Lovely old tudor building, road noise minimal and a great night's sleep. Friendly staff.
Pillows a bit smelly but nice clean towel covered them fine.
2.5
No redeeming features whatsoever.
This hotel was appalling. Filthy, mouldy and frankly a disgrace. We did not stay, leaving after only a few minutes.
2.5
Nice and clean rooms and the staff is very helpful.
Some more directions and boards as the entrance is on the backside.

The WiFi was reasonably good. It was strong enough to stream YouTube.
- There was a dead mouse in my bathroom
- The toilet was disgustingly dirty
- No towel in my room, I had to dry myself on the bed after a shower.
- There's a TV but only a power cable goes in to it, no coaxial cable, so if you want to actually watch anything - you can't.
- One of the plugs was completely hanging out of the wall.
- There was no lighting in the bathroom (or windows). Emergency lighting would kick in if the main room light was on.
- Even though it was cheap, I actually feel a bit ripped off.

Didn't have breakfast. Was gone to early
Clean and tidy. Great value for money. Couldn't ask for more for £40 staff very helpful and friendly
Big car park so good for van drivers

Deluxe double room had an incredible modern bathroom that was the same size as the room with beautiful finishes and although property is situated next to highway it is well insulated so there is no noise from traffic that is passing by .
It is a very authentic and unique Tudor style house with a lovely function room for special occasions
The bar was not open

As soon as I got to the hotel I was greeted with a warm welcome and shown to my room, the room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The staff explained everything I needed to know. I had a great sleep nice shower and throughly relaxed and enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Nothing! This hotels terrible, worste hotel I've ever been to in 30 years of living in the UK. The owner is even worse. Lying unprofessional immature boy. There's mice and rats in the car park. There's no hot water the owner believes that customers should have cold showers because he does. Its ridiculous
I don't pay for hotels to have a cold shower, I can stand in the rain if I wanted a cold showed. I can't believe this owner called Avee
Avee, the ownerr. Very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, argumentative, immature, lying guy
The fact I had no hot water
The fact that the receptionist lied to me about the water being a minor prpblem
I would rather payed more and go to another hotel, than staying in this dump with a provoking unprofessional immature child as a manager with no hot water...ON MY BIRTHDAY.
THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE. THE OWNER should BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF.

The staff saide and his brother were so helpful and friendly couldn't ask for more
Room could do with a little adjustments but otherwise satisfactory

Bed linen was clean.
There was no heating - the room was cold in December and no hot water. The TV had some kind of weird lashed up aerial that didn't work. There was no toilet paper on arrival.
2.5
Nothing.
No hot water to shower. No heating in room. Asked from 6pm for a portable heater- finally got one at 9:40. Awful bed. Awful awful awful. Want a full refund

Room was flooded when I arrived.
Staff room next door to mine - had to ask them to be quiet twice - 2nd time was at 12:30am

That when I dooked it said it was open when got they it was close

Absolutely nothing
Absolutely everything!!I would strongly advise anybody from staying at this disgusting hovel
I have NEVER stayed in a worse hotel EVER The outside is literally a building site and my room was horrible I even cleaned the knobs and surfaces myself as I was concerned with being contaminated with Covid or worse, the bed linen was unironed, the room was shabby and there was no staff to complain to
I have stayed in better hotels in third world countries it is shameful we have this example in our own country only cockroaches are missing from here
I have also read some of the better reviews and without wishing to be disparaging to the authors they are laughable and can only be fictional ie 10/10 exceptional.REALLY!!! What a joke
Do yourself a favour heed my advice and avoid you will thank me for it
