Great place to stay and enjoy the lake.

It was everything we expected and more!!! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful lake house.

Great house, plenty of room. Well stocked. Loved the lake access and location, convenient to anywhere on the lake and Branson.
10.0 / 10.0
The house was exactly as we expected from the listing. Plenty of room inside, the game tables were awesome for the whole family, spent time by the fire at night and it was incredibly peaceful. The walk to the dock and back was a bit of a hike, my mom wasn’t able to join us for that, but she enjoyed the decks and the view from the living room! Will absolutely be back.
10.0 / 10.0
The house was perfect for us! We had two families and were able to let the kids spread out downstairs with adults upstairs. Ping pong, foosball, and pool were heavily utilized by the kids. Although not photographed well in the listing, the boat dock was PERFECT for us! We towed our boat up (Nautique GS20) and it was awesome. The dock is at the end of an inlet so we had total privacy and no boat traffic for the kids to swim, jump, and play on paddle boards. If we were there in the off-season, I'd want to drink coffee and read books on the dock all day long. Other reviews noted the walk down being challenging, and I'd agree for some folks who aren't quite as active, but it presented no problem for us (but it can be slick after a rain, so just go slow and watch your step). We had an issue with the grill and the owner had a new one delivered and set-up within about eight hours of me reporting it, so they're VERY responsive. The HVAC was great and kept the house comfy even with kids in/out non-stop. All in all, it was a perfect set-up for our crew and we had a great time!

All i can say is that my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hm. The property manager was on point with taking care of our concerns. The hm was clean and therebwas plenty to do for our tenns. Even our little grand baby had stuff to do in the hm. I would definitely recommend this hm if you ever visit Branson or Kimberling City. I would most definitely rent this hm for another vacation.

I rarely give 5 stars. The house was everything we needed. The kids of all ages enjoyed the game room, including my hubs and I. Dwight was a joy to work with! Thank you for the beautiful place!

Very nice and comfortable. House layout is great for large groups. Small kids loved the play houses. The dock is great with a small cove. We had a blast with paddle board, Kayak, jet skis, pontoon and runabout boat. We loved the hike down to the water, parents of small kids were glad the water was a few feet away. Table Rock lake is the best.

Very nice house. Not an easy walk to/from lake but private and beautiful.

Loved the privacy and private dock. We were able to put young adults on 1 level and older adults on the other level. Communication with the owner was prompt. Spacious and well maintained.

Very nice home with beautiful scenery. Close to all the action but in a quiet neighborhood. Take note to the other reviews the trip back and forth to the dock is a better workout then any fitness center training.

The home is lovely. With two living spaces and two porches, it is easy to find a quieter moment if needed. The beds were comfortable. Having the big picture windows was really nice. The kitchen was very adequate. There is lots of storage space in the pantry and the laundry room. The master bedroom and bathroom is great. The home is about 13 minutes from Walmart, and around 25 -30 to Branson, depending on where you are going. The whole crew loved staying there, and would happily do so again.

We gathered our family (kids/grand kids) for a Spring Break trip and our first time visiting the Branson area. The house was well-equipped for a large family gathering: kitchen essentials, beds, bathrooms with supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner), family games, ping pong, pool and foosball tables and multiple gathering/hanging out spots, both indoors and out. The lake is a little bit of a hike to get to, but very doable.
It was nice to be away from the hubbub of Branson, but to be a quick 25-30 minute drive to any place we wanted to check out.
Dwight, our host, was very responsive, both before and during our stay.
We all highly recommend this home for a trip to the Branson area and if we come back, we will definitely seek this home out.

