Aprés on Yampa is a pet friendly (one dog under 80 pounds), ADA accessible, downtown condo located at the quiet end of Yampa Street. Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeping 6, with new furnishings, views of the Yampa River, and literally 25 steps from the Yampa River Core Trail. With a 1 car attached garage, this property is in a prime location winter or summer! The primary suite has a king bed and the ensuite master bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with the second bathroom just outside the room.. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room completes the sleeping options. Spacious, clean, modern finishes for all your Steamboat Springs adventures. Come aprés ski or aprés bike on Yampa!
There is a per night pet fee associated with bringing a dog to this property, which is non-negotiable. One dog under 80 pounds is allowed. We love our canine family members, but this policy comes from the Homeowner's Association and does not include any exceptions. Two small dogs do not equal one larger dog, sorry!
The attached, one car garage is suitable for most modern cars and smaller trucks, however it will not fit a full size pick-up truck (Ford F150, etc). Aprés on Yampa includes a parking pass for one of the first come, first served outdoor parking spaces for the entire complex if your vehicle is too big for the garage.

We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc…
You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
Apres on Yampa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

This was our second time staying here on Yampa - perfect location for enjoying downtown and lots of trips to the river to fish, let our dog take a soak and watch tubers. Kids love riding their bikes across the street to the park - which has a huge new climbing addition. As a previous resident of Steamboat, this is the perfect downtown location for adults/kids!

We had a great time at this condo. We loved having the porch / entrance right on Yampa. In the morning it was easy to walk our dog across the street for her morning pee. It was convenient for getting out of our tubes and being able to quickly get to towels and snacks. Layout of the condo was good and bathrooms + kitchen were huge. We had easy access by foot, bus and bike to everything and didn’t use our car all week. We played a lot of pickle ball at the park across the river and hit the farmers market on Sunday. Also enjoyed the easy access to A+ mountain bike trails!

We have stayed at this property multiple times mainly due to the location which is great downtown, close to walking trail and to a nice park. The only downside to this trip is it did not seem as clean. Other than that another great stay in Steamboat

This is a very nice condo located on the Main Street and I t’s very closed to the bus shuttle. Made my son his favorite birthday meal while we were there and the kitchen had every pan and baking dish you’d need. Would definitely recommend it.

Property is labeled R1, but there’s an i on the door. We were confused and worried for a bit. But once in, everything was terrific! High quality furnishings, kitchen supplies. Garage a definite plus for ski gear. So easy to hop on the express or red line city bus for FREE and get right to the slopes. Typically when we ski it feels like a hassle to get back out to eat or get a drink, but the downtown area is so close and fun with great restaurants. Lots of room for our family of 5 and pup. Steamboat is the perfect location for variety. My wife skis less than us, but finds plenty to do. We hope to stay again!!

This condo was beautiful and worked out perfectly for us and our pup. There is a very nice trail just across the street for long walks with our dog. We were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the pet friendly, spacious flat in a great location for dining and shopping. Express free bus just 11 mins to resort drop off point. Garage good for small SUV. Outside permit parking including for larger vehicles. Description was accurate and management company exceptional.

This condo was perfect! The river walk, restaurants, and shops were right out the door. We visited State Forest where we caught trout and observed moose! Our dog, Captain, appreciated the dog bed and bowls. Wonderful time!

Great location in Steamboat
My family and I were looking for a place to explore Steamboat Springs for the weekend and this place 100% fit the bill. Close to everything downtown, it was great that we didn’t have to use our car at all. Very spacious and clean too. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit, easy parking, 1 block to free Steamboat ski shuttle and literally across the street from Howelson hill. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ski shop in the building. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location! The unit is clean, spacious, has a full kitchen, a garage and is pet friendly. Bathrooms are a great size with and the unit has beautiful decor. We got frequent updates before our stay, everything was clearly stated and super easy in & out. Transportation to the mountain right there and super convenient. We had a great stay ❤️

The property is in an ideal location in the downtown area with a short ride (4mile) to the ski resort by car or by the free ride bus. The home is near walking trail that makes it perfect for stays with Pet, walkable to all restaurants and shops in the area. All in all a great home to have you vacation at steamboat springs.

The property is in a good location and well stocked with essentials. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for walking around the Yampa and downtown. Pet friendly, but the price for pets have gone up dramatically for next time and will be the only negative if you have a dog.

The location was wonderful. It was steps away from the Yampa core trail and restaurants and shops. It’s perfect for families since there are multiple parks close. The space was great and much bigger than it seems in the photos. Our family had a great time here.

You really can’t beat the location for the perfect mountain town experience! The property was clean and modern. Management got back to us quickly to answer all questions. The single roll-away bed was in the owners locker in the garage and the bunk is a bit rocky but there were enough bed options to make it work.

Wonderful stay on Apres on Yampa!
Our family enjoyed our recent stay at Apres on Yampa. You can’t beat the location! The trail was right across the street and we enjoyed walking and biking to local parks along the trail. The downtown location is also perfect for walking to grab a morning coffee or heading out for dinner. And then you don’t have to worry about finding parking as that’s included. Our family of 4 + dog highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat at the Aprés on Yampa! The condo was fantastic! As soon as we walked in we were beyond impressed. It was very, very clean and much larger than we expected. The attached garage was an extra bonus. I really enjoyed the downtown location of this condo. It is walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and the Yampa river is located right across the street with a walking/bike path. Overall, it was an excellent experience and communication from Four Seasons management was top notch. We will definitely book again with Four Seasons Steamboat/Aprés on Yampa. Both bedrooms very roomy with own bathrooms 6. Covered patio out back with natural gas connected grill. 7. Really big TV’s in three rooms with great internet connection 8. 30 sec walk to ski rental and bike rental9. City bike/walk path across the street. 10. Kid park across the street.11. Bus stop 2min walk comes every 20min with great App. Goes to ski area and restaurants/bars12. To many bars and restaurants to list within 8min walk. 13. Many great little touches throughout the condo from kitchen wares to towels to bedding. 14. Best ski VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. (Keystone; Breck; Salt Lake/PC, UT)15. The only thing I wished for was a Kuerig Coffee maker. This is a fantastic place run by folks who know what they’re doing. Staying in downtown Steamboat Springs is the way to go. Don’t mess with parking there. Bus takes you as close as you can get.
