About this house rental
ALL DECKED OUT is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests. Close to playground with a short walk to main street and jetty. Kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, extra chest freezer for your catch of the day! Open plan dining with ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, sliding doors that open on to an undercover decked area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Lounge with TV, DVD and Play Station for the kids. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. NOW WITH WIFI INTERNET & APPLE BOX! To keep you entertained when the weather is bad and you can't go fishing! Laundry with washing machine. Enclosed backyard, covered fish cleaning facility, undercover parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for your boat. Boaties will need to bring your own hose to flush out your boat motors. Pillows and thick mink blankets are provided with spare blankets available, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - Bed 1 - double plus single, Bed 2 - queen plus bunk, Bed 3 - double No smoking inside Garage not for guest use DOG FRIENDLY - outside only **OFF PEAK SPECIALS** (excludes long weekends and school holidays) 15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more Nightly tariffs- cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay $150 per night High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay $150 per night Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay $120 per night Bond may increase during peak season

We have stayed here a number of time.The house is a bit dated but mostly comfortable.The worse thing is it needs a better air conditioner we were really uncomfortable in the heat. There is no way You comfortably stay here in the summer.

The rental was just what we needed. Close to ramp and hotel. Fish cleaning station was first class and chest freezer a bonus.Just a basic, honest rental with great shower.

It was a great fishermans holiday shack and had great cleaning facilities for your catch and storage.However the beds could do with a mattress toppers little hard on the body.

what a great place to stay, location excellent it was very clean and had all amenities, the decking was large with a good BBQ. Can sleep up to nine people so if three couples were to share the costs would be a very affordable holiday or large family.I bought my kids and grandchildren and they had a great time. Plenty of room for a boat with good fish cleaning facilities. Two hotels in Edithburg we went to the Edithburg Hotel great food and friendly service did not like the other hotel my choice. Grandies loved the tidal pool. overall 9/10 experience, will stay there again. Dee and Sharon the agents for the rental were very helpful, thanks guys

Our daughter loved the holiday house. She did not want to leave.
The backyard was spacious and well looked after.
The bathroom roof and the leather seat could do with touch ups and re-upholstering.
Edithburgh is a great location on the Yorke Peninsula.

All decked out is the perfect location for our holiday. The men like to fish and the boat and fish facilities are great. There are a couple of improvements that could be done to the property to make the stay a lot more enjoyable. The oven door does not shut, there is a water leak in the bathroom which is going into the vanity. If not fixed it could ruin the cupboard. The bath tap drips, which did not affect our stay but probably should be looked at. 5 of the plastic chairs outside are broken. Some of the wooden slats in the single bed are broken. It would also help if there was a door closer on the front screen door. Thank you

Property was in very poor repair and dirty. Whole place was smelly and electrical appliances were dangerous myself and my husband were burnt by the kettle as it was falling apart so we had to purchase our own. Air con was not working properly in 35 degree heat. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It has a bad reputation in the town after speaking to locals.

But overall cleanliness of the house was poor found our selfs cleaning and re cleaning stuff from the previous occupants.dirty cups dirty plates and cutlery etc. House was poor inside. Could of done with a deep clean of house and dishes to be done properly not just stacked away.

I suspect it's the years of grime build up on the carpet or possibly the mould in the freezer the lounges and ottoman were soiled and after moving the lounge to a more suitable location for our stay the area under the lounge was disgusting and then I moved a cushion to find someones half eaten snack should be able to expect more.
