BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

DESCRIPTION
This luxurious, waterfront beach retreat will take your breath away. You walk into a light and bright open floor-plan that offers a fully equipped kitchen with nicest appliances and a living/dining area which opens up to a spacious furnished patio with BBQ. The wonderful bay-front property can accommodate up to 4 people total (2 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

HOME DETAILS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The living/dining area offers a comfortable sofa that folds to a double sleeper as well as a big 55 inch TV plus a dining table that seats 4 people. Off the living area is the bedroom with a comfortable eastern King bed with TV. The bathroom offers a bathtub/shower.

AMENITIES
Enjoy the luxury of a washer & dryer, air conditioning, central heating, high speed internet, cable TV and outdoor shower. Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

PARKING
Narrow tandem parking along the house for one car (8.5 x 25 feet).

PLEASE NOTE
The unit is part of a duplex and you will hear footsteps from the owners family living above.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

At rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

The place was lovely and clean. There was nothing wrong at all. Everything we needed was there. The only negative was every morning beginning at 6:15am and ending at 10 to 10:30 pm there was constant plane traffic flying low and over or close to over the top of the place. It is constant noise.

Great location. Clean. Waterside. Walked to a lot of stuff on the main beach side. We loved lazy eye coffee, short walk in the morning. Place call Molly's for brunch , not walking distance. Drove to downtown San Diego a couple of times. No problems. Only suggestion is tell everyone they need a small car for parking. We had no issues , Very tight. Also a couple more bath towels would be nice. We washed bath towels a couple of times.

I stayed here with my partner and infant under 1. The location was so convenient. You can walk out the yard to the bay. The beach and so many food joints are also walkable. The property had highchair and pack and play that made our stay with infant comfortable. Everything was clean as well. The management and owner went above and beyond when I inquired if the pack and play had the height adjusting net, they got us a new one! Thanks for making our first trip as a family enjoyable.

My daughter and I had a girls getaway and the location was perfect for us. The bayside views were stunning and the home was immaculate. Less than a five minute walk to the ocean board walk. And had great privacy at the house not having such heavy foot traffic outside our doors. Ohh and less windy than ocean side. It was perfect and would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for a a full week and it was perfect. The location is amazing - on the bay, facing East, with beautiful sunrises and right on the quiet beach. The unit itself is clean and well laid out, perfect for two people. The setup and the support is excellent. I recommend it highly.

We had an awesome stay, so relaxing and tranquil being bay front and seeing the lights and fireworks from Sea World. Home is very clean and has all necessary items for your stay. Would highly recommend

Great property with great amenities. The location is perfect and feels very safe. The included parking space is very nice as parking is hard to come by. We met very friendly locals, including the homeowners. Communication upon arrival and during our stay was easy! We will definitely be back!

We had people above our heads that were walking around, even after the posted "quiet time" of 10pm-8am. The space was smaller than we anticipated and my son had to sleep on the reclining chair.

Great place to a long weekend on Mission Bay. Very clean and stocked well for anything you may need. Very quiet neighborhood which made it a very relaxing stay! Would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Parking is extremely tight, we had a small two-seater car and it was a tight fit with a struggle to get out of the car door. Not sure an SUV would fit.

Beautifully decorated condo in prime location. Our toddler (3 year old) was able to walk from the patio to the sand easily. Plus the bay lacked the big ocean waves. The additional amenities like laundry, sand toys, beach chairs and towels were a huge convenience for our family. We will definitely be back!

We are a family of two adults and two children, and we were fortunate to spend our winter break at this lovely beach house! The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, and the location is great - relaxing patio overlooking the bay and very close to all of the local attractions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is the second time we've stayed in this property and we love it. It's the perfect size for our little family of three. The condo is stocked with everything you need to cook and more. My daughter wanted to sleep in the bedroom with us so we really appreciated the inflatable mattress. We love the location right on the bay. It's much quieter than the ocean side but only a short walk if you want to play in the waves. We'll be back!

We found the beach house easily. Typical narrow beach area parking, which fit our jeep grand Cherokee but needed us to unload the car in the alleyway before pulling in to park. When we arrived we were quickly unloading when the owners opened their garage to leave and that felt a bit awkward. But it was nice to meet them. Beach house was very clean, bed was comfy, enjoyed the morning sunrises and afternoon shade. With parking at the local restaurants near impossible we planned and prepared all but three meals at the beach house for the week. We found the kitchen well stocked but some items like frying pans a bit overused. The grocery store, Ralph’s, was a short drive down Mission Boulevard. One morning when my husband had to get onto a zoom mtg for work he found the internet not working but after a call the owners fixed the issue quickly. Like other people that mentioned hearing footsteps from the floor above, we also heard them. And, one time, stomping footsteps woke me up as well as what sounded like vacuuming around 11pm haha but like I said the place was clean:) We did plenty of reading and they have some great books on their shelves. We rode our bikes everywhere, and walked, and really enjoyed all that we love about Southern California and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The location was great. It was on a nice quiet bay with the Ocean Walk right across the street. The house was very nice and clean. I will rent this again if I am back in the San Diego area!

This place was great! Great location, very clean, the kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed, and the owners were so easy to work with! The views of the bay were wonderful and we were so close to all of the places we wanted to drive to in San Diego. We strongly recommend staying here, perfect for the 2 of us!

This is the perfect house tucked on mission bay! We had a family of 4 with a 2 year old and 5 year old and it was a great choice. The sand is inches a way and being on the bay side meant to kids could go into the calm water without the waves crashing into them. But the ocean side is just blocks away to also enjoy. The house was very clean and provided everything needed - pots, pans, pack n play, sand toys, beach towels, extra pillows blankets, board games, ect.! Steps away from Belmont park and a lot of restaurant options. The visitor book was also so helpful with tips and recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!

It was our first experience with VRBO/Pacific Sands and we were utterly impressed with the property. The property was absolutely spectacular, fantastic location (super fun to watch the fireworks each night from Sea World), all of the amenities at our disposal, and LOVED the hot/cold outdoor shower. It was a much needed vacation and one we will remember for a lifetime. We will definitely consider returning back in the near future.

Fabulous stay for family with young kids

Great location for a young family. Quiet area with views of the boats. The beach off the back patio was the perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds playing in the sand and swimming without the big waves. The oceanside beach is an easy 3-4 minute walk along with restaurants and souvenir shopping. We'll be back!

Property exactly as shown in photos. Very clean and beautiful. Location is wonderful on the quiet bay, a very short walk from the ocean side. Loved everything about our stay. The only issue were the heavy footsteps from the owner upstairs.
