Home from home in Ochie.

The apartment was spacious and modern. The large bed was extremely comfortable. All measures have been met to provide a home from home experience. The complex is easily accessible for all routes in and out of Ocho Rios. If you happen to be driving a rental car, parking is available on a first come, first serve, availability. All-in-all, I was extremely impressed and pleased with my Booking.

Sometimes, the music being played in the bar area could be a little loud late into the night, but that's Jamaica for you! 🥳🇯🇲. Apart from that, there was nothing that bears mentioning.

The location was great 👍 close to everything

The bed was very uncomfortable, it needs a mattress topper. My wife and I back are still hurting. The water was cold. We were out of hot water for 3 days due to poor communication and lack of interest. The drain in the shower was backing up, not draining properly. My wife had to clean the drain herself. Lastly, the housekeeper tried her best to put our mind at ease. She was outstanding. I have been staying at Sandcastles for over 15 years. This was the worst experience for us.

The property outside the apartment itself was good.

The apartment was not cleaned, the a/c and lamps had mold on them, the bathroom was filthy, the safe was locked and front desk was not able to assist so we had to leave our passports with friends.

Having previously stayed in E23 using AirBnB this was extremely disappointing.

The Bed was large and the AC worked in the bedroom. Good location for Dunns River Falls. Nothing Else.

Overall cleanliness was very poor, the place smelt unclean as we walked in, the kitchen very dirty, the kitchen floor was dirty, we had no hot water, the AC didn’t really work in the sitting room, the TV didn’t work in the sitting room, the balcony was tired and dirty, old wooden doors to the balcony that would not shut properly. The Fire Extinguisher has not been tested for 4 years and the charge for cleaning included in the cost was 39USD !

Clean, Practical, Excellant location, safe property. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I liked the modern, spacious feel and the cleanliness of the property. I also loved the fact they had music playing most nights near the bar area.

I didn’t like that I could only see a little bit of the Ocean.

the position near the beach. Aircon was efficient.Bed was comfy.

the property was outdated and needs a massive refurbishment. Windows and doors all ill fitting and hard to open or close properly. We had ants and cockroaches on first 2 days. All crockery was chipped and not possible to get any hot water to wash up, as kitchen tap only produced a trickle of water. No kettle. No instructions left in the apartment for any of the appliances. Cooker hood didn’t work. Sandcastles itself needs some investment. Sunbeds provided on the beach we’re all broken. The entertainment comprised mainly of a dj playing the same type of modern music. what about the old reggae classics? There are so many of them that appeal to all ages.

there wasn’t any napkins I hated how the stove kept turning off should have been more blankets and comforter knowing the amount of the person it was booked for house keeper should have check on us instead of being called wen needed but other than I would say my stay was good and I would come back .

We arrived at property. Access to apartment was a nightmare. Security did not have combination for room. Owner of property did not have combination for property. Owner came down to property eventually with combination. Unable to prepare breakfast. Stove kept cutting out Shower would not drain I have been over charged for my stay here Should of been £ 141.00 was charged £194.00

Great resort/ very clean/ good food

This lockdown We came to relax and have a good time. Just to be locked away for three days. Then we couldn’t go any where for another day bc the ship docked and they locked all activities up for their use only. Which is highly unfair considering we paid money to see Jamaica. We didn’t have any knowledge about a lockdown until we arrived.
