About this house rental
Minimum 30-day consecutive rental required. Please contact the Host for availability. Come relax and enjoy the true Hawaiian experience at this beachfront house that sleeps six guests and has AC. The house has a large covered deck that is great for bbq and relaxing. Truly amazing sunsets right out front.IMPORTANT- Because of Covid-19, we suggest guests look into trip insurance that will cover Covid-19 trip cancelation. We do not issue a refund for a positive covid test.
Enjoy amazing views from this AC two bedroom beachfront house. The house sleeps up to six guests and is located on one of the Worlds most famous beaches Banzi Pipeline.
Bedroom one has a queen bed and a twin loft bed that is perfect for a kid or young adult.
Bedroom two has a queen bed. The living room also has a twin bed.
The house has a large front deck with a full-size Hawaiian punee for relaxing and enjoying the views.

We like to give our guest their space while on vacation but we are always a call, text or an email away. We live in the neighborhood so if you need anything please let us know.
The neighborhood is crazy during the winter months with all the top professional surfer in the World here to surf. During the summer it is nice, quiet and relaxing. The beaches have plenty of sand and the water is perfect! Sunsets during the summer are amazing and drop into the water.
This area has a great bike path that takes you to many other special places like Sharks Cove for snorkeling.
We recommend renting a car to get around. We are located in the country side and the nearest grocery store is two mile away. There are a few food trucks nearby but Haleiwa town is seven miles away.
IMPORTANT: A rental agreement will be issued and all guests must be listed on the rental agreement. This is due before guests can stay at the property. It will be emailed to you after your reservation is made.
* This property will be reserved for exclusive use for a period of 30 days regardless of the guest's actual occupancy. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. Please contact the management company for details on bookings and for any questions.
OCCUPANCY: This booking confirms accommodation and the rate is based upon the number of guests and nights as indicated. ALL PERSONS STAYING AT THIS VACATION HOME MUST BE REGISTERED
(“REGISTERED GUEST(S)”). Any changes in occupancy will affect the rate and must be authorized. If the number of guests is
exceeded without prior written permission, there will be an additional fee of $100 per person, per day. Social gatherings such as
weddings, receptions and other events are not allowed.
CLEANING: The Guest will be responsible for the cost of post‐departure cleaning fee (“Cleaning
Fee”).
RENTAL PROPERTY CONDITIONS AND DISCLOSURES: Guest understands that Property Owner and Agent shall not permit the
rental of the Property to Guest unless Guest understands, agrees to and adheres to the following conditions and disclosures:
‐ Smoking is not permitted on the Property, including but not limited to inside the home or on the premises. In Hawaii we live with our windows open and neighbors do not want to smell smoke.
‐ Pets are not permitted on the Property without prior written approval of Agent.
‐ If you booked a beachfront house condition change year‐round that affect the sand in front of the Property. We cannot guaranty
the condition because weather and ocean swells are unpredictable and do change the amount of sand located in front of the
Property. No refunds will be issue because of these changing conditions of the sand located at the front of the Property. Sometime conditions can make it unsafe to access beach from Property and you might have to use the closest public access.
‐ If any equipment, mechanical device or home feature becomes inoperable, Guest shall promptly inform Agent. The Property,
Owner, caretaker or Property manager will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems, but such condition shall not
change this Rental Agreement or the stated Nightly Rate. We try our best to make sure everything is in working order but
sometimes issue come up and service will need to be scheduled. Service and repair can take up to two weeks. Because we are
on an island parts and replacements can take up to six weeks.
‐Guest must immediately notify Agent of any damage to Property as a result of fire, flood, acts of nature, or mechanical failure.‐ Guest shall promptly inform Agent of any Property items included with the Property that becomes lost or broken, including but not
limited to audio/visual equipment, computer equipment, artwork, decorative items, and appliances.
‐ Guest shall follow the written instructions on the care and use of the home furnished upon check‐in, including the proper use of the
home’s facilities and equipment. Guest may be held liable for damages to equipment such as the air conditioning system or other repair expenses caused by failure to abide by the written instructions given to them upon arrival.‐ Guest recognizes and acknowledges that although reasonable efforts are made to portray the property accurately, specific furniture and interior items and landscaping may vary from photographs of the Property.
‐ Any complaint from the Guest concerning the weather, climate, neighborhood, location or other qualities of the Property
will not be grounds for a refund of all or any part of the payments by Guest.
‐ The Property is located in a residential area, and Guest is advised that excessive noise may disturb neighbors and may be grounds for
eviction. Guest agrees to respect quiet hours from 9 PM until 8 AM. Guest understands that social gatherings such as parties,
weddings, and receptions are strictly prohibited unless Agent gives specific prior written approval in each case. Unauthorized events
may result in partial or full forfeiture of the Security/Damage Deposit and possible eviction from the Property.
‐ Neighborhood construction or similar disturbance would have been disclosed to Guest if known to Agent when booking. Property Owner and/or Agent are not responsible for failing to disclose possible future neighborhood construction of which
Property Owner and/or Agent was not previously aware.
‐ Property Owner or designated agents, such as Property managers, caretakers, and repair persons may enter the Property at any time
during daylight hours to make repairs. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide prior notice to Guest of such visits. Guest is responsible for all keys, gate and garage openers and upon departure Guest is required to leave these items on the Property at
the location where they were presented to Guest. Guest will be charged a replacement fee for lost keys and/or gate or garage openers.
‐ Due to tropical climate and environment, pests such as insects and small lizards may be present on the Property. Reasonable
efforts are made to control pests, but nature’s presence is to be expected on occasion. The property is serviced monthly for pest
control company, but when doors are left open the pest will still come into the house. During certain months we have various insects
that are more prevalent. Examples being termite, ants and cockroaches. This is due the weather climate changes during these months.
Refunds will not be made because of pest.
‐ Property Owner and/or Agent reserves the right to promptly evict any persons who cause damage to the Property or items present on
Property, who violate state, local and/or federal law or who don’t abide by the conditions set forth in the list of rule for the property.

