Perfectly design for entertaining with 3 large balconies overlooking the canal with stairs on each level.
Private mooring just outside the house available for an extra charge $20 per night.
Will comfortably accommodate 2 families.
Can not accommodate groups of more than 6 singles

This is our second stay at this appartment. A group of 8 friends. Heaps of rooms and space to spread out and walking distance to great food and drink places, shopping, movies and much more. Easy check in and great communication from owner.

Location fantastic, close to shops, restaurants etc. Dolphins in the canal. The property was ideal for our family getaway. Large living area accommodated the 10 of us easily (adults, teen and kids). The games room was a big hit. A few maintenance items need attending to – lock on toilet door not working, door to balcony from kitchen area needs replacing. But overall, a fab property and would certainly consider this property again.

Lovely relaxing location in Mandurah. Perfect location for our weekend activities. Beautiful canal location. Breakfast on the balcony. Even fortunate enough to catch a rare glimpse of the Aurora Australias from the top balcony! Great for groups if everyone can do at least one flight of stairs.

Some of the Pictures don't match the actual layout. All games room items are crammed in one room not 3 seperate areas as it appears. Pool table cover needs replacing. Sliding doors to master bedroom and upstairs rooms need attention. Very hard to open. Little things like supplying salt & pepper would have been nice. In saying that, we had a great time. Easy walk to Restaurants and not far from shops. Great location. Dolphines played for ages in front of us. Large living area accommodated the 9 of us easily.

The house was lovely, neat, clean and well presented. The location was fantastic, with a lovely view of the canal and just a short walk to everything we needed. Belinda was great at responding quickly to all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our break.

Stairs are dangerous especially the wood ones, one lady missed a step down the bottom and was hurt where they get smaller on the inside, very hard to differentiate the edge of the stairs and not lit up very well. Apart from that all was good oh except the gas heater would have been nice to use

Needs some attention to minor maintenance issues like toilet plunger, door closings and particularly the BBQ ( unserviceable and not really clean). We had to light with paper as the lighter was non functional. This is dangerous and could have caused an explosion. For the sake of a replacement BBQ costing maybe $500 or so it would be a wise investment and avoid a potential hazard.

The location of this property is very good. Walking distance to a beautiful area. The house was clean and well presented. Excellent house for the price range. Although some of the properties features are dated, it was still a lovely place to stay.

Asks Belinda if we could host our boys 16th birthday. She agreed and what an awesome weekend we all had. The boys where on the top 2 levels and had plenty of entertainment to keep them occupied. This allowed us parents to freely chat and enjoy the views and the dolphins swimming by! Great stay

Excellent location, helpful and easy to contact host. Nice property. Blinds in large bedroom kept falling down and couldn’t pull up could be replaced and bed too hard . Minor niggle Cleaners left dirty scouter to clean with and dirty sugar canister few cobwebs around but would definitely stay again

We stayed here for 3 nights over the long weekend with 7 adults (grandparents, adult children and toddler). There was plenty of space for everybody, everything you need and the best bit was the location - we didn’t get in the car at all for the 3 days as close enough to walk to dolphin quay and the mandurah foreshore. Communication with the host prior was great and made the check in an easy process.
