The hotel was lovely! We had a room with a lake view, which was beautiful. The staff was great - so helpful. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the lake was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer.
We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open when we were there, but we were there before the summer season and the staff members directed us to other good restaurants.

Very friendly and caring personnel, spacious room and comfortable parking.

We mostly liked everything, location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast, view. The park along Bodensee is beautiful and the views of the lake is fantastic. There is a very good Spanish restaurant 800 m away along the lake.
We didn't like the fact that during check-in we were not informed that we need to pay for parking. There were a plenty of space in front of the hotel to park, particularly it was a low season and no many cars were there. But the receptionists insisted that we use the hotel parking without mentioning that we must pay for that.

The evening meal was perfect. A brilliant selection of food, well prepared and local produce. The staff and attention to detail was excellent for the evening meal and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast service was ok, but room for improvement with the morning staff, attention to detail and lack of interest from some. But we couldn't fault the overall experience.

The hotel was well equipped, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The garage is close by and the lift is directly connected to the hotel. The restaurant is excellent.

Location is wonderful, and the breakfast experience on the sunny morning, overlooking the lake was fantastic! (so that the food and the service!). Room was spacious, and even it was facing the backyard, we still love it and the modern feel and comfort it offered, plus a very large terrace. The hotel is very fresh and modern, reception was ultra friendly at both check-in and check-outs. We booked this place as in-transit overnight, between doing Mainau island the day one, and then going to Rheinfalls Swiss on day two - and it was super comfortable and convinient stop-over..!
We weren't able to book the hotel's restaraunt for the dinner, so they suggested another one, down path to the lake - it was so-so, and while no issues with food (tasty!), the service was mediocre. Not the hotel fault, of course, just mentioning for the future guests. The parking was a bit tricky to find, so we used street parking 300m meters further (was lucky to find the space!). I didn't understood how to use hotel garage and there is absolutely no space to park in front of the hotel entry, even for a couple of minutes.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The views from the hotel were very beautiful. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean, having been built on the site of a previous famous hotel, retaining the spirit of that hotel. The room was spacious and nice little extras. I appreciated the parking garage. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The photograph is the sunrise from our room.
This is a difficult question since we loved the place. Perhaps a negative for some, there was a live band performing each night across the street, but they stopped at 9:30 PM. I understand the quality of the music varies, but it was good the weekend we were there. The boat harbor has a lot of coming and going, but it was never an issue for us.

The room is spacy and the hotel is right to the port.
In my past travellings (average 3-4 times per year before COVID19), I have experienced several great 4- or 5-star hotels, but this one is much under my expectations. Firstly, it charged 330 euro per night for 2 persons, with such a price (may be a bit more, say 350 euro), you could get a very good 4-star hotel in Ginza, Tokyo, or even in London, with a much better service, better room, and better room equipments. Secondly, there is no fridge in the room, no hair conditioner, no good pillows, no lake view, and no good coffee (but they claimed they do have good coffee?). Thirdly, their SPA and sauna are not available due to COVID 19 <-- I can understand the measure they take, but I do not understand why they do NOT mention it at all at the booking.com or their website. I felt I was cheated... Fourthly, the breakfast is a mess... we did not get enough/right information of how to order (buffet is changed to table service due to COVID 19) , and we did not get the right food that we ordered. So, overall, I am not really happy for my stays.
