San Marco is a 60m stroll to the white sands of Whangamata beach, carefully curated with beautiful rustic décor & furniture, sourced from the likes of Morocco, France & Mexico.
At the end of the day relax in the luxurious beds, feather/down duvets and crisp white sheets, that you would find in any world class hotel.
Perfect getaway for any time of the year, a fun packed family holiday, a special surprise for that loved one, or a romantic honeymoon whatever the weather.
There is a park and playground right on the beach 3 mins walk from the property, which even includes a flying fox!
The home includes a large chef's kitchen leading out onto the balcony with a peep of the sea, outdoor lounge areas and relaxing bean bags on both levels, alfresco outdoor 3m teak dining table with large umbrella. 2 large lounges on separate levels, large study with Chesterfield leather and a mahogany presidential desk.
From the front courtyard, you can enter the beach walkway, via the internal gate or from the driveway. The large courtyard is very secure to keep your pets safe with 2m walls and three solid tall gates with combination locks for security.

BOTTOM LEVEL.
Entry Hall, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, study/2nd Lounge, laundry with WC, wine seller and Small Kitchenette for coffee and tea. Covered outdoor lounge suite and teak 3m outdoor table with large umbrella. Huge 3 car garage with extensive games to enjoy during your stay. Foldout sofabed located in the lounge area.

Points to note
Normal 10am checkout and 2pm check-in . If the booking happens to be back-to-back with another booking, check-in would need to be 4pm, however 95% of the time we have two cleaners so 2pm is more normal.
