About this house rental
Why stay in a crowded, noisy hotel when you can enjoy the privacy, space, and comforts of home?
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is family- and pet-friendly, convenient to the Intracoastal Waterway, near riverfront parks, and minutes from the World's Most Famous Beach. The recently-updated house features a large screened patio overlooking a huge, shaded and fenced backyard.
AREA ATTRACTIONS include Daytona International Speedway and The Daytona 500 Experience, Ocean Walk Village, free concerts at the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Daytona Lagoon, the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Marine Science Center, Museum of Arts and Sciences, the World Golf Hall of Fame, LPGA International, USA Tennis Florida, the Jackie Robinson Ballpark, and the immense Daytona Flea and Farmers Market, among many more. In addition, Two Sisters South is approximately 60 minutes from St. Augustine area attractions, and 90 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Why not combine a beach vacation with a daytrip or two to Disney World or Universal?
ANNUAL EVENTS in the area include the Daytona 500, Coke Zero 400, Rolex 24, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Jeep Beach, Turkey Run (the largest classic car show in the United States) and Spring Turkey Run, New Smyrna Beach Balloon & Sky Fest, P1 AquaX Watercraft Competition, Halifax Art Festival, Festival of Magic, Film Festival, Blues Festival, Greek Festival, Wine & Food Festival, Craft Beer & BBQ Festival/Dream Cruise Car Show, and the Beer, Wine & Brew Festival.
GOLF & TENNIS are huge in Central Florida. With more than two dozen championship courses and moderate year-round weather, the Daytona Beach area boasts some of the country's most beautiful and challenging courses -- but without the hefty greens fees. The area offers courses designed by Rees Jones, Arthur Hills, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Lloyd Clifton and Bill Amick, and is home to the headquarters of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and its two 4-star courses - only a quick 5 mile drive from Two Sisters South. Even closer, you'll find the friendly Riviera Country Club and it's beautifully manicured 18-hole course, updated by Lloyd Clifton since it was originally built in the 1930s. RCC is only 1.5 miles away.
Daytona Beach is also the headquarters of USA Tennis Florida, adjacent to LPGA International. The center offers 24 clay hydro-courts, 12 lighted courts for night play, daily play, and tournaments.
AREA OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES include beach combing, surfing, sailing, kayaking, wildlife watching - the area has manatees, otters, alligators, turtles, osprey, and even baby sea turtles hatching (seasonal), surf casting and sport fishing, para sailing, bicycling, disc golf, zip lining, go-kart racing, ice skating, ghost tours, and more.
NIGHTLIFE in the Daytona Beach area features a huge range of clubs, including Razzles, Froggy's Saloon, The Ocean Deck, and Boot Hill, and restaurants ranging from the Dancing Avocado Kitchen and Betty's A1A Cafe to the Chart House, Tuscan's and The Cellar. Our guide includes some of our local favorites.

Very clean, comfortable place. All the conveniences of being at home. She even had condiments that you would forget to bring with you . My first experience at an Airbb&b and I loved it.

The house is wonderful. I felt very welcome and right at home. The house is very clean and spacious which accommodated my family nicely! My favorite part about this house is that it is not in a congested area. The area is quiet and peaceful which magnified the escape aspect of a vacation. The owners are very kind and get back to you promptly if you have any questions.

Lovely house & excellent hosts! If you are a bird fanatic, then this is your place to stay. There were red shoulder hawks, bald eagles ( adult & juvenile), and many song birds to enjoy while sitting on the front porch or back patio area. Will definitely consider rebooking if we return to the Daytona area!

The house is as advertised. Location is awesome, and there is an eagle’s nest in the tree across the street, which makes for some delightful bird watching.
Owners were pleasant, and everything we needed was available. There were plenty of supplies (dishwasher soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), which is not always the case!
We would happily stay again.

House was very clean and in a great location. However, didn’t expect a 70-year old house. Hardwood floors were original but were well kept up. The main master bathroom needs an electrical outlet installed. The original outlet is high up in a rusted light and appliances didn’t fit. All of the closets in all the bedrooms are full of owner’s things leaving no room for long-term renters. Probably ok for a week’s stay. Items such as empty boxes, old TV, Christmas decorations, etc. should be removed. Never stayed in a house where closets were so full. Kitchen cupboards were well stocked with things we didn’t have to buy but we had no room for our food supplies. Again, short-term renters would be fine but we were there for 2 months. The room in the garage where the washer and dryer were was packed with old things that should be thrown out. Not very appealing while doing laundry. Also, the bathroom and kitchen cupboards had numerous empty or nearly empty soap and cleaner bottles that should be removed. Very cluttered. There’s also a charcoal grill where a gas grill is much more economical and easier to use. The back yard is beautiful with big shaded trees. A picture of it should be put on the website. The big screened in patio is nice except it leaks a lot whenever it rains. Looks like it’s been a problem for a long time. We had stayed in many VRBO rentals in the past and had nice stays. This house just needs to be cleaned out of its clutter.

GOOD TIME
4.0 / 10.0
We stayed 4 nights, there are some areas for improvement. The towels need to be replaced, the bathroom mats and shower curtains need to be replaced and the house needs to be decluttered before the next rental. There are a lot of personal items in the house which made us think that someone normally lives there. Also, when one renter leaves all toiletry items should be trashed. I am not really keen on using someone else’s bath soap and shampoo products. The bed situation was not great. We had two couples and only one queen bed and 3 twin beds. One bedroom had a twin and one bedroom had two twins. On another note, the homeowner was great, the house was clean, and the back patio and yard are the best features of the house, they are huge and private. The location is perfect, the house is centrally located, and walkable to the river for a stroll. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. With those few changes, I would be back. Thank you for the stay!

