The location made the stay worthwhile, but the apartment needs a bit of owner attention as it appears to be falling into

Location is absolutely perfect. Convenient to shopping, transportation, and dining. Felt secure the whole time.

This apartment had the absolute minimum provided and isn’t being completely maintained. Shower door was off track, 2nd bathroom shower head bracket was loose and the water glass is not sealed on the tub. The closet door in the twin bed room won’t move and there was nothing provided to actually dry any clothing, should the washing machine be used. There was also a lack of cleanliness. There were dead bugs in spider webs in the inside of every window, and the floors had not been cleaned recently.

Brilliant enjoyed every minute 😍

Location was brilliant close to shopping centre and train station and free shuttle bus to Disney from the hotel next door

Few extra pillows and some new pans in the kitchen

great place to put your head down , close to everything you need

very close to Disney park just 1 train stop away , also great that it’s opposite a big shopping mall, communication is great and answered anything I needed

very basic , but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment

location and having 2 toilets

no extra towels , no lights in rooms apart from lamps , single toilet had awful smell to it .

great location and a really cheap apartment, needs a bit of TLC.

brilliant location for Disney- only 1 stop in the RER. plenty of space. quick replies from Priscilla.

it needed a few renovations, wobbly chair, kettle and toilet leaking, shower head in one of the showers wouldn’t stay up. only room for 3 or 4 people to relax in lounge even though the apartment slept a maximum of 9. lack of decent pillows. All could be easily rectified.

Mooie locatie, goede prijs maar slechte service

De locatie is top, de grootte van het appartement eveneens, lekker ruim. Goed beveiligd met meerdere poorten en toegangscodes.

Immediately after arrival it was found (Saturday) that the boiler was not at pressure (1 bar) and indicated to our contact person. We then received a number from someone else where the problem had to be explained, this was done and only after 1.5 days of response and finally on Monday, the boiler was only pressurized. Unfortunately without result. At first we thought "may happen" but given the other reviews this is a known problem which apparently is not a priority and is simply ignored. Extremely outrageous when you consider that you do not just choose an apartment with 2 bathrooms + 1 bath, however it is of no use to you in practice because you have no hot water after 5 minutes, so filling the bath is impossible, also showering simultaneously. Dishwasher does not work properly, only after the 2nd time clean. this applies to the living room as well as to the beds, very thin and barely a pillow. All in all had a bad experience with little hot water, luckily the location makes up for a lot and you have to make the best of it I think.

Dirty

It was spacious. That’s all I can positively say about it.

Dirty, had to clean it down on the first day as it wasn’t clean. The photos that advertise it must have been taken a long time ago as it doesn’t look like that now. The washing machine leaked everywhere, had no hot water all week, bedding and towels were stained, it had a very bad smell in the kitchen, Flor door dividers between the rooms were all sticking up and dangerous, plug sockets hanging out of the walls, tv remotes needed new batteries, plugs all blocked in the showers and the loo seats were broken. When I spoke to the woman who showed us in about it all she didn’t seem interested and then ignored me all week when trying to get hold of her.

Very nice hostess, excellent location. Price and size.

The lock on the door was broken, took a lot of time to fix this. Overall the interior was outdated, not very well kept. Old foor, old windows, old bathroom.

Exceptional

Everything! The apartment is very good, clean and confortable. Near the station and mall. Very good for families.

The only problem it was the heating that stopped working during the shower and somebody had to stay near the boiler to restart it. Besides that it was all perfect and would like stay there one next time.

Will stay somewhere else

Great location Very spacious Great living room and dinning area can fit a group of friends Two bathroom and two toilets Good WiFi signal

Many parts are broken such as toilet cover , floor , hanger in bathroom Really need some maintenance The floor and toilet aren’t that safe for kids Even adult trip over the floor Only 1 key for party of 6 Very inconvenient Very strict rule regarding check in and check out hours 10 am check out is a bit early No storage for luggage or early drop off luggage One of the one only has mattress And no place to hang up clothes Shower is the worst. Hot water only good for one person to take shower The water is freezing cold when Second person take shower right after I didn’t wash for my hair for 2 days because not enough hot water or water turns cold so fast in the middle of my shower. One of my friend took a shower 30 minutes after the other, her water was still cold in the middle of her shower. She has to come out and wait for 20 minutes to go back in This shower thing is horrible !!!

Ok location for Disneyland but the apartment is very run down and needs revamping.

Location for Disneyland

One the beds was just a mattress the floor, it was very uncomfortable. The kitchen did not appear as the pictures.
