Very nice house that has everything we needed, offers a great view and very friendly owners.

Chalet was perfect. A good size for our family and was lovely and clean. The location is perfect for skiing multiple areas (You will need a car) within the Chamonix area. With the Mount Blanc Unlimited ski pass we skied in the local area (5-10min drive away) Houches - Saint-Gervais ski area. Then all the other areas range from 25 - 40 min drive including Courmayeur ski area (Italy).
The chalet is well equipped within the kitchen however the best of all is the stunning views of Mont Blanc. The view is amazing and I would never get bored of it. Two large windows in the patio doors mean you can sit and eat and look at the mountains and the valley below day or night.
We hope to be back staying in the chalet again.

This chalet was just perfect. The owners were lovely and responded to my (many!) emails really quickly. Amazing view of Mont Blanc and perfect location for accessing Chamonix for the UTMB races. Very clean, open plan layout and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Could not fault this property.

Sehr schönes Chalet, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Das Chalet ist praktisch und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Waschküche, Garage, Grill usw. sind super praktisch.
Die verschiedenen Gartensitzplätze sind sehr schön. Bei sonnigem Wetter findet man immer einen Schattenplatz.
Das Chalet liegt etwas ausserhalb der Hot Spots und daher ist es sehr ruhig. Es hat aber in 5 Min Autodistanz eine sehr gute Bäckerei, womit das Frühstück jeweils zum Tageshighlight wird. Die Eigentümer, Herr und Frau Bélisent kamen extra zur Begrüssung vorbei, inkl. einem feinen Apéro. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Chalet impeccable, très bien décoré, vue magnifique.
Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont été parfait.
L'ensemble du contrat a été totalement respecté avec en plus du fromage et du vin blanc qui nous attendaient dans le réfrigérateur.
On recommande chaudement.

Au Top !!!
Très bon séjour dans cet agréable chalet avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes enneigées et l'Aiguille du Midi, chalet très chaleureux et bien équipé.
Nous sommes ravis, enfants et parents de nos vacances malgré une météo pas trop clémente, cela nous a permis de nous retrouver autour de jeux de société et partager de très bon moments.
A refaire sans hésiter....
Nous voulions également souligner la gentillesse de Mr et Mme BELLISENT.

Un excellent séjour malgré une météo un peu capricieuse
Nous (famille de 5 personnes âgées de 5 ans à 74 ans) avons tous été enchantés par notre séjour. Le chalet est absolument irréprochable. Je ne vais pas ici répéter tout ce que les commentaires précédents disent de cette location pour la simple raison que je suis en parfaite synthèse avec ces appréciations. Un point mérite néanmoins d'être répété : la qualité de l'accueil de M. et Mme Bélissent, qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible et se sont montrés particulièrement chaleureux et flexibles (notamment concernant notre arrivée). Je tiens à les remercier publiquement et témoigner du fait qu'après avoir loué près de 15 propriétés via ce site ou d'autres, nous n'avions jamais été si bien accueillis.

Magnifique semaine aux Houches
Excellent séjour aux Houches dans un chalet spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Rien ne manque, surtout pas la vue magnifique et la terrasse plein sud pour lire au soleil.
Repos et détente assurés dans cette location au calme et proche de toutes les commodités.
Propriétaire charmant, disponible et discret à la fois.

Chalet très fonctionnel et idéal pour la pratique des activités que propose la vallée de Chamonix. Les propriétaires habitent dans le voisinage et sont aux petits soins pour les vacanciers.

Séjour en famille parfait dans un cadre époustouflant
Jacques et Gisèle sont très prévenants et en même temps discrets, tout est pensé pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison, le chalet est particulièrement bien équipé et d'une grande propreté .
La vue depuis le séjour est captivante difficile de décrocher le regard tellement le site est magique. Géographiquement toutes nos excursions se sont faites dans un rayon de 15 min de voiture depuis le chalet donc un très bon emplacement.

semaine inoubliable en famille
Nous avons passé , début mars 2020, une semaine avec nos grands enfants dans ce magnifique chalet. Une semaine de détente absolue,de ski ,et de bons moments en famille.
Les propriétaires ont été très prévenants et accueillants et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable ( avec une petite surprise au réfrigérateur en arrivant...). Le chalet est bien conçu, lumineux, les chambres à coucher spacieuses avec salles de bains attenantes pour deux d'entres-elles. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle ( mieux qu'à la maison dixit mon épouse). Et indiscutablement le plus beau panorama de la vallée sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Nous reviendrons !!!

Lovely chalet, beautiful view
We really enjoyed our stay here in this charming and beautifully maintained chalet. Every requirement for a lovely stay was thought of, and our hosts even gave us a bottle of local wine! The views are stupendous--and our hosts agreed that some of the vegetation needs to be cut back to enjoy them even more. The only issue with the location is that as Chamonix is a very active town, so there is a fair amount of noise from the valley and from local construction as the area is being developed further. But in fairly short order, the latter should be resolved. A truly wonderful stay with excellent hosts.

