My family of four stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful clean sparkling pool. Our family loved the game room! My boys each had their own room and we all loved the open space! We will be coming back next year and the yea after..this home is now a new tradition for our family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ay first we had trouble going in to the property, but gladly the owner was very helpful and helped us with the issues. But other than that the house is very clean and cozy, the kids loved the pool! It’s an a very good neighborhood and well located! We will definitely rent again this house.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location to grocery stores, etc. & about 20 minutes to Laughlin. The house was clean and came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the fact that the air conditioner was turned on a few hours before we arrived as it was very hot. This was a plus! Communication with the owner was great. We'd definitely stay again!

it wo6uld be easier telling you about the minor issues we had like the propane tank on the grill was tightened so much so it took pliers to open the valve and being dog owners the small dogs in the yard behind the house

We normally stay across the river, but decided to rent a house for this vacation. House was much better and we enjoyed our stay. Pool was great, used it every day! Will definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect property for the entire family to relax. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy family time, the pool was excellent. The only down side was the sensor alarm for the doors started going off two days before check out and they were never able to be turned off, this became annoying.

Cowboy Bobs house was perfect. Spacious and clean. When we left Alaska it was 48 degrees. Arrived there and it was 100 +. The air conditioning and swimming pool was a savior. If I were to make a recommendation it would be to get larger cooking pots other than stainless. Especially to cook tomato based meals (spaghetti sauce). That’s a minor issue. The house was perfect. We have family memories from there which we will not forget.

We had an absolute great time, would definitely stay there again. We got to stay with family from out of state. Wasn't to far from the lake and made it relaxing for us when we got off the lake. The house was very clean and we didn't have any problems with anything. Sharon was really quick to respond to questions I had. She is a awesome host. I couldn't recommend a better place

Plenty of room for my family and mother in law. Visiting for a softball tournament. Wanted more than a 2 rooms in Laughlin. Kids were able to streach out in the living room or beds rooms. Didnt have time to enjoy the pool. Maybe next time.

Super easy to access. Close to stores. Quiet. I have recommended this property to friends who visit every year. We came to town to visit with friends and to get a couple days off. A pool was my first priority. Dog friendly second. It was nice to have covered parking as it’s pretty hot out here.

We stayed at this home last weekend and overall it was great! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was just enough space for all of us. We had one issue the first day with the pool but as soon as I called Sharon she got it fixed right away. We definitely will be renting from them again.

Sharon has great communication skills, her response time is very quick. The house was a last minute find and I was very satisfied. She had a lot of utensils available everything worked great. Also, unfortunately due to COVID they close the parks and we were unable to attend the river on the weekend and Sharon was so sweet she allowed a late check out to give us time on Monday (our last day) to enjoy the river (they will only be opening parks mon-thur through Sept 2020) Thank you!! will most certainly recommend!!

The location of this property was perfect for my family and I. Less than a mile away from Walmart and 15 minutes away from the boat launch. The property was very clean and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us. It was so nice to come back after a day on the river and hop in the pool. There was a little issue with a leak from a pump attached to the washer when we arrived so I notified Sharon and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying here!

We totally enjoyed our time in Fort Mohave! The pool and enclosed yard were perfect for us and our pups. A bit of a hard start, with cleanliness, yard was covered with dog poop. Shame on the previous occupants! The owner did their best to make it right! We did have a lot of trouble with internet, outdated modems, and Frontier shutting us down for a few days before coming out for service. Not the owners fault, they did do their best with sending out a new modem etc. Pots and pans need to be updated, BBQ shot flames when we first tried to use it. My husband spends several hours cleaning it, followed up with my son giving it another good scrub down. Home needs a little TLC, broken fans, rusted faucets and sinks. Overall we had a great time! Shopping is all near by. Pool was fantastic, with option of extra heating.