I stayed here with my husband, brother and handicapped parents. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us with many sitting areas including a dining room table.
Mary also thought about many nice touches like suitcase stands, beachy lotions and access to all the essential cleaning supplies. I would certainly stay here again.

The hosts were very welcoming and attentive to details. Our family experienced a pleasant and comfortable stay. The house was very clean, organized and had a warm ambiance. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the area. The vacation getaway was conveniently located near parks, stores, restaurants, shops, beaches, and entertainment. Everything met the expectations of the advertisement. We would highly recommend this rental to others.

My family (my wife and I, three adult children and a 7 year old) stayed here for an extended weekend for a college graduation at nearby ERAU.
The house was spacious, clean and well equipped for our big family, and the neighborhood is peaceful and conveniently located close to the college, the beach, grocery stores and whatever else you’d need. The washer and dryer made our stay even less stressful and the assortment of board and other games made for some fun experiences with the family. There’s a wonderful outdoor patio space and back yard. Very relaxing and low stress. Exactly what’s needed when staying away from home.
Communication from the host was great; we had zero problems and feel very grateful to have landed on such a comfortable place to stay that made us feel like we were at home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was everything I could want and more. It literally had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. I love getting up in the morning and enjoyed watching the bald eagles nest across the street while I drank my coffee. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed our evening walks. There's lots of stuff close by also. You do as little or as much as you'd like. The owners were great and were easy to get a hold of if need be. I would stay there again. It was great.

We stayed at this house three years in a row, for a month at a time.. Mary was very easy to talk to and help with any questions promptly during all our stays.. We love the area, right near the intercoastal waters. The house has everything provided except the food we wanted to eat, so you do not have to buy or bring anything with you. Our dog loves the big fenced in back yard. Two TV's so my husband can watch his car shows, and I can watch my shows. Lotsa parking which is one of the reasons we choose this house.. we put my recumbent bike and motorcycle in the garage; there is a place to park a large trailer and parking for three or 4 other cars as well in the drive.. all we need for riding and vacationing. If we have guests some days, there is room for them to spend the night if they want. We enjoyed staying here and would do it again when staying in the area if available.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had no idea what to expect but were completely blown away by the accommodations and location. Although the house is not located next to any attraction, other than a mere block to the intercoastal, it is close to everything you could want to see or do. We loved our stay and look forward to returning. Mary was a terrific hostess and made us feel very welcome. Everything we could have needed was there waiting for us, minus our personal grocery shopping. I cannot express how perfect this location was for our family. Thank you so much Mary, Ted and Julie and family.

Our family, including our dog enjoyed our week at this property very much. We had everything we needed, including all of the daily living supplies that many VRBO's only include in token amounts to get you started - more than enough paper towels, etc. etc. We really appreciated that we didn't have to run to the store for every little thing. It's also nice that there is a great grocery store less than a mile away.
The owners offered just the right amount of communication, checking to make sure we had arrived and had everything we needed, on check-in day. They were also very flexible and kind enough to let us overstay our check-out time when one member of our party had car trouble.
We had a very successful, fun and comfortable family reunion and definitely recommend this rental!

Great for families
My husband and four kids come every year to Daytona. This was our favorite stay yet. Everything is included in the house, Convenient location, great size, and quiet neighborhood. The only thing that was an issue was the alarm going off everytime we opened the door. ;)

Only good things to say
Everything at the rental was as it was advertised which is not always the case with places you rent.
The folks I rented from were very nice and helpful. We had no complaints.

Perfect spot
The house is in great shape and located in a very quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the inner coastal and short drives to all of Daytona. There are nesting bald Eagles across the street which made morning coffee very enjoyable. This will be our go to place for Daytona trips.

Relaxing and Peaceful
The location is peaceful. The back screened-in porch is the absolute best!! Our flight landed close to rush hour and our drive to Daytona from Orlando put us getting to the house later than expected. The owner was reachable by phone from the time we booked (months before our trip) through the day of departure. Our group consisted of 5 women and the place was spacious enough for us all. We were in Daytona for NCA/NDA Nationals, so the drive to Bandshell Beach was no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!! We most certainly enjoyed our time!!

Recommended - great stay, convenient location, as advertised
My husband and I stayed 3 nights with another couple while in town for an event. The house was clean, comfortable, as advertised and well equipped with everything you could need. We loved that it was tucked into a neat, quiet neighborhood, but a short drive to anything you might need. The owners were friendly, checked us in personally and provided a tour of the home and some recommendations for activities and dining. If I had one small complaint, the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were not the most comfortable, but kids probably wouldn't care. :) I definitely recommend the property and would reserve again the next time we're in Daytona.

winter break from Michigan
This is the second year we have stayed at this house. I like the quiet location and the intercoastal area where I can ride my recumbent bike along the water and stop at the parks.. close to the Beach Street section of shops. My husband enjoys riding his motorcycle and we have enough parking and garage use for his bike and mine, as we have a trailer too. friendly area. Big plus is the fenced in back yard for our dog. Home is generously stocked with what ever you need.. all we had to do was buy our food. Home has room for family or friends who visit too. It has all the comforts of home.. we will be back next year. Thank you to the two sisters for renting to us. Randy and Ruth

Nice home in charming neighborhood
We had a great stay here overall. Everything was clean and the house was well-stocked. The screened patio is large looking out on a huge private yard. The neighborhood is older and quiet and conveniently located. A couple of things could be improved. The host was very nice, but no-contact check-in with smart locks would be better. Our only real problem was when we arrived, the smell of air freshener was crazy strong. I found three plug-ins within ten feet of each other and even after unplugging them, I could hardly breathe that night. It was finally airing out by the third day. That's not good for people with allergies. That really was our only problem, though. It was a good place to stay, and we would be happy to return in the future.
