Great Apt in Great Location

The hosts were amazing, so helpful and accomodated all our requests. The apartment was a great size, easy to keep clean. It was well equiped from iron washing machine to hairdryer and nailpolish remover. It was stocked with water, soft drinks, tea and coffee and snacks on arrival, shampoo, conditioner etc also provided.

The Pool. It wasn't an infinite pool as advertised. It only had concrete around it to lie on as there were no sunbeds nor any shade except a small section from 1 tree.

The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is professionally cleaned and really equipped with everything. The view is magnificent, just like in the pictures.

A wonderful apartment equipped with everything you need and more

100% one of the best places we've ever stayed, if not the best. The hosts are super friendly and helpful from the second you book the apartment. Chris literally "caught" us on the street and guided us to the parking spot, so we didn't have to keep wandering around searching for where to go. What stole my heart was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Everything smells fresh and is professionally cleaned and disinfected. You'll find everything you need here and much more – we laughed there was more useful stuff and gadgets than we have at home :) And, of course, the biggest highlight is the view – totally stunning both in the morning and in the evening. The heating works very well and heats the flat almost in minutes, which is a massive plus on colder winter nights. The location is superb, with all the restaurants, beach bars, and supermarkets within a hand's reach. All in all – loved it!

Everything was just like the photos plus more! Amazing view from both bedroom and living room. Fully equiped kitchen with all sorts of tees, coffee, spices, cookies and bonbons, fridge full of chocolates and soft drinks. Plenty of towells, shampoo and body shower, even disposable slippers were provided. Wifi functioned nicely. Hosts contacted us soon after booking to provide valuable upfront information about Larnaca. Chris was there to welcome us at the appartment with slices of free pizza, knowing we had the whole day of travelling difficulties behind us. Much appareciated! Everything was impecably cleen, not one spot on those huge windows! We trully enjyed our stay!!!

There is nothing we did not like! Only when writting this review we realized that Chris did not mention the pool. Since we visited in January it probably was out of function. Still, it would have been nice to see the pool and the garden.

WOW! Everything was perfect! They have really thougth about everything in this apartment- it feel like they designed and choosed everything with a lot of thougth, to the smallest detail. (The facilities and the design all together.) PLUS- we've closed this veacation for my 32nd birthday, and Themida&Chris even left us designed cake, candells and wine! It felt so personal and thoutful.. we really didnt imagined this trip would be so perfect! and its all thanks to Themida&Chris. The place was very clean, it contained every possible thing, carefully designed and about 10 minuts walk to the main streets, JUST PERFECT. so, If your next vication is going to be in Larnaca - I suggest that you DONT MISS THIS PLACE. (Its the main reason we are planning our next trip to larnaca!)

Wonderful penthouse with relaxing view, top hosts and everything you might need

Everything was as described and even more- the hosts were welcoming and showed that they cared- communicated with me before my stay to let me know if I was going to be able to check in early and bent over backwards to make sure I had a great stay. The place was super comfortable, just sitting in the chairs watching the blue of the seat was relaxing. The place has everything one may need, was clean, comfortable, charming. The location was super convenient, just next to the airport and very close to the center.

There was not one thing I didn't like about this place.

Everything was perfect, the location, the cleaning, plenty of facilities, everything what one needs was there. Bit above all was the hospitality of the hosts, which was impeccable. No other place like this in Larnaca ! Very highly recommended!!!

Breathtaking view and super comfortable

The apartment was beautifully located with a breathtaking view of the sea! It was providing all comforts and it was very clean and cozy. We totally recommend it! The owner was super nice and friendly, and we appreciated her positivity and warm welcoming.

Amazing

An apartment where you feel like at home. You’ll find here absolutely everything you might need for your rest. I mean, EVERYTHING. So cute! The flat is truly beautiful and cozy, well-kept, fresh and new. Easy to get, not far from both beaches, several restaurants downstairs. The free private parking right near the building. An amazing view from the windows!!! I should also mention the owners, who were so polite and nice with us. In other words, the best choice so far!

This apartment is wonderful! Everything like on the photos, all stuff are new (furniture, dishes and electric devices). Even,there are towels for the beach (it's very comfortable). When I arrived to apartment there was a complement from the hosts,in the fridge were drinks and snacks.And, on the bed there was a rose,that was unexpected and very nice surprise for me!😍 Location is very good, it's close to the beach(4 minutes) and the main promenade is very nearby.There are also many cafes and bars.Really liked that there is Netflix and fast Wi-Fi in apartment. Special thanks to Themida and Chris (the hosts of apartment),your attentive attitude towards the client deserves special thanks!!!Your apartment can compete with a five star hotel! I loved your place,so hope in nearest time I will come back for having a great vocation in Larnaca!

There is not a balcony. But the window is big so it was comfortable to seat and watch the sea with turtles.

Amazing Property and Hosts 10/10

The property is centrally located facing the beach, providing a stunning view of the beach leading to the pier, both from the living room and bedroom. A row of restaurants and eateries to take your pick and you benefit from a private parking space. The apartment is packed with everything you could possibly need, the list is endless! Plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle, a selection of teas and coffees, the lot. Not to forgot iron and stand, a comfortable sofa bed in front of a decent sized tv with Netflix! The bathroom has a very nice rainfall shower. The cleanliness of the property was spot on. We didn’t notice anything off or unclean it was simply perfect, far better than some hotels we have stayed in. Both hosts are really friendly and go the extra mile for you! They gave us a comprehensive run down on arrival and we’re always at hand on messages!

Can’t fault it - perfection!

Everything is lovely! Dive centre was right downstairs. Great views. Fully stocked and some treats left in the fridge for us. Decor was lovely and peaceful. Themida and Chris were perfect hosts.
