Loft featuring an entertainment center, wet bar, and two custom built wooden skiff boats with trundle (3 extra beds - can be used as 7th bedroom); roof-top deck with ocean views - take in the panoramic sights and have the best seat in the house for summertime fireworks.

Captains’ study nestled away off the 2nd floor is the perfect escape for some quiet time, relaxing with a good book or getting some computer work done if you must; Wifi throughout.

Comfortably sleeps 16 people; 6 bedrooms plus a loft – 3 kings, 1 queen, 3 full, 4 twin beds (two of which are XLs – longer profile) and fold-out bed, and offers 4 full and 2 half baths.

The home is situated on a beautiful waterfront property with a private backyard and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean; two wave runner platforms & boat lift included; a short two-block walk from the beach.

Updated Cleaning Protocols

We have always been proud of maintaining high cleaning standards for our guests. However, we have expanded our cleaning protocols to give you increased comfort. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting countertops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. The house has beautiful finishes, a fantastic backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and dock. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Property manager communicated throughout the process and was responsive to any issues. Overall a wonderful experience for 4 families.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home with family and friends. The house is so spacious and comfortable. The beds are especially comfortable. We rented linens which made our stay super easy. This is the second time we have rented this house and would definitely rent again.

Property was clean and maintained well. I wanted to ask who the designer, builder, and decorator was! So gorgeous. We went with family, from 90 year old to 70s, parents, teenagers, and kids under 10, including a 1 year old. The elevator was especially helpful for the elderly in the family so that was really well thought out. The location is great as it was a quick walk to the beach and the street was quiet with access to the lake. We had a large group and all of us felt really comfortable in the space. One of the kids accidentally brought a remote home with them so we sent it back overnight - no problems there. One thing to be mindful of was the trash since there is a limit to how many cans can be taken out set by the town. We had a large group and we used throw aways (cups/plates/other items) for all meals since we ate in for all meals. Our group was asked about the trash, so I think we'd try to come up with a better plan to dispose of the trash or not use as many disposables. Overall, beautiful property. Great heated pool. Love the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. All of the home is accessible for all. We enjoyed our stay and hope to make more memories here in the future.

What a perfect property! So much space, walking distance to food, the ocean, fun and shopping. Really appreciated the heated pool and spa being open in early May, we used them almost every day, even on cool nights. Stocked kitchen, pool toys (and towels), great place to fish. Super easy communication on the rental...no detail overlooked!!

We enjoyed such a special time in this home! Our group included 7 adults and 6 children (aging between 6-13), and there is plenty of space for everyone to seek privacy and to gather as a group. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and found it equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the town on foot--you can walk to the beach, to restaurants, and coffee shops. We gathered to watch March Madness games in the cozy family room, played tons of card games at the kitchen table, and the kids played hide-and-seek (elevator was off limits-LOL!) throughout the home. We enjoyed the hot tub and making S'mores at the fire pit, too! We made so many memories in this home, thank you for making it available for other families to treasure.

This house was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-appointed. It was clean with a well-equipped kitchen and heated pool, plus access to the lake with a kayak and paddle boat included. The sunsets were gorgeous! This house was perfect for a group of families looking for water activities and quick access to the boardwalk (only a 5 minute walk). We had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future. Thank you Denis for your restaurant suggestions and for taking care of us during our stay!

In one word STUNNING! This house is amazing. It was perfect for our long weekend get away. The location is right on the water with beautiful views throughout with everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The manager Denis was incredibly helpful. Close to the beach, inlet and easy walk into town. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely stunning modern home, great location and super clean. Any and every amenity in the house, from the multiple bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, technology, heated pool/spa, bikes, beach chairs, kayak, paddle boat and beach toys for kids. Location is perfect as well with a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, Aquarium and mini golf. Property manager Denis is extremely helpful with any recommendations to go anywhere in the area and very responsive through text for any help needed. Our family enjoyed our stay so much and would love to book here again!
