The location is good but I’m very unhappy about no being able to check in at the time I arrived.

Good location.

The room wasn’t ready at 3:20 to check in. I called earlier to get an estimated time and was told between 1:30 and 2:00. So I figured if I showed up after 3 to check in everything would be good. It wasn’t.

The location was great for the concert we went to. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The walls seem a bit thin. We could hear the construction down the hall, people talking in the rooms around us and you could hear when people were walking down the hallway.

Very close to Westgate. Proximity to different venues.

There's no door for privacy in the shower. The door to the toilet is a barn sliding door with no air extractor.

Good location, modern decor, overpriced for size of the room !!

Proximity to stadium

No daily service to room, no shower privacy, noisy road beside hotel, grab and go breakfast charged to room , over priced for a small room

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice hotel!!

Staff was great. Facility was amazing and the room was perfect. We needed to leave our home due to our air conditioning going out on the hottest day of the year.

My only concern was that they charged $150 for my six pound yorkie to be there one night. That seemed extreme to me. That was more than the cost of the room.

It sucked

The hotel and amenities were up to date, pool table, pool, games, really modern but man it was dirty and a staff member really dropped the ball. Got there on Monday and the pool was closed til Thursday. Asked for room service and they only do every other day so I asked for trash to be taken out and fresh towels, never happened. Sink was clogged and stunk and the maintenance man, who was really nice, pulled a glob of hair out and then flushed it down the toilet. I thought it might get cleaned then, nope and that’s after he used a plunger on the bathroom sink🤢 Stood at front desk for over 5 minutes to ask for towels and trash and had to call in order to get help. She was in a back room, said she would get towels and trash emptied but didn’t. Then upon checking out, a day early, that same manager was too busy in the back to check me out so I never received an email or receipt for checkout. The hotel is fantastic just neglected by staff. The trash cans outside every day were overflowing.

it wasn’t very clean. room was dusty and looked like someone did a mediocre cleaning job. staff was not hospitable.