This cabin was so nice & had plenty of space for our family of 9 adults 2 teenagers 2 five year olds & a 1 & 2 year old. The kids loved the play area outside with the playhouses & they had a yard to run around & a huge game room to play in with lots of board games & movies to watch. The teenagers loved the ping pong, pool table & fooseball games along with the men in our family. The huge table inside allowed the women to play Yahtzee, farkle, golf card game, etc. The patio was also great for relaxing & having a few drinks & kids blowing bubbles that they got for Easter. The men were so excited to see the deer come out in the back yard every day & they even did a little fishing. The teenagers even jumped in the freezing water a few times — was a little cold at night during this Easter break but the weather was awesome during the day & we were able to wear shorts. Grocery store was not that far from us & we enjoyed Silver Dollar, Dolly Pardon Stampede, coaster rides, extreme racing, Branson Landing, etc. This cabin had huge refrigerator/freezer in kitchen & 2 more in the parking garage so there was plenty of room for food & drinks. We loved this property & would definitely stay here again if we come back to Branson.

The house was absolutely amazing!!! We had such a great time there. The owner was easily accessible and very prompt with his responses. The climb down and back to the dock was quite the exercise, but I did lose 10 pounds this vacation.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Starting with Dwight and how he answered all my questions to his making sure all was perfect, thank you! The house was enjoyed by all seven of us. The kids were so excited to have their own rooms. Kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball and pool tables. Plenty of firewood for an evening fire in the living room while setting around drinking hot chocolate and talking about our day. The beds all slept great. Our seven year old told us she had one of her best nights sleep lol. We are getting ready to book our next stay here as soon as everyone can coordinate with their bosses for vacation time. Looking forward to returning!

We stayed here for a family Christmas trip. Lots of room, good space, and kitchen is well stocked. We will try to visit again!

We went for a family gathering of just adults and had a great time. The view was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone. As of our stay, the first week in November, around November 15 they’re supposed to get all new furniture and eventually get new flooring the furniture was a worn but not unusable at the time we were there. Our only problem was it was kind of difficult to get down to the dock because of the steepness of the hill. Dwight was our contact and he was very easy to get a hold of any answered any questions very quickly. We all would definitely stay there again. Thanks Dwight for being such a great host.

We have rented quite a few houses/condos over the years. This house is spacious and very clean! The pool, ping pong and foosball tables were a hit! The board games and coloring books were a nice touch, as well. There was plenty of firewood and we enjoyed made s’mores! There is a trail to hike to see the lake and it was a little difficult for some in our group. The kitchen is well stocked! The house is not super insulated so be aware if some in your group are earlier risers than others ;)
Overall, we enjoyed our time together!

Lots of room for a large family stay. The dock is great! The walk down a little steep with a little rain. We had a blast. Maybe a few more kitchen towels and rags. Wonderful stay! Thanks for everything.

The House is Fantastic. more than enough Room for the 5 Families. the Game room was awesome. The kids had a place to be kids and the Adults had the upstairs for adult time.
The Dock was plenty of room for our 2 boats and jetski as well as a Great place to swim around the Dock. be Careful there are some tree Stumps around but not immediately around the dock. my boat is a large Deep Vee and never hit one, but we did see them on our sonar.
There was plenty of parking for trucks and Trailers. They kind of underplayed this on the add.. there is more than enough room for everyone.
And the property contact Dwight was absolutely awesome. very responsive when I had a question. I hope the shape we left the property met your expectations.
I'd like to offer some minor Constructive Criticism. just things that could use some attention.
#1. could use another couch or love seat upstairs for seating. but again our Group was large .
#2. The kitchen was a little shy on some utensils for making meals. it had the basics and everyone should be fine. we are glad we brought our own grilling tools and griddles and stuff because again there could be more or better there is one pan in there that seems to have the ability to not cook or burn your food. there was no medium.
#3 there is a tree that is leaning rather badley across the Drive. you don't see it until you are down there. my boat barely fit under it. might want to look at removing that tree. I can see someone hitting it then wanting to come back on you about the damages. you know how people are.
#4 I am aware more than most, that the Army Corps of Engineers severely limits what you can do on their land... but if there is a way to make that hike up/down to the Dock Easier, ie Gravel, pavement, whatever.. most of us were fairly fit, or in need of a little workout. That hike will certainly give you that.. but I have a very bad knee, it was super hard on me. it would be impossible for someone with real issues to navigate that walk.
Some advice for the Future renters make sure you put the cooler in the boat when you launch and keep it there fill with Drinks and ice on the Daily, you will wear yourself out carrying that up and Down.
Thank you for letting us Stay we had a great time.

