我喜歡這家位置適中，走路到大街不遠、旁邊有無人的沙灘、巷口就是免費電巴士站，要去陽東夜市，或是舊機場站（當地人聚居）很方便。跟老闆娘租摩托車覺得便宜，各方面都很適合我。下次再來還是會宣這一家，也會推薦給別人。

ここを選んで誰も不満なし

前回良かったので、今回２回目でこのホテルに泊まりました。リーズナブルで、施設がキレイで、ビーチや中心地が近くにありそしてオーナーさんがすごく親切で、やっぱりここを選んで良かったです！！バイクをこのホテルで貸してもらえます。車種により100,000～120,000vndでした。飛行場からホテルまでのタクシーですが、最初、緑色のMai Linhで値切って150,000 → 130,000vnd、となりにいた黄色のGia Reタクシーに『あっちは130,000vndだったよ』と伝えると 100,000vndにしてもらえました。復路も100,000vndで乗せてもらえました。ご参考にまで

Great value of money! Rare find!

1. Staff/Services: Really friendly, attentive, helpful 2. Facilities: Basic and essential needs are met, boutique hotel 3. Cleanliness: Rooms and common areas are clean 4. Comfort: Common areas and room are not spacious but comfortable and enough for stay. My sister and my mum three of us share a triple room, it might be too tight for big size room mates xD. Beds are comfortable 5. $$: Great value! Got a lot more than we paid. 6. Location: Our room has direct seaview. Hotel located at centre of main town, free Vinbus bus stop (free bus rides to most of the attractions) is just 2 mins walk which is really convenient for us! Though the hotel is not is quiet because it is not directly at the main road :) 7. Breakfast Buffet: Loves the variety and the quality of food! Can compare to the standard of the good Vietnamese restaurant out there!

The only problem we have with the room is the floor trap outlet at the shower area, the outlet clogged very easily every time we shower. And the water will spilt all over the bathroom.

A very nice comfortable hotel with family- like atmosphere.

The owner’s hospitality The staff’s good service Breakfast was good, varied and abundant. Its position near the night market and the public beach The lift always in excellent working condition

The only thing we didn’t like was the TV in our room that sometimes worked sometimes didn’t in spite of their efforts to repair it!

The elderly owners are lovely,they try very hard.My first room was next to the cafeteria,7th floor,incredibly noisy,but I was moved.can walk to beach,water is warm,clear,clean but a disgusting amount of litter on beach,bad add I have ever seen.Can walk to nightmarket,worth a lo o k but expensive.Hotel is new and clean,breakfast is good.Its at the top.of a very steep hill,I have a heart conditio ,it was a battle.to climb it.a nice place to s t ay

Not a good experience.

Great location.

First, no one speaks English, which makes communication more limited. At check in, it took 4 attempts to get me the room I actually booked (the first 3 were simply smaller rooms, or without a window [although ordered sea view], and a couple contrary to the specific request I had for a room not near the elevator). Although the location is in a relatively quiet street, the noise inside the hotel was hard to bear. Sounds of people in the corridor 1 floor below my floor sounded as if they were just outside my door, When it was for almost 30 minutes around midnight, it made it impossible to sleep. Also, there were often loud sounds of moving furniture above my head. Breakfast was not a good experience. When I got to the dining room (which is on the 7th floor), even though it was only 8 am, the room looked messy, some of the options were already out, and it was just unpleasant (maybe it was after that noisy family passed there just before).

Great location, nice view room, smaller hotel, snacks and beverages provided (water, ice tea, coffee, tea, noodles, cola), clean, comfortable bed, nice lighting options

Hotel prefers cash payment instead of credit card. Check in was slow due to language barrier (staff do not speak English). No secure bag storage if you need to check out late

Rooms very small, not very clean and bathroom in poor shape

Not really much good to say about this place, maybe the fact that the staff was friendly.

The rooms are very small, not particularly clean and no window to the outside. The bathroom was poorly maintained, water from the shower didn't drain properly and flood half the room, the door to the shower was very squeaky and seemed about to break any moment.

A short yet nice trip to the beautiful island of Phu Quoc

It's convenient to get to the beach and to catch Vin bus (to Safari & Vinwonders) from Sen Hotel.

The room turns out to be smaller than I expected.

Communicate in English is the big problem. We expect to have tour and have any detail but nthg they try to use translate

Breakfast has been accepted. Air Con was cold enough. Shower hot water accepted.

The owner can’t speak english and my booking was twin bed but she didn’t done that
