The location was fantastic. The staff are efficient and pleasant.
There is a mild sewage smell in our suite. You can hear the chattering and bantering of other guests seated in the restaurant area. Early in the morning you can hear prayers coming from a nearby mosque. That’s the reason why they gave ear plugs! Also the stains on the chairs in the room should be cleaned up.

早餐中規中矩,房間內非常舒適乾淨,非常用心的一家飯店。服務人員的態度都是非常的好且親切。
飯店的中庭空井回音較大,要是遇到比較吵的客人,房間內會聽得很清楚

The hotel was very near to Jonker street and the shops.
Staff were very friendly and we received a small gift and a thank you message from the hotel staff after our stay. Certainly a surprise!
Nothing.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff are super friendly. They were so thoughtful about accommodating our kids in extra beds (one of which was a super cute tent bed much loved by our son). The room was spectacular, clean, with crisp clean sheets and comfortable duvets. The food was great. The location is ideal to explore the town, as it is right in the heart. This hotel deserves its five stars. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Malacca again.

Staffs are always friendly, breakfast is always delicious with different selections every day (that prawn mee soup was spectacular!), and room is always highly maintained and clean. Not to mention the decoration they helped for my SO birthday, thanks a lot! Oh yeah location is 100%.
Nothing really. Just love every bits of Liu Men, and will go back the third time!

The staff were all very polite. The bed linen was excellent- such a lovely sleep. The suite was most comfortable and I loved the bath and toiletries.
Only one minor gripe. On arrival, one of the bottles of water was used by the previous occupant - it had a quarter bottle of water left inside and had not been renewed with a fresh bottle.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was amazing. Best night's sleep on our hectic holiday.
Melaka is not for everyone. Very busy town and hard to walk as paths are almost non-existent but worth a visit just to stay in the hotel.

The beautiful building in the heart of Jonkers. More beauty as soon as you step out the door with temples and mosques. The details are lovely like the shower head and toilet design.
Some of the staff have very weak English which can be frustrating. The light gets in the room at night both through the bathroom window and the AC switch.

The stay was really comfortable especially the hotel staff and services made us feel welcome as if it's a home. The interior design of the hotel is amazing. They provides safe carpark. I also enjoy the location which is really close to Jonker night market and some attractions within walking distance.
I am satisfied with what the hotel has provided so far. No complaint.

Excellent location, high quality fittings in room, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and products.
The noise. The surrounding street noise can't be helped and is part of the charm of being right in the centre town.
What can be improved is the staff's management of their own noise. The atrium creates a lot of echo which can be heard from the rooms. Staff were pouring cutlery in the atrium area around 6am and this created completely unnecessary and avoidable disruption to guest rooms.

The bedframe has sharp corners, both of us hit it a few times.

It's in a good location near the Heritage Centre but still very peaceful.
We had a lovely room with direct access to garden terrace which is lovely.
Great service , good breakfast, manager Mr Ibrahim was very helpful and informative.
Rooms and environment beautiful
It's nothing the hotel can act on but be careful when booking Grab especially at weekends, roads nearby busy and sometimes closed so allow time as driver may suggest alternative pick up point

My family and I stayed for a short staycation during the New Year.
We loved the :
-People- Very cheerful and welcoming staffs. The manager was hands on as well. Excellent service!
-Décor - The hotel is beautifully decorated and some nostalgic pieces of art and items were strategically placed all over the hotel. Perfect for Instagram photos :D
-Location- Located along the happening Jonker Street . There is also a night market with lots of food options there. Unfortunately it rained on our first night there.
-Room- Room was clean and although a bit small, has everything that one needs in the room. The hotel even prepared some local snacks for their guests. Amenities given were good quality.
-Breakfast- Though the choices were limited, most of the food we had for breakfast were good. Coffee was great too!
-Parking- Free parking is provided. However, the paid and unpaid parking situation can be quite confusing for first timers ( see below).
Overall:
We had an enjoyable short stay and we loved the vibe of the hotel, we loved the hotel staffs as well. We will definitely choose this lovely hotel again when we come to Melaka.
What we did not really love:
- Parking- Although the hotel provided a parking, the parking is situated at the side of the hotel. The parking directly behind the hotel is actually a paid parking ( which we did not know until we parked there to move our luggage into the car).
- View - Not much of a view from the room, which was not really a problem for us.
- Room size- Room size is a bit small.
- I'm a little bummed that this hotel is not really a wheelchair friendly hotel given that there are steps in the front door and back door of the hotel. The room size might be difficult for a wheelchair to enter and exit as well.

Absolutely everything a wonderful Haven to come back to after exploring the streets of Melaka
Having a bar where you could get a beer or glass of wine would be great also yoghurt & more fruit options and pastries at breakfast

almost everything.
stayed at first floor, not enough privacy but I can live with that as it’s a boutique small hotel, it has given me enough privacy ha.
