The beautiful Atlantic Ocean is only three blocks east for a refreshing dip on those hot summer days. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including BJ's on the Water right across the street. Take a short drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk for a day of rides, games, and all-ages entertainment, or hope on the bus to avoid parking issues. The Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park is located on 29th Street, and Old Pro miniature golf is less than a mile south, offering themed indoor & outdoor mini-golf courses.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The rental could be nice with a little TLC and a cleaning company that actually did anything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The size was great for a group or large family. Unfortunately the kitchen was absolutely filthy. I cleaned for the first hour and a half we arrived. Everything we used needed to be washed. It appeared someone used to eat a spaghetti dinner and directly put it back in the cabinet after use prior to cleaning. The refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven all dirty. If you want to cook print your own pans. Old food left laying on the couch. I did receive a message after we arrived, asking if we had any concerns, I did let them know about how dirty it was and they offered to send a local representative from the company over, requesting to come in even if we were not there. We declined at that time since I had already spent my time cleaning.

Overall we had a good stay. Upon arrival there was a Musty smell but after spraying and airing out it cleared. After close review of furniture living room chairs had sunken arms on them, master bedroom mattress was sunken in and second Master bed the mattress did not properly fit the frame which left a large gapping for bed. Now, those floors appeared to be cleaned but after my daughter walked in then in her socks they were black. We had to keep shoes on the entire time. I didn’t even want my house slippers to touch those floors. If these items are fixed it would definitely be a great place to stay again. Great view of the bay and that sunset was absolutely gorgeous.

If everything worked, this would have been a great place. One of the 3 showers didn’t work and the garbage disposal needed work before it would function. Other than that it was good. Good location, nice decor, plenty of space for 9.

This charming space had plenty of room for our two families. We loved the midtown location, you can view the docks of the bayside from the deck, and the beach side is only a short walk away. Beds were decent. The space is recently renovated and has cute beach decor. We had a great time!

The house was perfect for myself and our group of friends! Each couple had their own room and bathroom which made things super easy! It’s a close walk to the beach. We loved her BJ’s right next door so we had an easy dinner on the nights we didn’t want to venture out!

We had a great time here. There was plenty to do outside the house and the beach nearby of course was a plus. House was clean, had all the amenities advertised including clean towels and bed sheets and covers. Great experience. Thank you!

The property is in need of some minor repairs such as the front step and holes in deck as well as the holes in the wall and the thermostat is irregular. Overall Vacasa as a website is very easy to use and the property manager was extremely helpful and the staff at the call center was very helpful as well and would use vacasa again
