Welcome to our brand new, remodeled light, airy, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse in the fabulous gated Vista Cay Resort community just minutes to everything! Super stylish, quiet top floor condo. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Quiet and private this condo sleeps up to 6. New floors, remodeled kitchen area and all new furniture! You will love our open-plan space with comfortable seating and views over the fountain and Florida sunsets. Our comfortable dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast to dinner and a stylish white quartz breakfast bar with stools. Just off the lounge you can plan your day while you enjoy coffee while you chill to the relaxing sounds of the fountain below.
BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a pillow-top King mattress with en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom also has a pillow-top King and the 3rd room a pillow top Queen bed. All rooms have overhead fans.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
