street, close to grocery stores and shopping, easy walk to the beach. The house is exactly as shown, very clean and comfortable. We had to find a place last minute when our trip to France was postponed. We could not have been more fortunate to find such a great place. We were blessed to have a great week together as family and at such a great location. The house has everything you need, and the owners were great with communication. Only regret was the week went too fast!

My husband and I enjoyed the time we spent at your home! It met all our needs. The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well. The pool was an added bonus to all the other outdoor activities near by! This house is near beaches, restaurants, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, walking/biking paths, and multiple other activities. We used the bikes provided a few times. I enjoyed yoga on Vanderbilt Beach which was very easy to get to. We enjoyed time at the state park that is about 1 mile away too. We brought our golden retriever. She enjoyed the pool area so much we could hardly talk her into coming in the house! Jeff was very easy to reach and communicated with us very well!

We Loved this house for our Family Spring Break vacation! The house is beautiful with a pool entrance off of the master bedroom and family room. Everything was immaculate and ready to make home for the week! We loved the pool and we were very happy we paid the extra to heat the pool! The water was beautiful! Vanderbilt beach and all of our favorite restaurants are so close! The house is also very pet friendly!!!

The property was extremely well cared after and easily fit our family. The screened in pool provided perfect afternoon entertainment and the table and chairs were great. We ate all meals at the house outside! Linens were brand new. Excellent proximity of less than five minutes to Delnor Wiggin State Park and Mercato and a fifteen minute drive to the Naples Pier. Twenty five minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from Miramar outlets. Owner was great and very accessible. We are already trying to plan for a future return!
