Great property for our family, which included an infant to grandparents. Lots of activities, games, and toys for the young kids. Loved sitting by the stream and relaxing eating outside on the patio. We really enjoyed the house.

Beautiful property
This property was absolutely beautiful! The house was perfect for our group. We loved all the extra touches they provided. The outdoor back area with the fire table was so relaxing to sit by at the end of our long days. We also loved the playground that we could see from the deck and the river was just a very short walk. We were so happy with this property we would definitely recommend it to anyone! We would definitely stay here again.

Wish we could live here!!
This house was so perfect! Clean, very well stocked, comfy beds and the most beautiful location. Great communication with the host! We hope to stay here year after year. My whole family, ages 83 to 5months truly enjoyed it! We would buy it if we could :)

Excellent summer vacation home
We had a great stay at this property. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly wanted. The kids loved being by the creek, close to the YMCA, and the downstairs play area complete with a variety of games and toys and candy and soda station! The manager was responsive and we recommend this property for a larger family or shared with friends.

Great Home
Beautiful property and so well maintained and supplied. Great location to Estes park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Our favorite feature was the deck and fire pit tables…and the live elk In the backyard and by the creek/river. Highly recommend this home. It is a beautiful home away from home with lots of room and character. Thanks for sharing it.

A Perfect Family Vacation
We simply could not have had a better stay than we did at Alison's home in Estes Park.
3 adults and 3 kids spread out in the huge space and enjoyed 2 weeks making wonderful family memories.
The home is sparkling clean and very well supplied with everything we could want and then some. One of my favorite things was the two separate living rooms - one with no television! My favorite room :)
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several full meals. The kids loved the bunk room and the great outdoor space between the house and the river. They went mushroom hunting and enjoyed tossing pine cones into the water.
The grown-ups loved the spacious bedrooms and eating on the back deck while the rolling river provided a wonderful soundtrack.
Several elk stopped by one morning and delighted the kids by hanging around most of the day watching the grass grow.
We were able to easily access the Rocky Mountain National Park, several other local attractions, groceries and good restaurants.
I can't say enough about Alison. She was super-responsive when a few questions came up and very accommodating in every way.
Thanks for a 5 star stay! Our grandkids will remember this visit for a long time.

Refreshing!
This property is clean, organized and has plenty of extras. We sat out on the patio in the evenings and could see and hear the river flowing. Lovely! Everyone in my party loved this home. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property
Loved location and home! This is the first property I would stay at again. I usually want to try new places, but the masters suite was awesome along with all the extras this home offers.

Exactly what we were looking for
Extremely nice and well furnished. Kitchen is outfitted very well. Every kind of coffee maker you could want. :-) Lots of nice little amenities. My interactions with the owner were limited only because there were no problems at all. Recommend.

Attention to detail
We had a wonderful stay at M&M. The cabin is beautiful, spacious and in a great location just outside of the crowds! It was the attention to detail that really put this place over the top; an espresso maker, toiletries, a stocked soda, snack and coffee bar. Alison was a pleasure to do business with. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic spacious house with all the amenities!
We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had three adults, a 9-year-old, two 4-year-olds, and a 1.5-year-old in our group. Everyone found something to love about the house.
The adults enjoyed cooking in the huge, well-appointed kitchen (sharp knives and well-tended nonstick cookware, can you believe it?!) The coffee maker was robust enough to fuel an army, though we only used it for the usual pot in the morning. There are also Keurigs and other coffee makers should you desire.
The kids all enjoyed watching a movie downstairs (with popcorn and popcorn trays complimentary with the house, a really sweet touch!) and they also had a lot of fun putting on "shows" from the balcony/landing overlooking the kitchen and dining area.
The living room with the huge sectional couch was comfortable for all of us to flop on when it rained outside. We enjoyed a wonderful meal on the outdoor deck, complete with built-in glass marble fire feature (far enough from the 4-year-olds to be safe!) while we watched deer munch on the grass nearby.
The playground, while not in the "back yard" of the house, is literally right next door across a gravel road. You can see it from the living room and kitchen windows, making it a great spot for kids to play while the adults prep dinner.
Even the tiniest among us was well taken care of - there are baby-appropriate toys in the downstairs closet, a pack-n-play crib and a high chair available for use, and in-unit laundry for the inevitable never-ending dirty kid clothes.
As far as the location, it was ideal for us. We visited the Y of the Rockies (you could walk there, but we drove in the rain) for some swimming and arts and crafts time. We also made it into Estes a few times for tram rides, shopping, and other tourist activities. And it was only 20 minutes into Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking!
My only complaint is that the beds are all quite soft. All of the twin sized beds have similar mattresses covered with ~3" memory foam pads. The king bed is also memory foam. As a back sleeper, I found all of the beds too soft and woke with a sore back. My side-sleeper husband was quite happy, though!
Overall this was a GREAT house, a bit bigger than we needed but very comfortable. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and more, and was in a great location.

Estes Park Get Away
Our family of 10 just had a wonderful stay at Aspen Brook property. Allison answered our questions immediately and was very helpful with suggestions.
The house is large and spacious and had every convenience and amenity we could ask for (great bath products as well as spices, food items in pantry and some snacks/drinks provided. We felt right at home and had plenty of space to spread out.
We enjoyed the grill and gas 'fire' tables on the deck and spent several evenings out there.
Location is great and easy to get to town if needed. Several times deer walked right by us on their way to the river. Loved the sound of the rushing water we could see and hear from the deck.
Our family have stayed at several VRBO properties from Florida to Michigan, and now Colorado and would have to say this one was the #1.
Great job Alison, we all left happy with our choice of your property.

Perfect, beautiful mountain getaway for large groups!
Alison was a wonderful host! One of the best things that set the property apart from others was that you can check in at 9am (if there is availability) whereas all others I found wouldn’t allow until 4pm. The house is in a beautiful area right next to the river, which we hung out at a lot. The house is beautiful and enormous, sleeps 12, there’s a huge patio table to eat and hang outside on the deck with a grill, everything you could ever need to cook with, tons of coffee supplies, sodas, pantry staples, etc. We had the best time during our stay and Alison was available immediately if we needed anything. We even saw two bears while we were there which was SO cool! They are scared so they run off right away, don’t worry. We were sad to leave our beautiful little home in the breathtaking mountains. You won’t be sorry if you book this home! Thank you so much, Alison! It was perfect. :)

Great get away
The property was great. Good layout and location. Lots of space. A lot of little things to make us feel welcome like a stocked snack bar.
