Jean is a wonderful host. Welcoming, informative, cannot do enough for you Beautiful setting. Quiet, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is right outside room and plentiful with every choice available. Deserves all highly rated feedback. Would not hesitate to recommend it. A hidden gem.

Beautiful outside area and breakfast room
Nothing, apart from the bed was a little too springy for my liking.

Good location. Perfect host.

Very clean and tidy. Had all the essentials plus more. Lady who showed me to my room and saw me out was very friendly and helpful. Also added bonus of a very nice breakfast all self service but loads of choice.

It was a little gem, clean and tidy. You have your own front door so could come and go as you please. Everything you needed was there. Breakfast served in a lovely cute room opposite the rooms.
Bit let has some great restaurants
Location for us was spot on and staying there felt quiet with the birds chatting away.
The only thing is the shower curtain but that is a personal choice. Bathroom was spotless so one tiny thing wouldn’t take away staying again and again.
4.7
Homely comfortable, host has gone to a lot of trouble to provide everything you need. And it was very warm.

Jean! What a lovely lady. Nothing is too much. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay with everything we could need. The room was comfortable with plenty of tea coffee and milk and the breakfast in the morning was lovely - Brody loved his treats too!! Thank you Jean. Your b and b is great value for money and just lovely to stay in.
Nothing!

Host was amazing, location absolute ideal, extremely comfortable, a real gem of a find.
WIFI was a little intermittent and TV was not playing properly. But that could have been down to the inclement weather we had, plus it was only for the kids in the morning, so it didn't really affect anything.

Everything was grand
Nothing to dislike

our stay was perfect relaxing
everything fine

Only the location. Although that was a problem on a 2022 Car Sat Nav system.
Cramped. Lack of space. Shower needed updating.

So much. thought had been put into this B&B there were even umbrellas!
The room and bathroom were a bit cramped but quite adequate for a one night stop over
4.7
This is a very nice B&B, I would say typical british B&B in a french point of view, a lot of thoughts were put into so many details in the bedroom, you will have all the amenities and more, felt really cosy, loved the decoration, there is a pretty garden and location near the wedding we attended was perfect, we even were able to get our keys earlier before the ceremony, our host was very nice

Peaceful location, quality of breakfast and choice of drinks etc in the room. Great location and very accomadating host. Would use again and recommend.

The small cottage in the Garden was a highlight during our roadtrip through south england. It is located underneath a very big tree so that it feels like living in a hobbit house.
The cottage is very cosy and you will find everything you need. ...and if not, you will get help from your very lovely host, that prepared a first breakfast for us and guided us with usefull advices through our stay.
We especially loved hiking through the New Forrest, catching crabs in Lymington, watching Mr. Punch at Osborne and enjoying an afternoon at the beach of the Isle of Wight. At the end three nights we're a bit short. We could even spend another day visiting Stonehenge & Salisbury. There is so much to do in the region!
Thanks you so much for the pleasant & exciting stay !!!

Great atmosphere just off the road between the trees and immediately next to a gorgeous Sequoia tree, we were in the Hansel and Gretel like cottage. Used this for a 2 day stop to Peppa Pig and Stonehenge on our way to Wales. Jean is a wonderful host that makes you feel welcome right from the start and she had some complimentary basics in the fridge. Great value for money.
Not too big inside with most surface area covered by beds. Wifi signal not too strong (and our phones' network signal also not working well indoors).
4.7
Homely cosy accommodation with comfy beds and a lovely continental breakfast. Jean is a great host, very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was an ideal location for us being just a mile away from family we were visiting. The lady owner was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered everything you could possibly wish for and the room and ensuite were spotless and comfortable. An especially nice touch was the cafetiere on the hospitality tray with lovely coffee. We definitely intend to book here again. Good parking too.
Can't think of anything.
4.7
We were very kindly provided with tea, coffee, toast and yoghurts which was a nice surprise.
4.7
It was just perfect, couldn't find any faults. Would definitely stay again.
4.7
Provided a great service with extras which was really nice
Nothing, it was great
4.7
self catering. Well equipped kitchen area, generous extras provided by owner i.e Bread ,Milk ,Juice, condiments, tea, sugar, Coffee biscuits etc .
Only one thing, exiting from site onto a very busy road needs a Mirror to show traffic coming from the right this would make it easier and safer.
