The amazing breakfasts, homemade by the owner Rose were delicious and better than restaurant quality! Our room was quiet and comfortable and the whole place has lovely character. The setting and surroundings were charming and it’s only 20min into Ithaca.

The spa is closed at the moment and massages aren’t available, but we still got to use the outdoor hot tub.

It was a beautifully decorated house. Cozy and comfortable.

Amazing vegan breakfast options, the room was beautiful with a heated bathroom floor, and it was close to a cute little town with shops and restaurants. The spa was great as well.

The room I stayed in was right off the dining room (The Riesling), so there was some traffic/noise. Otherwise, everything was great!

The Gothic Eves Inn is spotlessly clean, quiet, beautiful, restful and unscented (i.e. no air fresheners or scented fabric softeners or cleaning products). The owner handles requests and difficulties extremely well. She was very kind and understanding when we had to ask for breakfast 15 minutes before it is normally served and leave unexpectedly after a long day before our second night due to my travel partner's emergency at home. Breakfast is delicious and made fresh from organic ingredients wherever possible (including the coffee) with the guests' dietary requirements in mind.

The grab bar in my suite's shower was in entirely the wrong place and impossible to use for getting safely into or out of the enclosure. This is dangerous and should be changed. It was tricky to establish access to the WiFi there at the beginning of my stay. The connection was good, but the password didn't work for at least half an hour.