L'emplacement du chalet est également idéal: nombreux sentiers de randonnée à proximité, Chamonix également facile à rejoindre avec ses nombreuses activités et ses nombreux magasins et Restaurants

A lovely chalet with breathtaking views
We stayed in this very nice chalet for two weeks at the end of August, including the week of the UTMB. The chalet is very modern, well equipped and very clean. Jacques and Gisele are extremely helpful and welcoming hosts, including plenty of advice about hiking trails in the Chamonix valley. The views from the main living area over the Dome du Gouter and Aiguille du Midi are amazingly beautiful. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Heerlijk comfortabel chalet met prachtig uitzicht
Heerlijk vrijstaand ruim chalet, van alle gemakken voorzien, met prachtig uitzicht op de gletsjers. De gastvrije eigenaren wonen vlakbij en zijn er zeer op gericht om het de huurders naar de zin te maken. Zonder zich op te dringen. Dichtbij uitvalsweg naar Chamonix (10 min). Sportievelingen kunnen hier hun hart ophalen.Een plek om vaak naar terug te keren

Charming, spacious, comfortable chalet with exceptional views
We had a week skiing and stayed at this beautiful chalet. The chalet is superb and has stunning views over the valley and mountains on the other side. It is situated in a quiet position on the outskirts of Les Houches but it only takes a few minutes drive to get to the shops or ski slopes. There are a selection of good of places to eat in Les Houches but there are also shops to buy provisions in should you prefer to self cater - including a very nice cheese shop!
The chalet owners were incredibly welcoming and informative - they live nearby and couldn’t have been more helpful. The chalet itself was spotlessly clean and furnished to an extremely high standard. The beds were comfortable and the chalet benefits from underfloor heating which made for a cosy atmosphere. There is a wood burner which we lit on a couple of evenings - we only really lit it for the effect as it certainly wasn’t cold!
There is a den upstairs with a television and facilities for dvds - really cosy and fun for children or teenagers. The chalet has a lot of space so if you want some time to yourself there are plenty of areas to relax. There is even a desk area on the mezzanine overlooking the mountains for those that have work to do.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need along with plenty of gadgets like a raclette, coffee maker, juicer and more.
There is a large shower downstairs next to one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom is off the master bedroom - there is a bath where you can soak your aching muscles after a hard day of skiing or there is a shower should you prefer.
All in all an excellent chalet with superb hosts - we would recommend it 100% and would go back again any time!

L'accueil est toujours parfait ! Nous n'avons eu qu'à déposer nos valises pour profiter pleinement du chalet préparé avec goût, à la perfection.
Si vous choisissez l'option le linge de maison fourni, vous trouverez des lits impeccables, préparés avec soins, des draps, des éponges et des serviettes de grande qualité. Le choix des tissus permet une immersion immédiate en montagne.
Au coin du feu, la vue est impressionnante sur les aiguilles de Chamonix.
Le chalet est très bien situé au calme, proche en voiture du centre-bourg des Houches et des pistes.
Ce chalet offre bien être et quiétude.
Merci encore pour cette semaine à Madame et Monsieur Bellissent.

Excellent séjour à la montagne
Chalet très bien équipé, vue à couper le souffle sur le versant face au mont blanc des Houches. Durant notre séjour pendant la toussaint 2017, nous avons été accueillis par des hôtes à la fois discrets et soucieux de nous rendre le séjour plus facile. D'une grande gentillesse, je dirais même.
On a particulièrement aimé : L'accueil. Le poêle comme moyen de chauffage, la cafetière Nespresso, la mezzanine pour travailler, et un chalet visiblement habité.
On aurait encore plus aimé : un sauna, un éclairage plus tamisé dans me salon. Mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose.

Comme il est indiqué dans l'annonce, la vue sur la chaîne du mont blanc est vraiment exceptionnelle.
En outre ce chalet est spacieux et très bien équipé. Propreté impeccable.
Les Propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles. Ils nous ont offert un petit cadeau d'accueil : une bouteille de vin blanc de Savoie avec un reblochon que nous avons bien appréciés.

Une semaine de reve!
Les Houches est une destination parfaite, en-dehors de la foule touristique de Chamonix!
Nous avons passe une semaine merveilleuse, au pied de l'Aiguille du Midi, "au bon air frais des Alpes". Le chalet merite bien un 5 *: pratiquement neuf, tout en bois, et tres, tres confortable, tout est la (on a juste a deposer ses valises), proche du village Les Houches, facile d'acces de l'autoroute Blanche.
Les proprietaires, Jacques et Gisele Belissent, se sont montres fort presents et aidants, specialement en cas d'urgence. Un grand merci!

We, 4 adults and 2 children, spent a ski week in the chalet in February and were very impressed. The location is excellent, approximately 5 min drive to the lifts in Les Houches and 10-25 minutes from St. Gervais, Chamonix, and Argentiere. The windows and balcony have unobstructed views on several of the famous peaks surrounding Mont Blanc, including Aiguille du Midi, making for gorgeous views during daylight hours. The chalet is just outside of town on the (literally 2 min. down), making it very convenient to swing into Les Houches for dinner or groceries.
Jacques & Gisele were excellent hosts, who were thoughtful, considerate, and very responsive to any of our questions. The house is very well appointed and very clean. It has a great layout which spreads guests across the three floors. We have two children and they enjoyed sleeping upstairs, while the adults had rooms that opened out onto the patio and deck.

This spacious chalet is wonderful! We were welcomed by the super-friendly hosts, and found a cozy and warm place (thanks to floor heating and a wood burning oven) that was very well equipped, especially in the nice and modern kitchen. There is plenty of bedding, so you will never get cold, and when you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains. Very conveniently located close to the Prarion lift. We will definitely return!
