The Space
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
Unit 2204 is located on the 2nd floor (accessible via elevator) and boasts its own private patio with private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Two additional private balconies overlook our courtyard area. A stylish raised kitchen completes the ensemble.
Six adults can be accommodated in this 3-bed, 3-bath unit. Each bedroom offers 1 king bed and is en-suite with its own bathroom
The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels
Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit
Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed
Arriving after hours? Self check-in is always available
Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm

Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!
Other Things to Note
Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.
Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! Great little spot. Excellent location. Could be anywhere in 15 minutes by foot. Great staff. Surprised to find, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, lots of towels and if needed could get fresh sheets. Highly recommend. Just keep in mind that if you are pool side, and if there is a party going on, you may hear it. But believe they have rules that after 11 it must shut down.

Great Location - looks JUST like pictures.
Booked the 3Bdrm/3Bath for my Bday with 2 other couples. Everyone had a king size bed and private bathroom. Very clean, beds felt great, minutes away from everything - no rental car needed! Will definitely rent again next time we’re in NOLA.

Great Location
The Natchez is beautiful with a modern industrial feel. It is in a Perfect location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. The management company is very responsive and helpful. We loved being able to order groceries ahead and have the condo stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. Would highly recommend?

This was a fantastic stay. The only reason that the check in process did not get perfect scores was that the location of the property was a little confusing and the front desk lady was initially not the friendliest. After that everything else went very smoothly and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wonderful location for a trip to the Big Easy
We had a family vacation with three couples during our stay. Some small issues, hot water in two of the rooms wasn’t great but Terry fixed it immediately! Small piece of glass in the carpet cut the bottom of one persons foot but it was a small cut. The pots and pans need to be replaced as they were no longer nonstick. The biggest issue we had was that there was no indication that it was a pay to park location. Each car added another $100 for the three day stay for each couple. That would of been nice to be told up front.
The location is the perfect distance to Bourbon street and the staff was amazing! The front desk was immediately helpful and kind!!
Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome Place!
The place was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very helpful. My only recommendation is that they provide instructions regarding the heat/air. We could not get the heat to work in the living area until I asked, and apparently, there is a quirky process to get the heat/air to work properly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our new Go-To in New Orleans
Perfect space for a group. Beats the he** out of mere hotel rooms. I've never been enthralled with the hotel/condo options in NOLA. To get really nice space you have always needed to spend big bucks. The Natchez changes that. Great price/value proposition.

Awesome party (or chill) pad
Beautiful place, comfu beds. Hot tub enticing though in hot weather not so much. We were in 2204, overlooking pool - not too noisy as far as we could tell. Perfect location. Just great all around. They even had free ponchos available at the desk in case you weren't prepared for the rain!

Exceeded Expectations
This beautiful three bedroom condo was fantastic! The common area was perfect for hanging out, and the bedrooms were spacious and quiet. The patio and hot tub were great; we loved hanging out in the morning with our coffee and enjoying the hot tub at night. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We ordered groceries which were delivered and set-up in our condo. Everyone who worked at the concierge desk was friendly and helpful. Also, we all agreed it is in the perfect location. We plan to return.

Great CBD condo
The Natchez is a great building, 2 blocks off Canal, so walking to Quarter and Warehouse district is easy. The condo was great, had private hot tub, which was very nice. Plan to stay again next time I'm in town.

Modern, industrial, close to everything!
This place is extremely well done. Location is amazing, and the decor is exactly what I was looking for. Modern, industrial feel. The only thing I would request is some type of bluetooth speaker set up for ability to listen to music for their guest.

Great property. Comfortable furnishings. Great space for the entire group! Hot tub and grill on the patio overlook the street, perfect for gatherings. Walking distance to great resturants. Staff is excellent and friendly. Definitely, a must stay!! Will stay there again for sure!

Staff are all rockstars, and the space is so cool!
Although the space wasn't the most ideal for a work trip (the walls are a bit thin, and party peoples were coming in at all hours), it was everything we could have asked for in accommodation.
I do wish we had time to take advantage of the grill, but we did clock in some hot tub time, and that was a dream!
The location is great and the staff was great!

From the second I walked through the door I was amazed by this place. It was better than I could have imagined. It was nice, spacious, and and spotlessly clean. Each room had its own bathroom and super soft bed so you did not have to disturb those staying with you. The staff was also amazing to work with; anything I asked for they gave to me with a smile. I enjoyed every second of my stay there from checkin to checkout.

BEST CONDO IN NOLA
We were a group of about 6 that stayed in the Natchez condo for the Red Dress Run! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The beds were extremely cozy. We slept 2 to a bed, but you could comfortably sleep 3/4 because they were huge! The hot tub had a great view of the Zatarain's sign as well as the city of New Orleans. The condo was very nice and everything was brand new! We had everything we needed. And did I mention how close it was to everything? We walked every where with ease which was very nice! This is by far my favorite condo in New Orleans, and we will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Totally Awesome Place
we are a group of 3 couples that travel together often. we come to new orleans at least 3 times a year as we have close friends there. well, i must say, we have found our new permanent place to stay when visiting the big easy. this condo was beautiful, over the top. very nice art work and photographs, the kitchen had every conceivable appliance and gadget, every bedroom had it's own thermostat which worked great because our group likes to sleep in different temperatures. the private hot tub was a real treat after long days/nights of exploring the city. the location is perfect with great restaurants all around you. the staff could not have been nicer. this new property is going to be our "go to" location from now on. we would highly recommend this property to anybody looking to visit new orleans.

Best of Everything in NOLA!
The Natchez Condos are a newly renovated complex that excelled our expectations! The unit was spacious and just as described with the hot tub and gas grill on the patio. We were warmly greeted by the front desk personal and their dedication to us never ceased throughout our stay.
My husband and I enjoyed this unit along with our 3 children in their 20's during Mardi Gras. The location is perfect just 1 1/2 blocks from the casino, parade route and French Quarter. We walked everywhere but will need a taxi to get to the grocery store if you plan on preparing meals or need drinks. The unit itself is brand new with very comfortable beds, washer and dryer, and a kitchen which is fully stocked with everything needed. We had a Super Bowl Party with 15 friends and family in the living room which was perfect with a large flat screen TV and a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen is raised with some stairs but it is open concept and overlooks the living room. Some of our guests sat in the kitchen that overlooked the living room to watch the big game. One bedroom has no windows which made for a great night sleep for the occupants. One bedroom is off the patio which contains the hot tub and the other bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the pool area. The pool area was still under construction but we were told it will be completed soon. Our first night there (after flight delays) we relaxed in the 6 person hot tub and people watched from our second floor patio while sipping a drink. It was a great way to start our vacation.
There are several excellent restaurants in the area. Our first night we ate at The Bon Ton which is right on the corner. We were told that reservations are usually needed but we arrived during a lull and were served. It was outstanding! This is New Orleans and whether you prefer fine dining or a casual place, there are many excellent choices to choose from. We loved our stay at The Natchez and look forward to returning again!
