Zur Entspannung ein sehr schöner Ort

Schöne Anlage, die leider auch von so genannten individuellen Kleinstreisegruppen angefahren wird. Durch diese Gruppen entsteht durch die "Gruppendynamik" immer etwas Unruhe in der Anlage. Ansonsten ist hier alles sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man ist nicht nur an das übliche englische Frühstück angewiesen.

Leider ist man vom Umfeld her nur auf die Hotelanlage angewiesen. Zum Einkaufen sollte man unbedingt mit dem Auto fahren, auch wenn die Geschäfte hier nur wenige Meter entfernt sind.

The place is beautiful, enjoyed the greenery, its cleanliness and bubbly staff. Will sure come again

The staff was great. The food was fresh and well served. We enjoyed it a lot.

The Wi-fi was down. That was a downer. Hope you get it up soon.

Overnight stay to and from Maun. Big pool.

Our rondavel had a tiny old bathroom. Basin was blocked. Room smelly and hot.

A reasonable stay over location

The breakfast was very good and pleased all. The location is reasonable depending on where you are going too. The rooms were adequate and there was safe parking available.

The hotel met all our expectations and is very good for the location. The GPS coordinates provided were definately not correct.

Good hotel with very professional and pleasant staff - great food!

The breakfast was great, actually, all the meals from the restaurant were divine! Another good practice is the use of disposable gloves for the buffet area - kudos to Kalahari Arms hotel for that!!

Room maintenance - the door had issues and the shower head was changed only after we complained; and some amenities were not topped up until we called Reception to request basics like toilet paper! They can do better with room maintenance supervision. Otherwise, the staff members were very pleasant and accommodating.

Convenient location on the way from Delta to Hosea Kutako Airport. Very friendly and helpful manager

Overpriced for rondavel rooms, the most expensive on 17 different hotels across two countries. Restaurant- oxtail dry and tough, this same for lamb chops, not recommended for tourists. Only visitors who stay is paid for local or central government.
