Fabulous!

Séjour agréable dans un établissement bien situé, propre et confortable.

Très bien situé. À proximité d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de plusieurs restaurants et cafés. J'étais à quelques minutes de marche de l'endroit où je devais me rendre pour le travail. Extrêmement propre.

Il serait utile d'ajouter des supports à serviette dans la salle de bain : aucun endroit prévu pour mettre les serviettes à sécher. Il faudrait aussi ajouter des tablettes dans le garde-robe de la chambre. L'unique tablette est en hauteur. Dans la cuisine, prévoir napperons ou nappe.

Séjour très sympa dans un appartement propre , lumineux , bien achalandé. Fréquentation moyenne le soir, un peu dangeure

La propreté, les placards de la salle de bain . La bonne température (ni trop chaud - ni trop froid), la literie .;;

Un centre de migrant vient de s’installer au coin de la rue et ceux ci sont un peu agressifs le soir , alcool oblige. C’est dommage car il y a des restaurants dans le quartier qui ferme

Rue sombre Des mites et des mouches, du moins quelques bestioles qui les ressemblent m’ont accueilli dans la cuisine, la salle de bain et la chambre à coucher jusque sur le lit. Je n’ai pas fermé les yeux de toute la nuit. Rien dans l’appartement: ni eau, ni café…

Un appartement parfait très bien situé

Tout était parfait: emplacement, équipements, espace, quartier…

Pas mal d’échanges pour faire la réservation de parking mais les informations sont arrivées à temps ! S’il fallait suggérer une toute petite amélioration, ce serait de rajouter des barres au mur dans la salle de bains pour étendre les serviettes (il y a la place)

We loved everything - the size of the rooms, the location, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom! Modern furniture and equipment. Our special gratitude for our hosts for a corkscrew which is not present usually! City centre is in 20 minute walk, so it's close but no crowds or noise outside. Nice place for a breakfast just outside.

Parking place was close but there were some strange persons nearby and we were a bit worried about the car, but everything was fine. We didn't like that the stuff requested to provide a credit card number before we arrived, but it was possible to provide a credit card upon arrival in person at another address (they have lofts in different places),so we used this option. I should not have stress about it like i did, because I will defenitely use this accomodations next time when we are in this fantastic city again!

Great place from which to see Quebec City.

Great location with lots of amenities nearby, place was clean and modern and worked well for two couples. Very affordable.

Bed was a bit lumpy. The alley behind was noisy.

the apartment is spacious and has fully-functional kitchen. The location is pretty good as well with many coffee shops and restaurants surrounding.

The cleaning service is not good. It took them to 4:30 or more to clean up my apartment. Eventhough, it is not clean. The floor is still wet and quite dirty.

The Apartment was spacious and well maintained and the location was great.

1. The back door lock was not working which was uncomfortable with lack of security 2. No mirrors in the rooms, If these two are fixed ,this will be an exceptional 5 star experience!!!!

Nice place to stay in Quebec City

We liked the location. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cutlery.

We had trouble figuring out parking when we arrived as we weren't able to read the information on the parking meter. We called the number on the email from Les Lofts and they were very helpful.

The room was ready but they wanted an extra 60$ to enter only one hour in advance (3pm), when a full night is 100$ it’s so bad + rude answer from the staffs.. We feel they are making extra saving on common and basic stuff like shampoo / cleaning material / kitchen tools etc.. it makes us feel not home and was not convenient.

Great location! There is a supermarket and many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

My daughter was a bit intimidated by the paintings in the room. In addition, the outside of the room is a bit noisy, and there are low-frequency noises from equipment inside the room.

The LOCATION. 2min to a supermarket, so convenient to people who love snaking like us. Very spacious!

the only things that are missing are cooking oil and clothes washing detergent. The art piece is a bit scary, we had to cover it during the stay
