Toledo's_One & Only Apartment provides an exquisite, unique and comfortable stay in the city of Porto.
The apartment has a great location, set right in the heart of the historical center, in the street Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, one of the most historic and picturesque streets of Porto.
Set in the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Ribeira area and 5 minute walk from the Douro river.
Palácio da Bolsa and Rua das Flores are 2 minute walk and Clerigos Tower and Lello Bookstore are 8 minute walk.

TOLEDO'S One & Only Apartment is placed in a centenary building totally renovated in 2018, keeping the old facade.
The apartment offers a stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and comfortable details and with the appliances of the best high quality of the well-known brand Miele.
Bedding and Towels are of high quality and bath amenities are from the lovely Portuguese company- Lousani.
In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces.

An entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the 1st floor with 185m2.
Capacity for 1- 4 people with a master suite with a queen size bed and another bedroom with a double bed.
There is a lift in the building and a great balcony facing the Rua Mouzinho da Silveira.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (fridge, dish washer, washing machine, oven and hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ...).
There is free cable TV, WIFI and Air conditioning.
Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel, soap and body cream are also included.

On your arrival we will be very happy to welcome you, give you a map of Porto and very good tips to enjoy the best of our charming city;)
We are sure you will love our city because it is really pretty and interesting. People are very friendly and you will see how easy it is to get information on the streets or even make a little conversation.

In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces.
The apartment is situated in the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Ribeira area and 5 minute walk from the Douro river, where you cross the Dom Luis I Bridge and visit the famous Port Wine Cellars.
Palácio da Bolsa and Rua das Flores are 2 minute walk and Clerigos Tower and Lello Bookstore are 8 minute walk
The Porto's nightlife is mainly in Galerias de Paris, 7 minute walk from the apartment.
Private Parking is available 80 meters away.

Porto International Airport is located 15 km from the apartments.
São Bento metro and train stations are a 5 minute walk away.
To go from the airport to the apartment, you can enjoy our transfer for € 35 or take Uber / taxi or metro.
By metro you should change at Trindade Metro Station (Linha Roxa-E) to Yellow Line-D towards Santo Ovídio and exit at S. Bento station. Then walk 5 minutes to the apartment.

Everything in the apartment from the crockery, to towels, to finishing was of a 5 star hotel standard. The small touches like bathrobes, slippers, more than enough coffee pods etc were really welcome. For a family with teenagers the mezzanine TV area was perfect for them to have their own space. And of course, it’s in a wonderful location basically 5mins from everywhere we wanted to go!

Overall the apartment was nice. Beds were comfortable. The linnens were very nice. The views were very good (despite very dirty windows) the location was very good with so much to do and see within walking diatance. Staff was very helpful. The only negative was the construction which surrounds the building. It starts early and runs past 6 pm. Makes it very difficult to open the windows due to very loud noise and probably contributes to the dirty windows. Beautiful building though and spaceous

We stayed in this apartment in November 2023 and it did not disappoint. The apartment is immaculate, well situated, and flooded with natural light. There is construction going on in Porto, building a new subway, but the work has primarily moved underground so we did not have any issues with noise. However, many of the sidewalks are blocked off so one must take roundabout routes to get through town. this is a lovely apartment that I highly recommend

Property was completely misrepresented. There is construction on 3 sides of property. It goes on all day and night. They are digging for a subway. The checkin person said he thought the explosions, which occur at 7am and 9pm were over. A big clue was the ear plugs left on night stands next to bed. Construction is supposed to go for next year. Dont stay here if you want to sleep at night.

We spent three days in Porto. Our flight were delayed and the staff was wonderful in adapting to our delays. They removed a lot of stress. Apartment is well furnished, very clean and well located. Recommendations on things to do and see were great. I would rent it again.

Exceptional flat! This apartment is like staying at a high end hotel but with more warmth. It is in the perfect location and the interior designer really paid attention to detail. It has everything you need for a stay and the robes and plush slippers is certainly a bonus. The only hiccup, which is no fault of the owners, is the mass construction right outside the window. It begins early and ends late making it almost impossible to sleep well. They do provide ear plugs but unfortunately the construction is too close, you can feel the vibrations when they drill the pavement. With that said, the beauty, comfort and location of this flat definitely exceeds the inconvenience, and customer service was outstanding. They greeted us as we arrived, showed us how to work everything and provided us with lots of useful information about what to see and restaurants to eat at. This flat is worth every penny and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Porto. You will not be disappointed!

This apartment is perfectly located and exactly as it appears in photos. We loved staying here. Perfect layout and roomy kitchen and upstairs bonus relaxing area. It was just my wife and I, but the place could easily have accommodated another couple. There is some construction going on around the building, but it was not that bothersome. There is construction going on all over Porto for new subway. Recommend this place and the management of it highly!

Everything about the apartment was perfect, can’t beat the location, and the host was so accommodating, especially given the challenges of timing with international travel. Fantastic communication and coordination with Valentim, superb location in the middle of all exciting things in Porto. Be aware there is a lot of construction/renovation around the building, and generally speaking in downtown, you will just have to deal with.

I think it’s important to note that Porto is working on a new subway and the entrance area to the apartment is blocked so you can not easily park in front or walk across the street - but that really wasn’t a problem. We just took a few more steps. The construction trucks were noisy and worked one night all night. I would suggest a sleep sound machine to help drown out that beeping trucks. The host was very helpful the accommodations were lovely. And the location was perfect !

We loved staying at this lovely apartment. The space is open and inviting and it is very well maintained. Everything felt very new and clean and all the appliances and bathroom fixtures were top quality. It’s located right in the center of the historic district so it was easy to pop in for lunch or to freshen up while touring the area. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends.

Light, bright and perfectly appointed in the center of everything! Joana could not have been more helpful at greeting us and giving us all the help and advice we needed. This was truly one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in around the world. Also great for people watching. Small supermercado across the street and restaurants just steps away. Highly recommend! Perfect for 2 couples!

Our time in Porto was elevated by our stay here. Johana met us and gave great recommendations on what to see and restaurants not to miss. The apartment was centrally located and the large windows opened to a bustling street , but when closed you couldn’t hear a thing. The apartment is sophisticated and beautifully appointed. Cannot way to stay here again.

Prime down town location located one floor above the street, just steps away from train station and riverfront. The unit is perfectly appointed with all modern amenities, and was tastefully renovated to keep it's authenticity. The host is warm, friendly, informative and responsive. Perfect for two couples, with two private baths with plenty of living space.
