About this apartment rental
This spacious contemporary ground floor three bedroom villa is tiled throughout and has all the modern inclusions for that luxurious getaway. Air conditioned for year round comfort. The main bedroom has a queen bed and wall mounted TV with ensuite, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. There is also a double garage allocated for guests convenience.
Added to this modern villa is the peaceful prestigious canal outlook, within 500 metres to Settlement City Shopping Centre and Port Macquarie Panthers. Shared Jetty (east & west sides only).

This is a great property for a Port Mac holiday. Great location and convenient to everything you need. All the amenities work and appreciated the wifi and smart TV. There are a few minor things that did not stop a good holiday like the BBQ needs a good clean and the grill plates are rusty and need replacing but that is being very fussy and has little impact on the overall positives of this property.

There is a reason this has been our annual beach holiday accomodation for 10 years, quiet area, access to the jetty, walk across the canal to the shops. Kind of feels like a second home.

Excellent week again, our 3rd Christmas in that villa. Beautiful spot, love having meals looking out on the river, kids enjoy the water edge, good size fridge and well stocked kitchen for meal prep. Walk over the weir to Settlement City and Panthers. Loved it thanks.

Lovely location in a nice complex- overlooking the water- very peaceful and it was nice that there was some grass area for kids. Unfortunately, some issues with the place. The fans in the main bedroom, and the bedroom with single beds did not work at all. Both showers did not have handles inside the shower so it was very difficult to close the door when showering. There was also black/ dark mould on the bottom of the shower frames in the main bathroom. The bed configuration on the website said “double and large double bed”, both were queens- made it difficult when linen was not provided- luckily there was a Kmart down the road. It was generally tidy place.

Clean, comfortable and convenient, Dolphins 2 is a very pleasant place to stay being walking distance to shops, cafes and clubs. We had an issue while staying there which we discussed with the agent, they advised that it would be taken up with the owner.

I have given a 4 for overall satisfaction as the villa is very comfortable and in a great location close to shops, restaurants and the Panthers club. The general condition is good except for the dishwasher which really needs replacing. The hinges on the door are broken and a potential hazard and the drawers slide with great difficulty. The cleaning needed to be more thorough. There were tissues under a bed, the area around a tap in the ensuite needed attention and the oven had lots of crumbs in it. There is also dry noodles between two of the cushions on the leather lounge. Re the question about property management, there were too many reminders about the booking - often two on the one day.

We had a lovely week together, we were in walking distance to town, and clubs and breakwall, love the furniture in the villa and the easy care tile floor. We were able to wash in our private laundry and dry the washing outside, we cooked a couple of nights, just everything we wanted it to be, thank you.

The location is excellent being close to the shopping centre and Panthers club. It has a great view too.
The unit was clean and tidy.
There's a good laundry to wash and dry your clothes.
Bring your fishing rod as there's plenty of Bream under the pontoon.
The unit only gets 4 stars as there is no Wi-fi. Pretty much a must have these days.
Optus and Vodafone 4G coverage is inconsistent and was regularly dropping down to 1mbps. Not much fun trying to hotspot my mobile for the kids on rainy days.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A lovely property in a great location. The property was well equipped,spacious,clean and comfortable. It is in a great location within walking distance to the shopping centre, clubs, cafes and eateries. It has a lovely outside area to take in the canal views. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.The only disappointment was the lack of communication from Elders. I am still to get a reply from a message I sent the day before check in. We had no contact from them at all from check in to check out.

The property has a nice view and is located in a good area. We liked being able to just walk across the causeway to the shops in Settlement City. The agents were good and promptly helped us with a problem with the stove. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing it lacked was a hair dryer. Most places have them and when you are traveling you don't want to carry extra items.

Was in a great location, nice and roomy. Quiet also except for the echoing of 2 excited grandchildren 5 and 7. Couple if minor hiccups,washing machine but was fixed on the sunday by real estate, and a creaky bed which they will hopefully have fixed before next rental.

The villa is perfectly located and so comfortable. Very generous room sizes and the kitchen is so well equipped with crockery and utensils. Everything has been thought of. Very pleasant stay even though there no full sunny days to complement our stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and suited the family numbers that stayed.

Cleanliness
This property is not very clean , we had to wash mattress protectors before we made the beds. Pillows and doonas need updating and I think they should be washed after each rental. Floors were dirty and toilet basin was discusting and the toilet brush was gross, it looks like it has never been washed . Communication and book in was excellent but I think you need to hire new cleaners

My hubby and I were very impressed with this property. The apartment was very spacious with lovely views over the canal and within a short walking distance to Settlement City. The apartment was nicely appointed and well stocked with kitchen utensils, an efficient laundry facility and good off road parking. We will definitely be back for another visit!

The unit was in a great location, close to shopping opportunities and it was within a nice easy walk into town. It had plenty of space and was a really nice place to stay. We really enjoyed our Holiday here.
