My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georgia's home. It is beautifully appointed and comfortable and Georgia is very responsive. Has everything you need. Good location. Would stay again.

The house was perfect for a long weekend of visiting our son at Army West Point. The beds were delightful and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking for our family of 5. The linens were very high quality and we had plenty of thick towels. The location to West Point was close and a very easy commute. The town of Cornwall on Hudson was sweet as can be with lots of restaurants and shops! We can't wait to come back!

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long girl’s weekend away. Georgia was always prompt in responding to me and took time to make suggestions as to where we could eat, shop and find adventures. Her home was impeccably decorated, clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet weekend away.

Location was excellent for our needs. Georgia was a wonderful host. There were excellent recommendations for anything to do in the area. All the workings of the home were succinctly explained.

This was a wonderful home for us to use while we visited West Point. The home was useable and nicely appointed. Rain kept us inside so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities. Beautiful view of trees and a doe with 2 fawns wandering by. Beautiful walking neighborhood, and very quiet. Local shops and food was a very close 2-3 minutes drive. Lots of choices. Food was delicious. We visited the owners recommended places and were very happy. I would use it again anytime.

Overall this is a beautiful and lovely appointed home. The bathrooms are completely updated, good lighting, good water pressure. Clean and new appliances. Comfortable beds. Plenty of linens. Looks just like pictures.Excellent communication with owner. All good! Would love to return!

Charming home that feels like a home. Very clean and inviting. Very quiet and you can see the stars. The owner is fabulous. She checks in to ensure all is well and if you need anything. We loved the location close to West Point and having our cadet stay with us after his Ring Ceremony made the weekend more memorable.

The house was perfect for reuniting with our Cadet for A day. It was very clean and spacious with everything needed to cook meals and do laundry so our cadet could relax. The house is not within the walking boundaries for Cadets, but is a good location for campus events. About a 15 minute drive.

Georgia's property was perfect for our family. We were visiting our brother at West Point, the location was perfect. Georgia's home is the cleanest rental we have ever been in. We had absolutely everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us.

There are few aspects to this rental property that future tenants need to be VERY familiar with. We were charged $47 for a towel that was not “accounted for.” Within the rules of the house there is an inventory of ALL flatware, towels, washcloths, bathmats, etc. Unfortunately for us, we did not think of conducting an inventory when we arrived, and we were charged for only 11 of 12 bath towels being accounted for when we left. I can quite confidently say that we did not take a large bath towel in our carry-on luggage back to Colorado. If anything, be VERY VERY aware of what items are in the house when you arrive…conduct a thorough inventory and quickly reach out to owner if anything is missing from the published inventory. Upon our departure, we received a very bizarre photo of the entire towel inventory being laid out on the floor, a bit troubling and quite accusatory. Additionally, the property does not charge a cleaning fee. Unbeknownst to us, the expectation is for the tenant to clean the house with the proscribed cleaning supplies under the threat of losing the security deposit. While we had no issue cleaning, we would have preferred to spend the last precious few hours with our family instead of cleaning the unit to the level the instructions detailed. As an owner/operator of short-term rentals in Colorado, I feel that the listing needs to state the fact that there is no cleaning fee based on the expectation the tenant is responsible to bring the unit back to the condition they arrived…again, not an issue but it took us by surprise since this is not something typically seen in short-term rental policies. Bottom line, please read all the instruction to include check-out procedures thoroughly UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, take time-stamped photographic evidence of any discrepancy, and report any missing inventory items promptly to the owner.

Very nice house and yard! Lots of space for all of us (8 at one point). Everything was very clean and comfortable. Nicely stocked kitchen. A great place to stay/relax during West Point grad week.

This was THE PERFECT home for our long weekend visit to the Hudson Valley. Our son is a cadet at West Point, and we wanted a rental close to Post so that we could easily travel back and forth for Family Weekend Activities. We soon realized that we were close to so much more. Restaurants, the Hudson River, Farms, Hikes, Landmarks, Cruises...we only wished we'd had more time to experience it all. The house is very comfortable, very clean, and well maintained with beautiful decor in every room. It sits in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. The host was quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. Our stay could not have been better! Thank you!

The house was very clean and updated throughout. Comfortable and relaxing weekend with our college- aged children. Convenient to nearby attractions and very safe and friendly neighborhood. Back yard area was very nice and we enjoyed the deer who would visit us each afternoon. We will definitely be staying here again if Georgia will have us back.

I’ve been coming to Cornwall my entire life to spend the summer with family. As all of us have expanded our own families we outgrew sleeping on the floor at my aunts house. This house was the perfect solution! Plenty of room for everyone and ample space for game nights and grilling out. Georgia was so easy to communicate with and provided everything we could have needed! We will definitely be rebooking for future visits!

This property is beautifully decorated and located within a lovely village located only minutes from hiking trails, the Hudson, and the newly opened Legoland NY.

This place was perfect our trip for West Point graduation. Easy access to West Point. Pretty neighborhood. Great food less than a mile away (Prima Pizza might have been one of the best pizzas I’ve had!) Georgia, the host, was easy to work with and very accommodating. This place was sooooooooo clean. The fire pit in the back made for a fun gathering place. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Highly recommend!!

We hosted my son, a cadet at West Point, and his 2 friends for the day while my mother and father-in-law and I stayed the weekend. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was wonderful and the proximity to town very convenient. Will stay here again!
