Nothing!
There is no possibility on taking a shower because the water heater is not working. And the host is accused us the we destroy the heater, I don’t know how is that possible. She is very rude and she doesn’t want to give our deposit amount, she is a cheater and scammer.

The hut is amazing, very cozy and clean, had all the facilities we needed and it’s also situated in a great environment and beautiful landscape. The owners were very charming and friendly and we really appreciated their hospitality. We loved this place so much!
Everything was perfect

The view is amazing. It is located almost at the South Eastern most point of Kazbegi, up on the opposite hill to Gergeti Trinity Church, and facing Mount Kazbech.
It is a little cottage with 2 bedrooms upstairs and an open room ( Kitchen, dining area and lounge ) downstairs. There is also a Bathroom/ toilet/ shower downstairs.
Outside is a large garden with some benches and a BBQ. It is pretty overgrown.
Outside the front door is a nice porch with 2 little tables and 4 chairs.
There is also a small balcony on the roof connected to the master bedroom.
1) The stairs to get up to the second floor is basically a ladder. It is NOT suitable for young children or older people. It is Extremely dangerous and if you sleep-walk at night......DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
2) There is 1 toilet and it is downstairs. If you have a weak bladder and need to go to the toilet at night, remember point #1 and consider that going downstairs requires ladder climbing.
3) We arrived with a load of washing only to find that the washing machine was broken. The owner ( who lives next door to the old Hut - in a concrete house) , did not tell us, and after loading up the machine and turning it on, we found the water pouring out. There was NO option of doing washing elsewhere.
4) I am not sure whether this is always the case, but it seems that for the whole area there is no water and no electricity from midnight until 0600 in the morning. Get your showers and washing up in early and go to bed!

The view
The beds are worn out and of very poor quality. Access from the stairs to rooms on the 1st floor is dangerous. Stove partially defective and without lighting. According to the information, there should have been a flat screen TV and a satellite receiver - but there was neither. When we pointed out the shortcomings, the host promised to provide a TV, but this did not happen. Craftsmen worked most of the day with noisy machinery in the adjacent building. Host declined to reduce the price due to errors and omissions.

The chalet was cosy, well-furnished and in a good location. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make supper and breakfast ourselves, and the living area was great for hanging out with a bottle of wine in the evening.

The location was great. The hut was fine for our needs, but the steep ladder up the rooms is *not* child friendly (not a problem for us, but just FYI). We also didn't love the animal skins as decoration, but that is more a matter of taste.
We had a very unpleasant experience with the host. I don't want to jeopardize her business, so I will just pass on my tips to prevent this from happening to anyone else:
(1) Confirm with the host ahead of time how to find the property (there is no exact address) and how to get the key.
(2) The payment is cash only - make sure to take a picture of the cash and insist on getting a receipt from the host (even on a scrap of paper).

Beautiful and cosy place to spend some quality time with your family. The hut has everything you need. Good heating, very warm inside. Views of the mountains are mesmerising.

The hut was very nice and cosy. It sleeps 4 to 5 people comfortably.
We had to pay upfront upon arrival, which we found rather unusual.

The host was very helpful as she waited for us to arrive and show the house. She was always ready to help if any as she stayed at the building next to ours. The hut was amazing with stunning view as it located a bit far from main road where the mountains close to the house and are few buildings behind the hut with pathways to the mountain for morning walks.
There was a lack of water supply the whole village from around 10pm-10am due to some problem of the snow on the mountains which the host informed before and prepared spared water to use. But no big deal for us anyway, the overall still acceptable.

Apartament was cozy, with well equipped kitchen and amazing views on nearby mountains. Surroundings were quiet, apart from some livestock noises (but that's a part of the charm). The host was very friendly and open for contact - in case of any emergency she lives next door and responds quickly via WhatsApp. Duvets/blankets were very warm, which was a valuable asset - nights are pretty cold in the mountains :)
House is poorly insulated, so nights are cold inside - bring some warm clothes. Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, but we didn't need it that much, so it wasn't a big problem. One of the beds has a damaged frame; we had to provisionally repair it a couple of times, so that we could sleep on a straight mattress. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, with many random objects in the drawers - we could find old cleaning gloves but not additional toilet paper. On top of that - bedroom setup does not look like on pictures at all, probably beds were changed after taking photos. Everything looks way better on pictures than in reality, but it was a good place to stay nonetheless.

After a long day's drive, my Brother, me and my wife with our 1.5 yrs old baby reached the property at around 6.30pm and there was garbage kept right in front of the door. It was 10-12 degrees and there was no hot water in the washroom. There were no tissue papers too. The lady who gave us the key told hot water was managed by neighbors. She found it very difficult to understand what we were saying and kept started getting irritated every-time we asked something or highlighted any issues. She kept asking us for money and we said we'll only pay once all the issues are fixed. At 10pm, a guy came over and fixed the water issue but said it was temporary and we'll have to keep checking the heater every 2 hours else the heater will get damaged due to overheat. We had gone for vacation least did we know we had to do this job as well. We told them that its not possible to stay awake and keep checking the heater and money will only be paid if they fix it 100%. The lady again started insisting for money and got her mother over the phone who asked us to leave their house in the middle of the night if we wont pay right then. We informed that the issues are not fully fixed and requested we'll pay money in the morning before we check-out but she did not budge and wanted us to leave her property. She also threatened us of calling the police.
At midnight, we had to pack our bags and leave in search of another property. Our infant was fast asleep but these ladies did not even care.
Note: the property is not kids friendly at all. The rooms are at the upper storey and washrooms at the lower. There is a steep staircase connecting them. Kids cannot be left unattended at any point.

The stairs are steep and there is no rail.
.The doors to the room open to a hole in the ground
Our son fell and sprained his ankle. Very dangerous when opening door especially in middle of the night.

House is very dark, missing light.
Do not order horse riding through landlady,