Family vacation
Our three families had a wonderful time at this home. The location is great and the home is spacious!! We loved having the private dock right behind the house so we could take our boat and come and go on the lake easily. We were able to get to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon within minutes. Our contact person was very personable and responded quickly answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again:)

Short walk to private dock
Comfortable home with all the amenities. Cooked every day in well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds and linens but the BEST part is the dock where we swam, fished and launched our paddleboards and kayak daily. Saw deer, turtles, blue herons, cardinals and those lovely fireflies daily. Roasted S’mores in the fire pit and loved the vast selection of games and DVDs. Short drive to Branson where we loved the landing and fountain show. Also a short drive to Hideaway marina where we rented a pontoon for two days. Bring your deep woods off…we aren’t used to the ticks in Missouri!

Awesome Place For Family Gathering
This was an awesome place to have a family gathering. Everyone from age 4 to 86 were happy with staying here for three days. The view from the living room is awesome! It is hard to get to the boat landing but it's nice too!

Awesome for boating
We had two families at this house for a week. 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space and the downstairs was great for sending the kids to hang out in and give the adults some peace. There is a boat launch very close and we had a Nautique G23 we kept at the dock for a week. It is a nice dock at the end of a cove so no boats going by. Great for swimming with the kids. A bit of a hike to the dock but not bad. Might be hard for elderly people though. Owners were very responsive and the house is in good shape. The driveway has plenty of room to leave a boat trailer on it after launching. I would definitely go back to the same property again.

Would def come back!
The home was great, clean, easy check in! (either early check in even, without asking!) The set up was perfect, with three rooms downstairs and three rooms upstairs. Kids were down, and adults were up! Beds were super comfy. Home was very clean. Nice new appliances. My only complaint was the distance from home to dock is a little bit of a hike & without a solid pathway was a bit of a disappointment. We rented from the marina which was 30 min away & further than we would have liked, but just being a busy weekend I think made the travel
Time a little longer. Overall, we would def come back & stay here! Loved all the games and entertainment available in the home! View from deck was very peaceful!

Enjoyed our stay a bunch! The house was perfect for a big group and plenty of space. Only downside is the steep walk to the dock.

Spacious Lake house w/Dock
Our family of 14 loved our get away. Each couple had their own bedroom which made it nice. The kiddos enjoyed having the bunkbeds and a room of their own. The first two nights we enjoyed the game room as the weather was a little unpredictable. The double covered deck was great for the jet ski, kayaks, and boat not to mention the grandchildren loved watching all the fish under the dock. The dock also had a place to layout. The only thing that was a little hairy was the walk to and from the dock (due to Corp of Engineer Land) other than that it was FABULOUS!

5 Stars...
Wonderful house for a large group. We had 12 people--7 adults and 5 kids ages 8 to 14.
Upon arrival it was very clean and ready for us to move in.
Plenty of bedrooms for everyone including a bunkbed room for the kids.
Kitchen had everything we needed to cook anything.
Game room in a large area downstairs kept the kids busy when we weren't down at the dock.
Loved the privacy of the property and most especially the dock. We felt like we had our own private cove. Just wonderful!
Greg and Dwight were wonderful with quick answers to any questions we had.
I highly recommend this property but hesitate to do so because if we ever want to go back, it may be booked if the word gets out!

Lakefront Home
House is nice with lots of room for our group.
Family enjoyed fishing from the dock.
Online listing called out a kayak/canoe and there was none.
For a day after a rain the trail to the dock was a muddy mess, steep & slick, easy to slip & fall.