our only difficulty was checking in - the code provided on the app was wrong and had to call two people to get the right gate code. then the key wasn’t where they said it was, so had to call back to get the right location.
otherwise it was a great stay! location was everything and the lanai was amazing. We loved the picnic tables and beach chairs. we did have to buy our own toilet paper, dish sponges, and paper towels. Also the A/Cs worked wonderfully which we were so grateful for! 10/10 sunset views

This property sits at the famed Sunset Beach close to the Banzai Pipeline, and in fact belongs to surf kings Volcom. So the surfer vibe and views from the back deck are topnotch. You can watch all day to your heart's content without having to step foot on the beach below if you don't want to.
The property manager was responsive and helpful. The property also comes with a resident cat named Smokey, who's lovely and welcoming, unless you hate cats.
The house is really a beach/surf bungalow-- a long way from luxury, but we had 3 people and found it comfortable. Kitchen could use some more basics, like plastic dishware for outdoors, dish towels, (since there is NO dishwasher.), etc. But, I'm in agreement with the last reviewer of this property-- the house itself is definitely not the draw, it's the outdoor decks and location on a prime North Shore destination.

We could not be happier with our choice to stay on the north shore. This was a family trip to celebrate my daughters graduation and she wanted to go someplace she could surf. The location of this house could not be better! Little did I know what a "G" I'd become for renting right on pipeline LOL! The back porch was a great place to watch surfers, boogie boarders and the most amazing sunsets. Although this home is smaller than what we usually rent, we were quit comfortable (there were 5 of us). Sleeping arrangements were comfortable, inside space was adequate but the star was definitely the outdoor space! We had our share of "visitors" each morning Smokey the cat, a host of random chickens and lizards!! We seriously were depressed when we needed to leave our own slice of paradise. We would not hesitate to rent this home again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

We could not be happier with our choice to stay on the north shore. This was a family trip to celebrate my daughters graduation and she wanted to go someplace she could surf. The location of this house could not be better! Little did I know what a "G" I'd become for renting right on pipeline LOL! The back porch was a great place to watch surfers, boogie boarders and the most amazing sunsets. Although this home is smaller than what we usually rent, we were quit comfortable (there were 5 of us). Sleeping arrangements were comfortable, inside space was adequate but the star was definitely the outdoor space! We had our share of "visitors" each morning Smokey the cat, a host of random chickens and lizards!! We seriously were depressed when we needed to leave our own slice of paradise.
